Explanation of Wisconsin Taxpayers Civil Rejection 28 Act.

Enclosed along with a recent bill we received from your electric service company, was a notice stating;

Beginning September 28, 2009, Wisconsin Public Service customers in the state of Wisconsin will begin seeing a “Wisconsin 2009 Act 28” fee on their monthly electric bill.

 This charge is a result of a provision included in the Wisconsin Legislative budget bill, which requires that all Wisconsin electric utilities collect a fee from customers to help fund District Attorney salaries and benefits across the state. The charge will appear on customers’ bills through June 30, 2011, unless additional action is taken by the legislature.

 For WPS, this means that our residential customers will pay about $3.24 annually, while the charge for commercial customers will be close to $10 annually. The fee is to be charged per electric meter or service, so customers with multiple accounts could see higher charges.

Electricity has become an essential part of living in America.  I find it heinously appalling that the State of Wisconsin would attach ‘General State of Wisconsin Operational Taxes’ to a utility bill of such life supporting necessity.  What irks me the most about this is the obvious Wisconsin tax incrementalism that is certainly to follow over the course of the next few months and years on our utility bills, for utilities necessary and essential for life itself,  now that the tyrannical spendthrift legislators have their despotic “camel’s nose” under the tent.  Doesn’t electricity cost enough already?

By what right does the oppressive State of Wisconsin Legislators have to force Wisconsin businesses, like Wisconsin Public Service, to do their dirty work for them?

Please be advised, therefore, that I, as a customer of Wisconsin Public Service and a Wisconsin Taxpayer, hereby rejects payment of the Wisconsin Act 28 Fee, which has nothing to do with your electrical service, and that this fee will be subtracted from all future bills with the balance for the electrical service to be paid in full as per the due date provided.

Crescent City Co., 111 U.S. 746, 757)    The tax resolution also calls for Congress to execute the immediate cessation of the (unlawful) imposition of the practice of withholding of earnings from the paychecks of American citizens and for the Congress to immediately release and restore all citizens wrongfully imprisoned as a result of the “unconstitutional application of the income tax” (laws).  The Civic Actions recommended by the Congress for the People to end the Income Tax fraud include for the People to contact their local sheriff and demand cooperation with the citizenry to provide protection from (unlawful) federal and state tax enforcement actions (including fraudulent, non-judicial “administrative” IRS liens and levys), that citizens prepare to replace or otherwise recall or impeach any sheriff who refuses to protect their local citizens from “…rogue federal agents acting under color of law,” and for citizens to prepare themselves to withhold their monies as a means to secure Redress.  As to the Second Amendment Right to Keep and Bear Arms, the resolution of the Continental Congress declares that all regulations, state and federal, which are repugnant to the express language of the Second Amendment are “…null and void – including but not limited to, illegal and unconstitutional restrictions on open and/or concealed carry.”  The arms resolution calls for the citizenry to coordinate with their local county Sheriff in establishing a Constitutional Militia, inherently separate from the state National Guard.  Such militia would be a constitutional defense force, “comprising all citizenry capable of bearing arms and under proper authority, in defense of themselves and the states.”  Official copies of these resolutions and others will be released shortly for public inspection and distribution.  Committee and sub-committee work on “Remedial Instructions” for state and federal officials will by decree, end at midnight Wednesday (Nov. 18).  Starting tomorrow (Thursday) , the Congress begins two and a half days of intense deliberations, turning their sole attention to debating and adopting a comprehensive set of potent “Civic Actions” every American can implement, en masse, to effect a peaceful restoration of Constitutional Order. These lawful, (non-violent) civic actions, (fully lawful and protected by the Right to enforce the First Amendment Right to Petition), will be designed to significantly affect the functioning of both state and federal institutions which have been complicit in enabling or otherwise aiding or allowing the destruction of the Constitution and/or the Fundamental Rights of the People. On Saturday afternoon, the agenda plans for the Delegates set to move to adopt the full package consisting of First Amendment Petitions for Redress of Grievances, “Remedial Instructions” to be served upon state and federal officials, and the slate of “Civic Actions” designed for everyday Americans to implement to resist the tyrants and engage in the battle to restore Liberty.  The final package generated by the Congress will be formally known as the “Articles of Association” and signed (Saturday afternoon) by the Delegates of Continental Congress 2009.  Means are currently being developed for citizens everywhere across America to likewise sign the Articles of Association and join the battle to hold our government accountable to the Law. Just 12 months after voting by a 53-47 margin to put Barack Obama in the White House, only 43 percent of voters today would re-elect him, according to a new Zogby Internaional–O’Leary Report Poll.

