This is a story very near and dear to me. I have a special interest in this candidate and he means a lot to me.

February 27th was a cold day in Chicago. It was snowing, the wind was blowing and hot coffee wasn’t quite doing the trick. Our organizers for the Chicago Tea Party had spent just six days preparing for the first first event to follow Rick Santelli’s rant. We had no idea who or how many would attend.

I remember thinking, at the time, that if 100 showed up we could deem it a success. Until 2009, gatherings of this nature just didn’t really materialize in Chicago. Everyone I know in politics told me to prepare for the worst… believing that few would actually show up.

I parked the car and got my signs, clip boards and handouts, and headed to Daley Plaza, the location for the first Chicago Tea Party of 2009. When I arrived on scene, there was a family standing to the side of the property with some signs. It was obvious that at least someone had come to be a part of the event.

Their names were Richard and Laura Behney. They had traveled from Indiana up to Chicago for the tea party, and they were eager to be a part. After a brief introduction and chat, I asked them to take the clipboards and ask attendees to put there information on them so we could stay in contact. They humbly accepted and were happy to help out.

Hundreds and hundreds would soon start flooding into Daley Plaza and I lost sight of Laura and Richard for the duration of the event. But after the tea party, they brought me the clipboards and wanted to know what was next. They were extremely excited about what was unfolding, and they would eventually go back to Indiana to become a very influential and hard working part of the tea party movement in their home state.

This morning I received a message from Laura that reads as follows:

On that freezing cold February 27th day, you met my husband, Richard and I at Daley Plaza for Chicago’s first Tea Party. We were the first ones there and you asked us to take your clipboards and ask people to sign in. And so began our involvement in the historic Tea Party movement.

From there, Richard and I founded the Indianapolis Tea Party, where on Tax Day we had over 13,000 Hoosier Patriots on the lawn of our statehouse holding signs reflecting the sentiment that they had had ENOUGH!

And from there, hundreds of Hoosier Tea Partiers and 912 Groups urged Richard to take on Indiana’s political dynasty, Evan Bayh. A master of fence-riding so much so that he must have splinters!

The road from regular citizen (we own our own small plumbing business) to Tea Party goer to Tea Party organizer to candidate for United States Senate has been one we never expected to be on and frankly, slightly ticks us off that we have to be on it. BUT, someone has to do something, so it might as well be us.

Now I don’t know about you, but I think Richard needs as much help as we can possibly give him. Richard and his wife were the first two tea party activists I met since this movement began, and they deserve the full support of tea party activists across the country.

If you want CHANGE FROM the last TEN DECADES of Tyranny resulting in the utter Despotism and Economic Collapse we have today, YOU need to SUPPORT the Jeffersonian Constitutionalist Republican candidate for the U.S. Senate seat for Indiana. 

I recommend we all blog about him, tweet about him, send him financial support, volunteer for the campaign, call friends and family in Indiana to ask for help… do everything possible to give this campaign a boost.

Not only do we need to rid the Senate of thugs like this, we need to replace them with patriots like this.

ACORN, a government-funded community activist group long noted for hard-left stances, has been earning more and more notoriety for sundry shady practices.

During the presidential campaign, the organization got in trouble for voter fraud. ACORN officials blamed a few bad apples. But phony registrations filed by its employees have been discovered in a slew of states. In 2008, 14 states began investigating the group for fraud.

Then there’s the ease with which many ACORN employees are willing to advise sex slave traders on how to avoid taxes.

As you no doubt know, in September of this year, Hannah Giles and James O’Keefe posed as a prostitute and a pimp at many ACORN offices. They pretended to seek advice on how to avoid paying taxes for income from the child prostitutes they said they were importing into the country. They recorded these visits with a hidden camera, and employees in all too many offices proved eager to help. ACORN responded by firing implicated employees . . . and suing Giles and O’Keefe.

Now it is coming to light that — to save money — ACORN bosses have been telling paid employees to work for them as volunteers, instead, and earn their pay by collecting unemployment insurance. This, as blogger Michael McCray notes, would be a form of fraud.

