Taxpayers of Wisconsin join ol’Capt. Karl with this Civil Remedial REJECTION of “sneaky” taxation by The tyrants of The State of Wisconsin.  Either they face us with their taxes directly and clearly or we don’t pay them!  Don’t put them in ultility bills that we HAVE TO pay to live.

Dear Wisconsin Public Service:

Explanation of Wisconsin Taxpayers Civil Rejection 28 Act.

Enclosed along with a recent bill we received from your electric service company, was a notice stating;

Beginning September 28, 2009, Wisconsin Public Service customers in the state of Wisconsin will begin seeing a “Wisconsin 2009 Act 28” fee on their monthly electric bill.

 This charge is a result of a provision included in the Wisconsin Legislative budget bill, which requires that all Wisconsin electric utilities collect a fee from customers to help fund District Attorney salaries and benefits across the state. The charge will appear on customers’ bills through June 30, 2011, unless additional action is taken by the legislature.

 For WPS, this means that our residential customers will pay about $3.24 annually, while the charge for commercial customers will be close to $10 annually. The fee is to be charged per electric meter or service, so customers with multiple accounts could see higher charges.

Electricity has become an essential part of living in America.  I find it heinously appalling that the State of Wisconsin would attach ‘General State of Wisconsin Operational Taxes’ to a utility bill of such life supporting necessity.  What irks me the most about this is the obvious Wisconsin tax incrementalism that is certainly to follow over the course of the next few months and years on our utility bills, for utilities necessary and essential for life itself,  now that the tyrannical spendthrift legislators have their despotic “camel’s nose” under the tent.  Doesn’t electricity cost enough already?

By what right does the oppressive State of Wisconsin Legislators have to force Wisconsin businesses, like Wisconsin Public Service, to do their dirty work for them?

Please be advised, therefore, that I, as a customer of Wisconsin Public Service and a Wisconsin Taxpayer, hereby rejects payment of the Wisconsin Act 28 Fee, which has nothing to do with your electrical service, and that this fee will be subtracted from all future bills with the balance for the electrical service to be paid in full as per the due date provided.

Please be further advised that a copy of this e-mail will be going out to over FIFTY Freedom and Liberty organizations across the State of Wisconsin one being the humongous Americans For Prosperity.  Additionally I will be submitting this letter to many Wisconsin bloggers for posting on the Internet for Wisconsin Taxpayers and Wisconsin Public Service customers to view.

This constant insult to our intelligence and our family finances, due to legislators not cutting the State budget like our families have to do continuously, is coming to an end.  I feel that it is awful for the Wisconsin Government to put your company in the middle between us and them in the attempt to mask their tax increases on us.

Last night from our Americans for Prosperity “Hands Off My Health Care” town hall meeting at the Raleigh fairgrounds, I watched along with 1,100 activists as the President declared he has basically saved our economy since coming into office in January.

By “saved,” the President means passing the $1-trillion “stimulus” bill in the spring that drove our debt through the roof while wasting money on boondoggles across the nation.

The President’s self-congratulatory rhetoric was stunning when our unemployment is creeping toward 10%, budget deficits are the biggest in American history and our national debt is through the roof.

Sadly, the President then went on to repeat many of the same falsehoods that he has used for months in the health care debate. First, he declared that the Washington health care takeover will not change in any way the health care coverage of the 85% of Americans who currently like their health care. Most Americans know better.

Then, he once again attacked the millions of Americans like you and me who have attended town hall meetings, rallies, and tea parties to defend their health care and oppose the Washington takeover.

Next, the President stated – with a straight face – that his health care takeover will not increase the budget deficit a single penny! The crowd in Raleigh literally roared with laughter at this line, and I suspect most Americans know the truth – that’s one reason we’re winning.

President Obama said businesses would be required to “chip in to help cover the cost of their workers,” a clever way of saying he supports a punitive payroll tax for health care.  Does that mean he supports the 8 percent payroll tax included in H.R. 3200?  That’s a huge job-killer at a time our economy can least afford it.

The President stated that his “public option” – aka the government-run insurance plan – will not harm the private insurance that literally tens of millions of Americans enjoy. But we have seen him on video giving speeches where he details his vision of everyone relying on government health insurance. Click HERE for video.

The President did acknowledge the need for tort reform to get rid of frivolous lawsuits. However instead of putting this reform in the health care bill President Obama placed Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius – a former lobbyist for trial lawyers – in charge of such reforms.