“Most voters don’t trust the president on the number one issue of the day: job creation. On top of that, a surprising plurality of voters, and Independent voters in particular, don’t side with President Obama on the number one issue to him: whether or not he should be president,” said Brad O’Leary, a former NBC Westwood One talk show host and publisher of the O’Leary Report.

He’s also written “Shut Up America: The End of Free Speech.”

The pollsters on Nov. 10-12 surveyed 2,879 Americans who had voted in the 2008 presidential election. The results have a margin of error of plus-or-minus 1.9 percent.

The poll asked: If the presidential election were held next month, would you vote to re-elect President Obama or would it be time for someone new in the White House?

The poll showed only 43 percent of Americans who voted in the 2008 presidential election say they would vote to re-elect Obama – a reduction by 10 percent in the votes Obama received on election day last year.

Forty-five percent say they want someone new to be president. Eleven percent say that their vote for or against Obama would depend on who is running against him, and 1 percent are not sure.

Significantly, the poll revealed that only 37 percent of independent voters would vote to re-elect Obama. Forty-six percent say they would like to see someone new. Seventeen percent said they would want to know the opposition first.

Additionally, the poll asked: Please tell me how much you trust the Obama administration to pass federal legislation to create jobs in 2010?

“Not at all” was the response from 42 percent of the voters. Another 11 percent said they do not trust Obama “much.” Only about 1 voter in four said they trusted the president “very much,” and 18 percent admitted they trusted him “somewhat.”

“President Obama’s popularity with the voting public has been eroding for some time, but these numbers really drive home

the point,” O’Leary said.

A video explaining the dangers of a U.N. treaty proposal promoted by President Obama that critics say would lead to a world government has received more than 3.5 million views since WND broke the story on the ominous possibilities, and now there is word from the Obama administration the plan might not be going so smoothly.

In the video, Lord Christopher Monckton, a former science adviser to British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, asserts the real purpose of the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen Dec. 7-18 is to use concern over “global warming” as a pretext to lay the foundation for a one-world government.

At the U.N. Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen “this December, weeks away, a treaty will be signed,” Lord Christopher Monckton told a Minnesota Free Market Institute audience at Bethel University in St. Paul.

According to the Minnesota Free Market Institute, the video, as originally posted, has collected 2.2 million views and almost 700 pages of comments, but there also are more than 100 other cloned versions of Monckton’s comments on YouTube and the aggregate views exceed 3.5 million.

The video helped launch a national petition drive opposing the Copenhagen treaty at NoCapAndTrade.com, with its more than 135,000 messages to Congress opposing the plan. It’s been discussed by Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Laura Ingraham and Michelle Malkin, among others.

Now there are indications the light of information being spread about the potential problems is casting shadows on the proposal.

“The more people learn about the supposed issue of ‘climate change’ and how green extremists intend to control our lives, the more skeptical they become,” said Jeff Davis, president of the Minnesota Majority.

Further, Michael Froman, deputy national security adviser for international economic affairs, said in a Bloomberg report today the latest word on Copenhagen is an “assessment by the leaders that it was unrealistic to expect a full, internationally legally binding agreement to be negotiated between now and when Copenhagen starts.”

Davis said the impact of Monckton’s warning is becoming apparent in other ways. He cited a decision just days ago by key U.S. Senate Democrats who confirmed it is unlikely there will be any additional action on climate-change legislation this year. Obama had hoped to pass a cap-and-trade energy taxation plan before the Copenhagen conference.