A fraud to match other ACORN policies, I guess, and the handout mentality that permeates our nation’s capital.

Before I get into the details of the title of this post, let me say that I already know some of you are going to want to react to what I write with a bit of malice. I’ve taken a little heat for my post ripping Newt Gingrich about his “Party over Principles” stance over on my personal blog, so I fully understand there are folks who feel very passionate about this issue. But let me also say that for every email against my position, there are twenty in support of it.

If you’re one of the few who are angry about all of this, do us a favor and point the fingers in the right direction.

If you haven’t been following the NY23 special election, I highly recommend you go read the scoop on my blog. In short, the GOP establishment took the liberty movement for granted, jumped behind the wrong candidate (a far left, liberal Republican) and expected the base to just fold and follow their pick without complaint.

At first. this all just appeared to be a poorly calculated decision for the beltway thugs who pretend to be the conservative movement. I mean, back when Newt Gingrich endorsed far left liberal Dede Sozzafava in the race, the grassroots movement was hardly paying attention. It wasn’t until about two weeks ago when the rest of the country realized what was going on.

During the past week, many movement conservatives have shown full support for conservative candidate Doug Hoffman in the race. Sarah Palin, Dick Armey, Club for Growth and MANY others have thrown their political weight behind him.

And not just the “players”… the Tea Party Movement has gotten involved in a huge way. Using the internet as vessel, the message of conservative candidate Doug Hoffman has traveled far and wide, and support for him has exploded.

Which left egg on the faces of all the establishment heads who jumped into the liberal Republican camp early on.

Mistakes were made. No doubt about it. But here is where it gets wild. Instead of doing the right thing, Newt Gingrich and crew have dug in their heels and are strongly defending their position.

Damage control was possible about five days ago, but now they’ve lost their chance. There is no turning back. They made the wrong choice. The refused to admit it and join the true base of the movement. And now they’re actually trying to preach to us that more of the same is needed to fix the problems more of the same created.

Bizarre.

All that said, one would think these groups would now keep their mouths shut and try to minimize the damage, right?

Wrong.

Politico reported today that the NRCC is actually goinjg to step up their efforts and dump another $300,000 into to media buys for far left candidate Dede Scozzafava.

The National Republican Congressional Committee remains committed to embattled GOP nominee Dede Scozzafava in the upstate New York House special election, even as many of the party’s top names throw their support to Conservative Party nominee Doug Hoffman.

Two party officials tell POLITICO that the NRCC will continue to air TV ads propping up Scozzafava in the days leading up to the Nov. 3 contest and plans to keep up a near relentless barrage of press releases slamming Hoffman.

Scozzafava, a state assemblywoman who supports gay marriage, abortion rights and has a close relationship with leading labor officials in her region, has been the target of sustained criticism from conservatives who claim she is too liberal for them to support her candidacy.

Not only is the NRCC going to waste donor dollars on a failed candidate with no hope of winning the race, they’re also going to attack the actual conservative in the race!

At this point, the only logical conclusion is that the NRCC (a huge hub of establishment consultants who leech off of donor money) and the rest of the old guard will arm itself for battle and wage war against the grassroots base rather than give it control.

For those in our movement who are saying “we don’t need to wage war against the machine right now”… wake up. The machine is waging war against you.

This is a fight the movement has been itching for. In my opinion, we should confront this machine and do so immediately.

Fool me once, shame on you.  Fool me ten times, shame on me.  How many times do the Republicans get to tell us Jeffersonian Constitutionalists that they are for freedom, liberty and completely support The Declaration of Independence and the dovetail Constitution of the United States only to find out that their actions are, in large measure, opposed to their rhetoric?   After the behaviors of the last Republican Congress I am even beginning to wonder what the term RINO really means any more? 