There’s so much more, but you get the idea.

I’ve got a request for you. The President and his friends are counting on this speech being a game changer. It’s not. But TODAY, you need to tell your member of Congress that the President’s speech has not changed your mind. Act now.

The bottom line is this: despite a rousing summer when your grassroots activism captured the imagination of the American people and slowed the momentum for the Washington health care takeover, we face a September, October and potentially November where the future of our health care is in doubt.

President Obama, Speaker Pelosi and the entire big government side is counting on you and me losing interest or growing weary of the fight.

We can’t let that happen. This Saturday’s 9/12 “Taxpayer March on Washington” is crucial and I hope to see you there. We’ll have both our Patients First “Hands Off My Health Care” buses cruising the streets around the Capitol.

Then, we’ve got to keep the pressure on these Senators and Representatives throughout the fall.

At our rally in Goldsboro yesterday afternoon (just before the big town hall in Raleigh), a lady named Janet walked up to me. Her son is a special needs child and she told me their family’s story of struggle and achievement – it was inspiring. But, Janet knows what is at stake for her precious child if we lose this battle over health care, and that’s why she took time from a busy day to attend the rally and fight the good fight.

In the decisive weeks and months to come, let’s make the same commitment.

The man was right.”

Social Security and Medicare are already over $90 Trillion Dollars in UNFUNDED liabilities, over the infinite horizon and now, either they want to increase this debt, resulting in MASSIVE INCREASES in Federal “Withholding” and Employment Taxes or they want to eliminate Medicare entirely and still need to MASSIVELY INCREASE taxes FAR MORE on the  middle class by adding even more millions of people AND upto tens of millions of ILLEGAL immigrants to the public trough.  How can America survive another Social Security and Medicare type Ponzi scheme?  Bernie Madoff was an infant rookie compared to what the U.S. Government has done to the personal individual finances in the near future of our fellow countrymen!

The MAJOR underlying reason, after the revaluation of the dollar due to The Federal Reserve faulty banking and monetary practices, printing of money and all sorts of international corruption and robbery of American taxpayer money, is that leases for the domestic production of oil and gas resources are being held up by the Obama Administration.

If the energy necessary for our lives costs so much, such as electricity, heat and light for your home  and if it takes lots of energy to produce any and all products and groceries you can buy and most services,  and additionally it takes a lot of energy to transport all those products to the store where you buy food for example, is there any wonder there isn’t much left over to support the rest of our economy and general across the board employment?

The article below is from Partnership for America’s Energy Security.  I have written previously that America would be in what I have coined “The Supernova Effect” on the equities markets and the general economy.  This would be happening right now if the price of crude would be at its natural uninfluenced by the U.S. Government, price of between $25.00 – $35.00 a barrel.  That would provide all of us the opportunity to amass some assets of value before the Supernova collapses back in on itself literally destroying “The MATRIX” (our economy based on money printed out of thin air on glorified computer printers at the privately held Federal Reserve Banking cartel).  The MATRIX, our economy, will eventually collapse anyway until we LEARN our personal and individual responsibilities to learn what freedom and liberty actually means, which means freedom from government but in compliance with Natural Law (which, for the most part simply means obeying the Ten Commandments and related obvious derivatives thereof) and the values and principles which are a prerequisite thereof.  Additionally we must take the time on a daily or at least weekly basis to individually learn and stay informed as to what our Congress is doing so that we the people, who are IN AUTHORITY over our government, can ENFORCE the rule of OUR laws upon them as we did establish and ordain upon all three branches of Government as written in The Constitution of the United (but individual Sovereign) States of America.  It is our individual responsibilities to stay informed and ENFORCE the law on our Government.  If we refuse or reject our responsibilities we will lose our individual freedom, liberty, rights and our prosperity as we are experiencing right now.  Our founding fathers have documented these facts all over the place; just take a few moments to read the volumes of documents that they have written and left to us to realize these facts.  The reason why we are having so many financial problems right now and why we are losing our rights, freedom and liberty is precisely because we have not heeded our founding fathers warnings nor even read them.  And have we even bothered to read and memorize the Ten Commandments which makes true freedom and liberty possible through values and principles?