Bloomberg’s report confirmed leaders from Asia have admitted a binding global-warming accord isn’t likely next month.

Obama attended a meeting

of the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation forum in Singapore in which leaders proposed a two-stage approach to follow up the failed Kyoto Protocol, which sought to manage emissions worldwide but never earned the support of several of the world’s leading energy-consuming nations.

Danish Prime Minister Lars Rasmussen told Bloomberg there may be no “legally binding instrument,” although a political agreement is possible.

The 1997 Kyoto plan is scheduled to expire in three more years, but years of talks already held have failed to produce agreement on energy restrictions.

Instead, Rasmussen has suggested an agreement to cut greenhouse gases, with an outline for a political agreement that would be the subject of further negotiations.

At the Examiner, a blogger concluded, “The credibility of global warming theories (and sanctimonious theorists) and any international climate controls are fading with each passing day.”

Monckton warned in the video that Obama supports the idea and is ready to sign on the dotted line.

“Your president will sign it. Most of the Third World countries will sign it, because they think they’re going to get money out of it. Most of the left-wing regimes from the European Union will rubber-stamp it. Virtually nobody won’t sign it,” Monckton told the audience of some 700 attendees.

“I read that treaty and what it says is this: that a world government is going to be created. The word ‘government’ actually appears as the first of three purposes of the new entity.”

He has warned the proposal would cede U.S. sovereignty, mandate a massive wealth transfer from the United States to pay reparations for “climate debt” to Third World countries and create a new “world government” to enforce the treaty’s provisions.

Davis also warned that while the apparent uncertainty over the treaty has bought some time, it’s not enough.

“Green extremists will be back in force trying to advance both domestic cap-and-trade legislation and an international climate treaty that will rob us of our liberties and grant government more control over our lives,” he said.

When California Treasurer Bill Lockyer sought a $7 billion federal loan guarantee from Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner in May, it was a clear indication that states, and not just financial institutions, were struggling mightily to find firm fiscal footing in the face of the Great Recession.

As states continue to grapple with the current harsh economic conditions, the Pew Center on the States has compiled a list of the 10 that are closest to financial collapse, part of a report on the budgetary health of all 50 states. The report warns of potentially damaging consequences if states fail to take decisive measures to fix their money woes.

While California’s economic struggles, such as issuing IOUs to state employees and business contractors, have been well documented, many more states are facing a combination of economic, money-management and political pressures that are driving them to the brink of collapse. The Pew report cites high home foreclosure rates, increasing joblessness, declining state revenues, poor money management, legal and political obstacles to balanced budgets and the size of budget gaps as the six factors that contribute to most of the problems.

States Teetering on the Edge

The report points out that all states but two — Montana and North Dakota — faced budget shortfalls for fiscal year 2010, adding up to an estimated $162 billion in budget gaps. Tax collections in all states declined a record 11.7% from first quarter of 2008 to the first quarter of 2009, and unemployment continued to rise nationally, topping 10% this month.

The Terrible 10

By combining weighted scores for each state’s rank in its six contributory factors, Pew created a list of the 10 that are in the highest degree of peril. They are: California, Arizona, Rhode Island, Michigan, Oregon, Nevada, Florida, New Jersey, Illinois and Wisconsin. Close behind those terrible 10 are Colorado, Georgia, Kentucky, New York and Hawaii.

The report also revealed four common problems that hurt the 10 worst states. Several of them are too dependent on a particular industry that has been devastated by the recession, such as gambling in Nevada and tourism in Florida. Many of the states, like California, New Jersey and Illinois, have a long history of borrowing to close budget gaps. Several have legal limitations that prevent them from making adjustments. For example, Oregon has a revenue cap that forces the state to deliver rebates to taxpayers in good times or bad. And most states just put off the tough decisions until it was too late.

Here’s the worst-10 list in the order that Pew ranked each state, with highlights of what hurt each one:

California – Budget shortfall: 49.3%
“California topped all states for the magnitude of its budget shortfall in fiscal year 2010, both in dollars and in share — in this case, nearly half — of its general funds, which pay for most state operations.”