When in the last ten decades has any Republican party rolled back the heinous usurpations that started with the ratification of the non-ratified 16^th Amendment by the lying Secretary of State Philanderer Knox and his boss in crime President Woodrow Wilson?  Not to mention the Constitutional atrocity of The Federal Reserve Act of 1913 that was passed on either Christmas Eve or the day before when President Woodrow Wilson held corruptible Congressmen from Christmas break to fulfill his commitment to the owner bankers of the cartel of twelve privately held huge banks that now make up The Federal Reserve “System”, for the endless campaign funds that they provided for his election, which allowed the tyrants in the U.S. Congress and several Administrations to borrow us into incremental oblivion and all manner of Constitutional contempt ever since.

Benjamin Franklin once said; “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. “   It should be obvious to all of us now that simply electing Republicans is not the answer to our problems.  The answer is in finding a way to ENFORCE THE LAW that we wrote, established and ordained in The Constitution by our individual authority bestowed upon us by our creator.   Especially, but not limited to, Article 1 Section 8 as further supported by the 9^th and 10^th Amendments in The Bill of Rights.

Is it not clear that, according to THE LAW, the U.S. Government was ‘borrowed’ certain powers by us, from our authority given to us individually by our creator, to ONLY handle these SEVENTEEN ‘enumerated’ powers for the ‘privilege’ of serving us at and for our convenience?  Is it not true that the veracity of this is clearly written in The Declaration of Independence as followed up by the dovetail LAWs as written in The Constitution?  When, may I ask, did any Republican serve to reverse any significant numbers of usurpations of authority enacted through these nearly ten decades of incremental tyranny, which have ultimately resulted in the clear display of despotism we see by our current non-representing Representatives and Administration on TV nightly?

It may be true that Democrats are even worse, but for me, I will never ever vote for a Republican again unless he or she promises to completely reverse EVERY SINGLE character of constitutionally contemptuous usurpation in legislation ever drafted.

 If the Federal Government were to obey the law, especially but not limited to, Article 1 Section 8, can you imagine how, after about five years of the imminent financial hardship which lies before us due to our unsustainable economy based on pieces of almost worthless paper and ink called FEDERAL RESERVE “NOTES” that are worth 100 cents each only in our minds, when in reality they are worth 2 – 3 cents each, crashing,,,  quickly the vast majority of our average common workingmen and women would become relatively wealthy once again in the environment of true liberty and freedom.  The potential of what would happen if the LAW was obeyed by our Federal Government is almost too much for the human mind to comprehend.  Ask yourself, how fast would we individually recover financially if we were free to keep almost everything we earned rather than Government spending it?  Just the thought of all of those Trillions being left in our hands and our economy is utterly mind blowing.

Would any Republican be willing to force compliance with Constitutional Law in full force and effect?  I don’t think that these liars would.  And this comment is coming from a registered Republican and supporter of 32 years.

BUT NO MORE!  You are either for the complete Constitution WORD FOR WORD, in spirit and intent as it WAS meant when it was ratified or you can FORGET MY VOTE!  PERIOD!  You damn lying traitors!

 I believe this NEW Continental Congress is the best way to retrieve and restore our individual God given Constitutional rights, powers and authorities, which have been usurped by both parties and all three branches of the U.S. Government, to the people.  I believe that through this NEW Continental Congress we will be able to ENFORCE, to the full force and effect of the law, the ‘enumerated’ powers clauses of Article 1 Section 8, as further supported by the 9^th and 10^th Amendments in The Bill of Rights of the Constitution of The United States of America.  I further believe that enforcing these laws on the U.S. Government, where we the people only authorized them to have the ‘privilege’ to handle these seventeen enumerated items as listed in The Constitution, the obvious result would be a full restoration of our freedom, liberty, unalienable rights and individual prosperity for the vast majority of our fellow countrymen; through hard work and being able to keep their earnings that otherwise is unconstitutionally stolen by the tyrannical, corrupt despots in the U.S. Government through the usurpation of authorities and responsibilities we never gave them or authorized in any way, shape manner or form which has resulted in this:  us National Debt Clock : Real Time  I would further submit that it is likely that the U.S. Government is going to make us and our posterity pay for this ungodly insanity, UNLESS we enforce the RULE OF LAW as we wrote, established and ordained on the U.S. Government in The Constitution of the United States of America.  The “How are we going to do that?” question will be answered at the NEW Continental Congress by the discussions and plans laid by the 3 “citizen” delegates selected from each State.

