Why There is No Law for The Imposition of Income Taxes
July 30, 2008 by Capt. Karl
Here’s a little more to the story on why there is NO LAW for the imposition of income taxes:
[Brushaber v. Union Pacific Railroad, 240 U.S. 1 (1916)]
And it further stated that taxes on income had been “sustained as excises in the past.” The ruling established that income tax is constitutional as an excise tax on federal corporations, but not as a direct tax. The measure of whether it is a direct or an indirect/excise tax is determined by the burden the tax on income places on the property that is its object. Who or what then is subject to an excise tax? In most cases it is usually federal corporations.
For the full facinating info on the income taxes THAT DO NOT EXIST read: http://famguardian.org/Subjects/Taxes/CourtCases/BrushaberVUnionPacRR240US1.htm
P.S.: Don’t be beguiled by Wikipeda B.S… It is really spun and slanted well away from reality and fact.
Also the most important part of these facts is the motive for the founding fathers to make income taxes almost impossible, at least over the long run, to collect by the Federal Government. Well as should be painfully obvious to all of us by now is that it takes away, usurps, our individual wealth and power and transfers such power and wealth to The Federal Government. Is this FREEDOM?
-
Don’t you see how the Federal Government is using our own tax money to manipulate and oppress us?
-
Don’t you see how they will “generously” let us keep our earnings “IF” we behave and do what THEY want us to do, in the name of “tax credits”?
-
Have we become so stupefied that we don’t even recognize that we are being controlled like mind numb robots with the remote control, called taxation, in the hands of the politicians?
This is why income taxes are to be “apportioned” and why we must not change it. For to do so would make them legal and legalized income taxes is legalized tyranny. Our wise forefathers did this to protect us. They paid dearly with time, treasure and blood to make sure income taxes were “apportioned”.
It is our DUTY to make sure that their personal sacrifices for us, was not in vain!