Arizona – Budget shortfall: 41.1%
Like many states, “Arizona’s lawmakers relied on one-time fixes to balance its budgets instead of making long-term changes,” the report said. Lawmakers were still wrestling with a $1 billion gap in this year’s budget in October.

Rhode Island – Budget shortfall: 19.2%
On top of its poor record of fiscal management, “Rhode Island constantly ranks near the top of states with the highest unemployment rates, and last year it had the highest home foreclosure rate in all of New England.”

Michigan – Budget shortfall: 12.0%
“Two of the Big Three Detroit-based automakers went bankrupt in 2009, sending shockwaves through a state that is on track to lose a quarter of it jobs this decade.”

Nevada – Budget shortfall: 37.8%
“Nevada’s unique gaming-based economy is in jeopardy, as is its state budget that relies on gambling sales to provide 60% of its revenues.”

Oregon ­– Budget shortfall: 14.5%
“State revenues plummeted 19% between the first quarter of 2008 and the first quarter of 2009, a reflection of Oregon’s heavy reliance on income taxes,” the report said. Voters have rejected adding a sales tax nine times, thwarting attempts at creating a new source of state revenue.

Florida – Budget shortfall: 22.8%
“For the first time since World War II, Florida’s population is shrinking. This is a disturbing revelation for a state that has built its economy — and structured its budget — on the assumption that throngs of new residents will move to its sunny shores each year.”

New Jersey – Budget shortfall: 29.9%
“New Jersey is playing catch-up after years of fiscal mismanagement and a daunting structural imbalance between what it collects and what it spends.”

Illinois – Budget shortfall: 47.3%
“Since the last recession earlier this decade, the state piled up huge backlogs of Medicaid bills and borrowed money to pay its pension obligations,” the report said. The 2010 budget shortfall topped $13.2 billion, among the worst in the nation.

Wisconsin – Budget shortfall: 23.2%
“Wisconsin’s history of budget shortfalls and pattern of borrowing frequently to cover operating expenses, among other measures, made it poorly positioned to weather the most recent severe economic downturn.”

People from Wisconsin;  The question becomes is this reported Wisconsin budget shortfall before OR after the $3 BILLION Dollar heist of the Federal Government “Stimulus” package that our dear Socialist Comrade Governor James Doyle fingered and placed in the budget kitty?  Assuming it is after throwing the Stimulus money in the pot; 1) How bad is the Wisconsin Budget without the $3 BILLION? And 2) What the hell are we going to do next year?  I wonder if WEAC will take I.O.U.s?

Seriously, people of Wisconsin;  Isn’t it time for us to at least agree to talk about these things when we get together at the taverns, cub scout meetings, school functions, church, parades, etc…?  What is this crap about not wanting to talk about “politics” right now?  Any Wisconsin person who says something like that, when somebody who really cares is trying to talk about these issues so that WE THE PEOPLE can learn something about it and then DO SOMETHING ABOUT our State Socialistic / Unionistic Government, ought to have their heads examined!  Our whole State of Wisconsin could collapse just because some/many of us don’t “feel” like talking about it.  YOU DON’T HAVE MUCH TIME, FOLKS.  You better starta talk’n and caring about it,  but fast!

And now the Federal Government wants to pile on Health Care and Cap and Trade (Tax) to add to the cost of the average Wisconsin family budget by as much as $10,000.00 or MORE a year?  And I suppose the State of Wisconsin “might” want to raise our taxes “just a little bit” right?  ARE YOU CRAZY?  Do you know how many Wisconsinites DON’T even have a job?   What is the matter with you State of WI Congressmen?  When are you going to stop listening to WEAC and all the other Unions and do something for the people who put you there in the first place?  BTW: Stealing tax money and doing a “special” project for your local community isn’t going to cut the mustard anymore.  We’re on to that crapola!  We are sick and tired of you guys manipulating our minds and our communities with “be quiet presents”.  That is exactly how we got in this mess and now we understand what you have been doing to us individually, our State of Wisconsin and our country as a whole.  If you want to know where to stick that “special” project for our community just before election time, BEND OVER and we’ll show you!