 If you have been reading The Liberty Tree Lantern then you have been well posted on these developments of this NEW Continental Congress which is to convene in St. Charles, IL at the Pheasent Run Resort and Conference Center on Sunday November 8^th and will be attended by 3 citizen delegates from every State in the Union.  My understanding is that some of the proceedings will be recorded by camera and reported/ televised by some news organizations to keep the American public informed as to the discussions and plans formulated by the NEW Continental Congress.

 I would note that today is the last day for nomination of all representative “citizen” delegates, three from each State. So if you know anyone who you believe would be an exceptional “citizen” candidate (not tied to either of the two major political parties)  to represent the “people” of Wisconsin, today is your last chance to nominate them and get them on the ballot.  This Continental Congress 2009 has the potential to be a very big historical event in the heritage of America’s contemporary history.

Please circulate this message to your contacts.

 As you may know, Wisconsin has two voting centers for the October 10, 2009 in-person election of delegates to Continental Congress 2009.  The two voting centers are:

In addition to these two voting centers for in-person voting, Wisconsin also allows voting by mail.  I attached the following documents regarding mail-in voting:

• Voter Registration – Mail-In Option (must be notarized)
• Wisconsin Mail-In Ballot

These documents will also be posted on the Wisconsin webpage at http://givemeliberty.org/user/congress/Region.aspx?state=wi sometime next week.

By using the mail-in option, you may start voting today.  You may also want to wait until you get a chance to meet the candidates at the Candidate Forum on October 1^st at the Olympia Resort and Spa.  Each candidate is also profiled on the Wisconsin webpage.

The instructions indicate that the ballot and the registration form should be put in separate envelopes and then mailed together in a larger envelope.  The purpose of this separation is to ensure a secret ballot.  However, even if your ballot and registration form are mailed together in the same envelope, I can assure you that your ballot and registration will be separated when the envelope is opened.  The secret ballot will still be maintained.  Your ballot will still be counted even if it is enclosed in the same envelope as the registration form.

Now is the time to peacefully restore our Constitutional Republic.  The Continental Congress is the best option for this to happen.  We the People, acting as sovereign individuals, can make this Continental Congress meaningful and effective by voting in large numbers.  Let’s make it happen.  Our liberty depends on it!

Consider Before They Commit Us to a New Law

One of the key means by which the Senate slows down the legislative process is through the filibuster.

Unlike in the House, in the Senate, even a small group of senators can hold up a bill by threatening to continuously debate it.

It takes the votes of three-fifths of the Senate, or 60 senators, to end a filibuster. This means that it effectively takes 60 votes to pass a controversial piece of legislation or nomination.

And again, this is for good reason. The Founders looked to the House to more directly reflect the will of the people. They relied on the Senate to take a step back and carefully consider a bill before they commit the American people and our resources to it.

Fellow countrymen and women;  I would turn your attention to the red highlighted parcel in the above segment.  I would submit that neither of these two proposed bills, health reform and climate change legislation, conforms to the will of the people at all.  Have we not seen the latest polls and the vast numbers of our fellow countrymen at Tea Parties and town hall meetings from sea to shining sea?  Were there not nearly TWO MILLION of our fellow countrymen who utterly shut down Washington D.C. to stop the tyranny and despotism reflected by such Constitutionally heinous and contemptuous legislation?

