If HR 2159 is passed, those who dare to openly question their government will not be able to obtain a firearm from a federally licensed dealer.
On the surface, the goal of this bill is laudable–who wouldn’t want to deny firearms and explosives to dangerous terrorists? This bill would amend the US Code, expanding the discretionary rights of the Attorney General to “deny the transfer of a firearm…if…the transferee is known (or appropriately suspected) to be or have been engaged in conduct constituting, in preparation for, in aid of, or related to terrorism.” Definitions aside, how does the government determine who is a terrorist?

And, I and many of our military warriors pledge NO allegiance to ANY MAN! Do you know what I pledge, along with my military Brothers and Sisters? I pledge that I will support and defend the Constitution of The United States against all enemies both foreign and domestic and that I will bear true faith and allegiance for the same, So Help Me God. That’s what I pledge. And that’s the pledge every U.S. Service member makes. But yet it seems that most of them don’t even know what’s in the Constitution.

Responding to two Democratic senators representing outraged private gun owners, the Department of Defense announced last night it has scrapped a new policy that would severely deplete the supply of ammunition by requiring destruction of fired military cartridge brass.
The policy already had taken a bite out of the nation’s stressed ammunition supply, leaving arms dealers scrambling to find ammo for private gun owners.
Mark Cunningham, a legislative affairs representative with the Defense Logistics Agency, explained in an e-mail last night to the office of Sen. Jon Tester, D-Mont., that the Department of Defense had placed small arms cartridge cases on its list of sensitive munitions items as part of an overall effort to ensure national security is not jeopardized in the sale of any Defense property.
The small arms cases were identified as a senstive item and were held pending review of policy, he said.

Friday evening March 6th this ol’ Capt. Karl traveled down to Waukesha to a private home to meet with14 other Wisconsin citizens to discuss and explore the possibility of recalling Wisconsin Governor James Doyle. Meeting with our group were Mr. Orville Seymer and Mr. Christopher A. Kliesmet representatives of the very same citzen action group, CRG, who successfully recalled the infamous Tom Ament of Milwaukee County who was arguably the most powerful politician in SE Wisconsin having achieved “boss” status in Milwaukee County. Ament resigned after facing recall when CRG collected 182,000 signatures (110,000 more than needed) in 30 days (half the allotted time) for his role in perpetrating a pension fraud that paid millions ($120 million and counting) in lump sum retirement payments and other benefits to county employees. CRG has numerous successes organizing and helping our fellow Wisconsin citizens holding our public serpents accountable including many recalls.

Freedom Only Belongs To Those Who Have The GUTS To Defend It!
It is too late for the citizens of crime ridden England to restore their freedom or even their God given right to defend themselves, for their Government stole these rights from them.