I have a novel idea!  Why don’t you just let us keep our own money and we’ll do our own special projects?  And, as our money accumulates and we are able to keep more and more of our own earnings and grow and perhaps start our own businesses and hire more people and give them raises, we might even help you out a little as WE decide we want to.  In fact, if you leave us and our earnings alone, we will help out our friends and neighbors in need because we are Godly people who love and care for our neighbors, friends and family.  We see what you did with the money you stole from us turning Wisconsin into the Eighth worse Business Tax Climate State in the entire country <hotlink.  Now it is time for us to see what we can do with our own money.  Let’s see who does it better, Wisconsin Government or Wisconsinites.  Or, are you planning on destroying the rest of our jobs and our lives?

Believing themselves to be smarter than the average bear, bureaucrats in the Obama administration continue their quest to create a, well, bear market — at least for oil. The White House decided to designate more than 200,000 square miles of Alaskan land and coastline as “critical habitat” for polar bears — the same bear population that has reached greater numbers than previously recorded in history. In fact, despite what Al Gore and his fellow global warmists would have us believe, the population has actually risen by 40 percent since 1974.

This new non-endangered species habitat is enormous enough to qualify as the third largest state in the union, placing it between Texas and California in terms of square miles. Former UnitedHealth general counsel and now Assistant Interior Secretary Tom Strickland claimed at a news conference that the greatest threat to the bear is Arctic ice melt and that “we will continue to work to protect the polar bear and its fragile environment.”

However, the new designation as a critical habitat is the first step in requiring even more government consideration of the supposed negative effect on the escalating polar bear numbers before allowing oil and gas development. The state of Alaska responded by filing a complaint in an effort to stop the listing under the Endangered Species Act.

In the meantime, some 30 percent of the world’s gas supplies and 4 percent of the estimated global oil supply will be placed off limits because of this deceitful claim that the polar bear population is endangered. Next up, the loggerhead turtle, which, if listed as endangered, would bring regulations on everything along the eastern seaboard, including what lights you can put on the ocean-facing side of your house.

According to Dr. Lutz Frank Luntz, a well known pollster, 57 percent of mothers believe that their children will inherit a worse America than they did.  Only 33 percent believe that their children will have a better quality of life.  Mothers who believe in the righteous principles that made our great American Heritage and created the wealth of America in the first place are concerned that they do not have a voice in America and that members of Congress don’t listen to them.   Mothers across the country are signing on to As A Mother Website and are starting to feel the beginning of having a voice.

Mrs. Parker wants all patriot mothers across America to know they are not alone.  She wants you to come to her blog and visit with her and all the other mothers who are concerned, just as you are, about all of the things that are happening to our country.  One of the matters that these mothers are concerned about is that America and our children are losing the principles that made America great, righteous, virtuous and prosperous.

It’s now official: The average American is not as stupid as Washington DC Democrats and their international leftist friends thought. Their mystery messiah has already gone from hero to zero after only seven months in power, and Obama has now become a noose around the neck of every American Democrat, and every international fascist who “hoped” Obama could usher in Marxist “change.”

Nobody can organize a community like a good old fashioned communist thug can. It worked long enough to put a mystery man in the Oval Office, thanks to international socialists working through CPUSA – SPUSA and DSAUSA, funded by literally hundreds of leftist front-groups operating as special interest 527 organizations. Who spends an obscene $1 billion dollars to win a lousy $400,000 per year job, and why? The people behind Obama expect a return on their investment.  And they are NOT the kind of folks you want to disappoint -These folks make Capone look like a choir boy.

Before the ink was dry on Obama’s fake Certification of Live Birth (not to be confused with an actual birth certificate), Obamanation was off to confiscate control of banking, insurance, energy and auto manufacturing. Before they knew what was happening, the American people woke up, the proud new owners of Government Motors and $13 Trillion in debt.