I submit these observations of usurpation, repeated injury and Congressional and Administrative treason to a candid world and request that my fellow countrymen from across our fruited plain from the lands of the brave formulate plans to restore liberty and Constitutional authorities to We The People who first received them from our creator.  For is it not true, my fellow countrymen:

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. — Such has been the patient sufferance of these United but independent and sovereign States; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former members of Government to better anchor and ENFORCE our systems of Governance to the rule of law as We The People wrote, established and ordained in The Constitution upon our Government, in its entirety word for word to the full spirit and intent as it was meant by our founding fathers on the day it was ratified.  Especially, but not limited to:

1. The apportionment clauses with regards to taxation in Article 1 Section 2, contempt of  which through the oppression, intimidation and coersion of the IRS has resulted in unadulterated slavery, tyranny and oppression through taxation ultimately resulting in the U.S. Government using our own earnings against us and the loss our liberty of choice of how to spend our own earnings from our labor.  
2. The enumerated powers clauses of Article 1 Section 8 along with their supporting 9^th and 10^th Amendments in The Bill of Rights presenting law upon our Government where we the people borrowed some of our authority, given to us by our creator, for the ‘privilege’ of the Government to handle ONLY the enumerated SEVENTEEN items we therein listed, for our convenience and to form a more perfect union of independent sovereign States.
3. We The People understand that multitudes of constitutionally contemptuous legislation over nearly the past ten decades will have to be completely rescinded and we understand that our U.S. Government, being compelled to conform to the rule of law will result in the utter collapse of 4/5ths of the scope, size and spending levels currently being conducted through corruption and usurpation in full out condescension of Constitutional law.  For We The People of the United independent and sovereign States of America love and cherish liberty and the animated contest of freedom and the pursuit of happiness, under God, rather than the security and tranquility of servitude under tyrants.

The history of the current President, both Houses of Congress and constitutionally contemptuous activist Supreme Court justices is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

Only weeks after the signing of the Declaration of Independence Samuel Adams presented the following in his Speech at the State House, Philadelphia, August 1, 1776:

“Contemplate the mangled bodies of your countrymen, and then say ‘what should be the reward of such sacrifices?’ Bid us and our posterity bow the knee, supplicate the friendship and plough, and sow, and reap, to glut the avarice of the men who have let loose on us the dogs of war to riot in our blood and hunt us from the face of the earth? If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom – go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen!”

Did all our soldier patriots and original Revolutionary War patriots and Veterans in the Continentals and the Militias of ordinary common folk farmers, blacksmiths and businessmen who fought through all the years so that we could be individually free and prosporous as we used to be, before the nearly ten decades of incremental tyranny by our U.S. Government, fight in vain?  Are we the people going to let the oppressive tyrannical despots in Congress and the President just dismantle our freedom, liberty, earnings and personal property piece by piece by piece?  Do you understand the debt that our U.S. Congress and several Administrations have placed onto us as a result of numerous unconstitutional bills that they passed? 

Below I have a hotlink to the debt clock.  Click on it and take a look at the debt that ALL of us are going to have to pay for one way or the other.  And, I can assure you one thing, there  is going to be hell to pay for several years starting in the very near future, less than three years – perhaps only one,  of the collapse of “The Matrix” (our “perceived” economy, based on Monopoly Money printed out of thin air, as the result of the revalution to the true value of the dollar otherwise called hyper-inflation). 

Hopefully we will soon, before the collapse of “The Matrix” would be nice, have the courage to COMPLETELY replace every single member of the U.S. Government at every single level starting at the very top and working down to ACORN (they get 100s of millions of taxpayer money, to OVER two hundred affiliates with different names, for all manner of corruption, voter fraud and mayhem) and the SEIU street sweepers.     ALL twenty million of them or however many of them there are, HAVE TO GO!  The Federal Government only has the authority to do SEVENTEEN things ONLY.  All other powers and responsibilities are to be left to the sovereign and independent States or the people per the 9^th and 10^th Amendments.  PERIOD ! ! ! ! ! !

Fellow patriots, I submit, that all of the treasonous despots in our Government, who took the Oath to protect and defend our Constitution from all enemies both foreign and domestic, from both parties, should be given fair trial in a Court of Constitutionally knowledgeable Americans and most importantly such jurists shall be word for word exacting to the spirit and intent as it WAS meant on the day it was ratified, loyal and rock solid ‘AMERICAN’ jurists.  Those members of the entirety of the U.S. Government at all levels found guilty should be fully and swiftly prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.  Traitors to our Constitution shall be swiftly, within three days of judgment, be given such justice as written in OUR law.

