In each new Congress since 1995, Rep. John Shadegg, R-Ariz., has introduced the Enumerated Powers Act (HR 1359). The Act, which has yet to be enacted into law, reads: “Each Act of Congress shall contain a concise and definite statement of the constitutional authority relied upon for the enactment of each portion of that Act. The failure to comply with this section shall give rise to a point of order in either House of Congress. The availability of this point of order does not affect any other available relief.”

Nobody, not me, or you can change the fact that it is entirely illegal for the U.S. Government to compel us to file or pay for income taxes; And, for the very good reasons of which we all stand witnesses to this very day and temporal time. Further, it seems self evident that every time we futz with The Constitution we screw things up. Every single law, on Government, written in The Constitution, is well supported and documented as to why it was written by the numerous writings of the founding fathers. We should never alter the Constitution for any reason unless it is absolutely urgent and we have a perfect understanding as to the WHY it was written.