Well back to the main thrust of this writing:  Read the following article that reports that the U.S. Government, particularly Secretary of The Interior Ken Salazar, is not allowing leases to go out to the oil companies for drilling and exploration of oil and gas, where the humongous hundreds of billions of barrels of crude and massive volumes of natural gas are just waiting to be tapped.  If these leases were to be released the price of crude would be where it belongs at $25.00 to $35.00 a barrel.  Then our economy would experience the Supernova before it’s utter collapse, which is going to happen with or without the low priced energy.  But we will all be better off to make and save money and build assets to prepare for the collapse of “The MATRIX” (our economy which only exists as programmed into our minds, in that we have been led to believe that a dollar is worth 100 cents when it is backed by almost nothing and so in the “REAL WORLD” they are only worth 2 – 3 cents each.

Short of the U.S. Government obeying the LAW as written in The Constitution to the word, in spirit and intent as it WAS meant when it was originally ratified, “The MATRIX”, is going to crash.  The reason why we could save our economy, if the U.S. Government was FORCED to obey our LAWS is because if it did it would quickly become only 1/5th its current size and spending at best and all the rest of the money would be in our hands to spend and live on.  In fact Income Tax wouldn’t exist.  Can you imagine the economic impact of that?  Also The Federal Reserve would cease to exist and that would quickly result in the rebirth of our freedom, liberty, prosperity and happiness.  You see all of these things are illegal under the LAW that we did establish and ordain as written in the Constituton to protect us from what is happening today, because We The People are not taking care of OUR responsibilities to stay individually informed and largely active in the enforcement of our laws and their impact on legislation and judicial interpetation of OUR LAWs that we created upon Government, because we know better than Government what is best for us individually and for our individual families and how best to spend our personal earnings.

The only other way to stop it from collapsing is to completely give up on the Constitution, The Declaration of Independence, our freedom and our rights and give into a one world currency followed by a one world government, which would only delay the collapse of The MATRIX by a couple of decades at best and we would be utter slaves to the government and the owners of The Federal Reserve Banking cartel who controls it through total monetary control and the fact that every single nickel that our government spends comes from The Fed and not from the U.S. Taxpayer according to the 1983 Grace Commission Report to President Reagan.  And guess who pays interest on the “public debit”?

My point to all of this:

1. You MUST force the U.S. Government to release those leases to our oil companies.
2. You must realize what the U.S. Government, all three branches but especially both houses of Congress,  is doing to all of us and do something about it.
3. You must realize what The Federal Reserve is doing to all of us and do something about it.
4. The most important thing you can do, because it automatically takes care of the above three items in this list, is to ENFORCE THE LAW, as written in the Constitution, and the values and principles of The Declaration of Independence.  Have you read them lately?
5. Read the various writings of our wise founding fathers and above all, learn the one and only meaning of “freedom”, as it is meant in The Declaration of Independence and The Constitution, which is the cardinal LAW of the land that WE wrote to control and be INDIVIDUAL masters of our individual rights and over our Government.  They are not to tell us what to do.  They are not to take our earnings away from us in income taxes and spend it “for us”.  It is our right to earn and spend our own money.  Compensation for labor in nothing more than an exchange of assets, labor, skills and paid for education for an equal exchange of property, assets and/or equivalent in currency.

Now below is an article that will provide you with energy information and how it is that The Obama Administration is purposely and artificially forcing the price of all forms of energy to remain high, even in the face of a recession and impending Depression after “The Supernova Effect” takes place, if we are so lucky to have a Supernova effect before The MATRIX collapses.  You MUST write and call your Congressmen to LET THE LEASES go out!  THIS IS URGENT for your own living and to lower the high cost of everything you pay for.

Why are we not going after the extensive oil supplies within U.S. control?

Energy exploration in areas under U.S. control requires leasing and approval by the U.S. Minerals Management Service, a federal agency within the Department of the Interior.

For nearly three decades, a ban on new exploration in most of the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) prevented our nation from accessing vast domestic energy supplies. This ban expired in 2008, but new leasing for offshore exploration has been delayed by an extended comment period authorized by U.S. Interior Secretary Ken Salazar. Once a lease is approved, bringing new fuel supplies to market can take up to ten years because of permitting, potential regulatory delays, and facilities development.

Oil shale development on U.S. lands was re-authorized under the Energy Policy Act of 2005, but Secretary Salazar recently rejected a development plan drafted by the previous Administration.