And, I further submit, that from now on all of us are AMERICANS…!   Anybody who permanently resides in this county as a citizen, if they don’t cherish being an AMERICAN, melting and fully and completely assimilating into our American heritage, AMERICAN Culture, American beliefs, AMERICAN traditions, speaking English and fully comprehending the concepts of the book The Christian Life and Character of the Civil Institutions of the United States (1864) that provides a perspicuous insight as to what is an “AMERICAN”, what makes up his or her character and is the very core foundation of our AMERICAN CULTURE that provided and was the seed and fertilizer for what “used to be” our country’s greatness and resulted in individual power and prosperity for the VAST majority of individual common working Americans, the envy of the world and ultimately resulted in a 5000 Year Leap in human advancement and technology, then they should be “more” than free to leave.

Within three years the U.S. Debt Clock will stop.  Why, because by that time we will ALL have to pay the price for the usurpations of our public servants of almost Ten decades of corruption and usurpation by our U.S. Government leading to a “green” hybrid of Socialism, Communism and Fascism.  Our economy, within three years from now (could be sooner as it almost did in the last quarter of 2008), will stop due to massively incomprehensible hyper-inflation and all sorts of economic realities as the result of printing wealth out of thin air, as we spit in the face of God (for who needs God if we can print all the money and wealth we want from glorified computer printers at The Fed?). 

If we would have the fortitude to take care of our responsibilities as a free people to do what we sooner or later must for freedom, liberty and self-preservation, more sooner than later, we sure would be far better off than waiting for the collapse of “The Matrix” which you will know is VERY NEAR when our economy, in a few months time from NOW, is going gang busters, the stock market is near or above its highs and millions of people are back to work, some making more money than ever before, just like the months preceding BLACK FRIDAY 1929.  Only this BLACK FRIDAY will be FAR WORSE.  Windows above the tenth floor will be all the rage when people are caught by surprise in the loss of everything they ‘think’ they own in “The MATRIX” almost overnight on the future Black Friday soon to come, just when everything looks so rosy.  And then Barack Obama will give us the “Final Ultimatum”.

The good news is that once we have individually learned our much deserved lessons we will enforce our laws that we wrote in the Constitution on our Government and then, over time, perhaps about 5 years after the Re-Revolutionary war and/or the collapse of “The Matrix” if we are wise enough to take our country back by sheer volume and critical mass of people, we will be well on the way to be more INDIVIDUALLY wealthy than ever before.  But we MUST realize that until “The Matrix” (our economy based on little more than Monopoly Money) has completely collapsed and we rebuild it based on ‘real’ money – assets / resources created by God and the labor and sweat of man, without any damned central bank, in the environment of freedom and liberty and the 28 Freedom Principles we will be little more than slaves to the despots and oppressors in the U.S. Government and The Federal Reserve “System” that controls them.  I believe that ACORN and SEIU are just convenient pawns of the Federal Reserve and their exclusive international Trilateral Commission club they founded via David Rockefeller (of Chase Manhattan Bank (Federal Reserve) / Rockefeller family) and Zbigniew Brzezinski, of megalomaniacal green “hybrid” Socialist, Communist, Fascist maniacs who use Mass Behavior Modification (brainwashing) through the “perception” of Global Warming and Climate Change as a “convenient” excuse to formulate and execute their diabolical plans resulting in We The People bowing down before them without a fight.  Yes, as Gor(e)y as it is, it sure WAS “CONVENIENT”" wasn’t it.  But now, by the grace of God, our countrymen are waking up from their stupor that the programmers of “The MATRIX” have placed into our minds.  The RED pill is the right choice if you prefer individual liberty and prosperity over slavery and tyranny.

