1.) Yeah, as a comment to the info: First of all I am a Conservative and I vote and support Republicans because they are supposed to be conservative, but as you know many of them are RINOs. I’m sure you are as disappointed with many in the Republican ranks as I. We as American People have to stop Socialism in our Government! Personally, as you know, I think there is going to be a war and I believe it is imminent. I try, however, to avoid it by working with We The People Congress, who is trying to compel the U.S. Government to comport to the First Amendment, Congress shall make no law… abridging the right of the people… to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. Besides that fact that the meaning, spirit and intent of this amendment seem to be rather self evident, the U.S. Government is refusing to redress our grievances which are strictly Constitutional tortes. They first stated that they were going to answer each of them and then later our group received a communiqué indicating that they were refusing to answer our grievances which were simply a bunch of questions with regards to the Constitution and the legislation and actions that have been conducted by The U.S. Government since 1913. It doesn’t make any sense for the U.S. Government not to answer our questions, wrapped in a formal and very well written “petition for a redress of grievances”. I can only assess, therefore, that the questions are of a nature that the U.S. Government does not want the public to know for some reason of fear. I have reason to believe, therefore, that the U.S. Government, particularly both houses of Congress are operating outside the bounds of the highest most supreme laws of our land. By definition, therefore, the U.S. Congress and by aiding and abetting the perpetrators, The Supreme Court by support and by it’s own illegal operations of interpreting The Constitution outside of it’s express meaning, intent, and spirit, as drafted at the time by our Founding Fathers, are scofflaws. I personally feel that any of our Congressmen and judges who directly violates or continues with the violations should be treated and prosecuted as traitors.
I have evidence to the fact that such illegal contempt by both houses of Congress and some administrations, of The Constitution and The Declaration of Independence, has brought us to a point where the ominous clouds of “The Perfect Storm” are gathering just over the horizon, which will lead us to war. The only possible way to stop the war, and then the chances are between slim and none, is if our organization, We The People Congress, www.GiveMeLiberty.org are successful in our mission to force the U.S. Congress to redress our petition as ordered by The Constitution. Even if the U.S. Government does honor their responsibility and does change to comport to The Constitution, of which effect would be to reduce it’s size to something less than 25% of it’s current stature, I still wonder if we could place the words “brink of” in front of “war”. I don’t know if enough people would be willing to give up Social Security and Medicare. Social Security and Medicare ALONE will be, according to The Washington Times, $90 TRILLION DOLLARS in UNFUNDED Liabilities, over the infinite horizon, by January when the new Congress and President takes over.
I am willing to bet that THE FEDERAL RESERVE (The private corporation that is thousands of times larger than Halliburton and closely held by only forty mega-powerful people who control our Government), will not be willing to finance the entire cost of it without demanding that the U.S. Government force us to cough up a hell of a lot more in withholding taxes from our paychecks. Most estimates put withholding at 80% or more, to cover all the needs, from all people. There is by far and away more money to be had from “the masses” than the 5% who are “rich”. If the U.S. Government took every penny the rich had, it would only be a pittance compared to the money they can get from “the masses” of workers in smaller but continuous amounts. So the U.S. Government, actually THE FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM (a private company) has no choice but to take the money from the masses of “common man”. That is where the massive volume of money is in our nation. I tell you what Skip, my kids Drake and Drew will be paying 80% of their earning to THE FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM a private company, over my dead body. I am going to do everything I can to convince as many people as I can, which will be easy when they are starving, to demand from their employers not to accept withholding, so that they can afford to live. How are people going to afford 80% or more in withholding especially when gasoline, heat, light, electricity and all the needs to live are so damn expensive?
2.) And that, Skip, is why Social Security and Medicare are blessings from God! Because it will force us to fight against the U.S. Government and the Socialists amongst us for our FREEDOM (which means FREEDOM from Government). As it states in The Declaration of Independence: Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. If it wasn’t for Social Security and Medicare I submit that we Americans would be disposed to continue to suffer, at the Socialist hands of our Congress, as the evils would have been, for a very long time, sufferable.
We Americans will have in deed learned a lesson, the same lessons that our founding fathers tried so desperately to teach us, but which we neglected to teach our children, (now us the baby boomers and pre-baby boomers), those things of FREEDOM. Government is a child, born of, ordained and established by We The People, as it is written in The Constitution: We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America. The Constitution, as you are aware Skip, is a set of laws ON THE GOVERNMENT to protect us from Government and to secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity.
The contemptuous legislation that both houses of Congress has put us under, since 1913 with the passage of The Federal Reserve Act and the “supposed” ratification of The Sixteenth Amendment, which even if it was ratified, of which there is conclusive proof it wasn’t such ratification as it was a complete fabrication by Secretary Knox, the Supreme Court found in two landmark cases during the ensuing years, did nothing in terms of tax liability to any additional entity that wasn’t already taxable. What this means is that the “apportionment:” clause of The original Constitution is still in full force and affect, ON GOVERNMENT, to this very day and, therefore, Income Taxes, of which according to the 1983 Grace Commission report goes directly to a private corporation for their private use, called THE FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM, is unconstitutional and, therefore, illegal. There is NO LAW that states that we have to produce an INCOME TAX report or pay INCOME TAXES in there present form, because they are not “apportioned”. This behavior by the U.S. Government is diabolical in many ways but most especially in terms of its beguiling way to entice us toward the heinous horrors of Socialism, the diametric to INDIVIDUAL wealth generating, happiness producing (for by far the majority of people), FREEDOM. Our INCOME TAX laws are also heinous in their own right because of the fact that none of it goes to our country, but to a private company instead. Why are we paying income taxes to a private company?
The illegal immigrant situation is necessary for “The Matrix” otherwise known as THE FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM to survive in the face of the Social Security and Medicare dilemma. The illegal immigrant problem is part of the plan of the owners of THE FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM to slide our country into a North American Union (NAU) where they will have MILLIONS of more “working” people to tax to cover the cost of their Socialist Programs which are designed to control and manipulate us, usurp our power as a free people with power over our Government, and oppress us under the beguiling spin that it “is for our own good and to provide equality”. Sure they will provide “EQUALITY” all right! Their plan is to provide the equal distribution of misery and poverty so that we don’t have the means or the financial power to fight the tyrants and despots. The ultimate goal and plan of THE FEDERAL RESERVE as stated in their Trilateral Commission club of cronies is to corral all human beings into a One World Government where we have no where to run, , , for FREEDOM (from Government), from the equal distribution of misery (except the cronies of THE FEDERAL RESERVE and the SOCIALIST / COMMUNIST One World Government who will be grossly rich), or from taxes that will exist forever to keep us slaves working for the “collective”. Resistance will be futile. That is the reason and purpose for what Government is doing to us with the illegal aliens. This process also aids to keep medical healthcare high which helps to make us poorer and poorer, so that we and our FREEDOM (from Government) can be conquered.
3.) Yeah, it sure is scary how people vote. I believe it is because we have not been taught about our American Heritage, our unique American Culture and what makes it so unique (Freedom and our “red neck” cowboy attitude and actions and proud of it!). It is a shame but perhaps obvious that our Government paid school system didn’t teach us about our FREEDOM (from Government) or our heritage, isn’t it. Now we are soon to pay the price, for the tree of liberty, in lead and blood of tyrants and patriots, which according to Thomas Jefferson, is its natural manure.
