This gives me the opportunity to present one more point in support of my request for you to draft a facsimile of said bill.
Here I quote the last paragraph of The Declaration of Independence itself:
We, therefore, the Representatives of the united States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the World for the Rectitude of our Intentions, do, in the Name, and by the Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly Publish and Declare, That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be, Free and Independent States; that they are absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political Connection between them and the State of Great-Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm Reliance on the Protection of the divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.

Mr. Nygren, all I am asking is that Wisconsin support our founding documents and realize, claim and nationally declare its proper status as an Independent State as directly written in our founding documents. That as an independent state we shall decide for ourselves, as Oklahoma is not only legally doing but no less than CONSTITUTIONALLY written in the LAW, which We The People did ordain and establish, what is best for Wisconsinites.
My dear honorable assemblyman, please reply with regards to this critical matter. Our fellow countrymen are on the threshold of suffering a “Perfect Storm”, the dark ominous clouds of a date with destiny where horrible circumstances will soon force us to choose between the equal distribution of misery through utter socialism; or Freedom and the eventually prosperity it will bring back to us, should we be so brave and steadfast in the cause. These dark clouds have been brewing for quite some time just over the horizon and are now quickly heading our way due to the constitutionally contemptuous legislation, attitudes and Socialist behaviors of the U.S. Congress. I, therefore, plead with you to really do something critically important for our State and our nation. Draft this legislation that would support the meaning, spirit and intent of Constitution of The United States of America and our FREEDOM. Such legislation could prove immensely important as a shield for the people of our State when the storm arrives.
Watch the news, John. Things are getting very serious now. How many people are losing everything just because of the cost of gasoline? The U.S. Congress is standing in utter defiance of We The People and our demands to control the border, The border fence, to release all Federal and offshore areas for the exploration and production of oil and gas products to lower our cost of energy, and they are continuing to let the private company “The Federal Reserve”, which in itself is unconstitutional and therefore illegal, print money at imperceptible rates to the point that the Dollar is getting worthless. Sue is telling me that most items in the grocery store are going up by “dollars” at a time. If that wasn’t enough Social Security and Medicare ALONE, according to The Washington Times article of July 2nd, 2007 – Op-Ed are going to be 90 TRILLION Dollars in UNFUNDED liability by the time the new congress and President takes over in January. According to several estimates the Federal Government would have to steal up to 80% of our earnings, in the form of “payroll WITHHOLDING taxes” from our paychecks, just to keep it going, in the near future. You are in a position to at least try to do something to protect Wisconsin citizens from the ravages of a Federal Government that is doing things and has grown, through constitutional contempt, to a size and scope never intended by our founding fathers. You know that.
It is time for Wisconsin to act like the INDEPENDENT State that is protected under the LAW of THE CONSTITUTION. Your bill would be doing nothing more than supporting and declaring that which is stated in these documents.
Let the State of Wisconsin be one of the first to stand as a proud example of a stalwart of The Constitution and FREEDOM for the rest of America.