 STILL THINK THIS IS  FUNNY?   – - -   Not one of  these taxes existed 100 years ago, and our  nation was the most prosperous  in the world.  Prior to the FEDERAL RESERVE ACT OF 1913 and the NON-ratified ratification of the Sixteenth Amendment, by the LIAR Secretary of State Philanderer Knox and President Woodrow Wilson, in the same despotic year, the average common working man was increasing wealth at an unbelievable rate and was the envy of the world.  We had absolutely no national debt, had the largest middle class in the world, and Mom stayed home to raise the kids in a loving caring family where they talked and actually had most meals together as a family.    What has happened? Can you spell usurping U.S. Congress, The Federal Reserve “System”, President(s) and Constitutionally contemptuous Supreme Court “activists” legislating from the bench?  In other words, we didn’t take care of our individual responsibilities to enforce the rule of OUR laws.

People, WE THE FREE, have been given our individual authority and unalienable rights by our creator.  We ‘borrowed’ some of our authority to the U.S. Government for the ‘privilege’ of handling ONLY SEVENTEEN enumerated items in Article 1 Section 8 of the LAW as We The People wrote, established and ordained on our Government to protect our unalienable rights; rights and supreme authority that were given to us by God himself.  What mere government has the right to usurp authorities that we never gave them as our servants; who are to serve us at our pleasure and who are to follow and obey the rule of law that we ordained through our individual authority that we were given by God?

 If the U.S. Government was FORCED to obey the LAW that we wrote, established and ordained in The Constitution and were thereby as written in black and white under Article 1 Section 8 and as further supported by the 9th and 10th Amendments in The Bill of Rights, only allowed to handle, as ENFORCED BY OUR EXISTING SUPREME LAW, the SEVENTEEN enumerated items therein and as the natural obvious result would yield the collapsed of the U.S. Government to only 1/5^th of its current size, scope and spending level and we the people would get to keep our earnings and decide for ourselves how to spend it all, can you even possibly imagine how our economy would boom?  Can any human being have the mental capacity to even comprehend the speed of how fast our individual wealth would increase and thereby the prosperity of our country and our posterity?  HOLY STIMULUS (!) – -  Can you imagine the advances in Science and technology with the creative forces of freedom and liberty unbridled, being restored to the individual American citizen as per the Declaration of Independence and its dovetail corresponding document The Constitution of The United (but independent and sovereign) States of America?  We need only look to our American heritage to get a glimmer into the future of the VAST individual American potential bathed in the environment of true righteousness and LIBERTY under God.

Why are the vast majority of Congressmen, especially Democrats, willing to dis such dependable voters? ? ? ?

The only way that they can keep their cushy jobs is by providing amnesty to 12 – 20 million illegal aliens to replace our seniors at the voting booth.  All of us Americans, therefore, can look forward to a major amnesty push by our U.S. Government in the very near future. 

Of course those of us who wish to protect America, our rights, our lifestyles and our Constitution are “Demagogues”:

A North American Union (NAU) would be a good “first step” to a New One World Order so that us American taxation slaves have nowhere to run for freedom, liberty, unalienable rights or to protect our earnings or property from the U.S. Government; soon to be the One World Government.  Passage of “amnesty” for illegal aliens (and Mexican gangsters) would be a great way to prepare America for the NAU step to a New World Order and “Global Citizenship” and the loss of America’s sovereignty.

How can we even consider letting these usurping, tyrannical, Constitutional traitors run our Government?

How long will it be before the U.S. Congress sneaks amnesty in some bill that is “vital” and an “emergency’?  Remember what Rahm Emanuel said;  “Never let a good crisis go to waste”.  And, remember, they want aliens so that they can be assured a vote to get back into office in their cushy jobs where all of their costs and gasoline are paid for by us taxpayers.  And isn’t it special that they get automatic raises so they can increase their $172,000.00 salaries, for being non-representing Representatives who don’t even write nor read the bills they pass AGAINST us Americans and to usurp more power from us and steal more money out of our paychecks.

BTW: Are we going to let ILLEGAL imigrants steal our taxes through Nationalized Health care?