But it wasn’t until Obamanation tried to confiscate control of 1/7th of the US economy by nationalizing the private American health care industry that the people took to the streets in protest.

On the heels of dozens of angry Town Hall meetings turned public tar-and-feathering parties for countless career DC bureaucrats, Obama and his Democrat partners in crime found themselves in a historic freefall from popularity among average American taxpayers.  Eight months into office,  Obama has bounced Jimmy Carter from his famous position as America’s worst president.

The people behind the puppet in our Oval Office did what leftists always do.. They over-estimated themselves, under-estimated the American people, and over-played their hand. They actually thought that Americans would sit quiet as unbridled leftists trampled all over 300 million Americans.

That was the good news. As Obama becomes an anvil chained around the neck of DC and international leftists, he becomes a liability to their agenda.  These folks have an interesting way of dealing with political liabilities.

Losing control of their agenda and, in a power-slide towards the bottomless pit of political has-beens, Democrats are desperate to keep their international friends at bay. But at the same time, being career politicians always focused on self-preservation; they must find a way to get re-elected by people ready to lynch them in Public Square .

Obama has foolishly allowed himself to be pushed into a no-win position, in his unlikely quest to “make history” by becoming the first “black” mystery messiah allowed to sit at the big desk with his finger on the red button.  In short, he’s in way over his head, just as many worried would be the case with a freshman politician complete with blank resume.  Nancy “crazy as an out-house rat” Pelosi is no help, and Harry Reid is headed for the political boneyard no matter what.

Teddy Kennedy was in no position to lead the young lad out of the woods, and wannabes like Chucky Schumer and Bawny Fwank will soon be looking for an escape hatch of their own.  Time to Bring in the Heavy Artillery and Circle the Wagons.

Since Obama just won’t become the “transparent president” he tricked so many voters into voting for, the issue of his constitutional conflict won’t go away.  $1.35 million in legal defense fees later, the demand to see proof that he passes Article II requirements is getting louder.

Despite around the clock media efforts to paint every constitutionally conscious American a “right-wing racist Timothy McVeigh,” the people seem only further agitated by the leftist suggestion that NO American citizen has “proper standing” to question their employees (elected representatives) on even the most fundamental questions.

Obama’s problem with Americans isn’t the mulatto color of his skin. It’s the bright RED color of his belief system and agenda.  He is undoubtedly making mentors like Saul Alinsky, Frank Marshal Davis and Bill Ayers quite proud. But he is clearly losing the support of many Americans in that effort.

Before the dissent gets any wider spread, they have to do something.  Out of nowhere comes Obama’s “experts” on national security, the Southern Poverty Law Center.  At the time of SPLC’s founding, Julian Bond, who currently chairs the NAACP, was named the fledgling group’s first President.

On the basis of these folks, Obama’s Department of Homeland Security issued a “Right-wing Extremist” threat analysis, labeling every American with a gun or bible, or willing to publicly oppose Obama, a “potential domestic terrorist.”

Yesterday, British newspaper, The Independent, published a story titled, “The right-wing crackpots taking over the mainstream, ” in which British leftist writer Rupert Cornwell proceeds to assault all American citizens who are currently speaking out against Obama’s “global” agenda, and warns of coming civil unrest, and of course, his authority on the matter is the Southern Poverty Law Center.

From the report, one SPLC official says, “every element is in place for a ‘perfect storm’ of home-grown extremism. For the first time, the detested federal government is run by a black man.”  There ya have it! That was easy! It’s all about the “black man!”

“A struggling economy fuels discontent, with illegal immigrants accused of stealing American jobs.” Or is it that unemployment has doubled to the highest level since the great depression, under the “black mans” brief administration?

“The military, long a breeding ground of the far right, is sending home veterans in vast numbers.” Yes, those crazed military veterans:  And don’t forget: “Finally there is the Internet, which simultaneously propagates and intensifies the feelings of true believers and the conspiracy theories they devour.”  The so-called “birthers” have made headlines all over the world?

Clearly, Cornwell received his talking points memo from David Axelrod, who obviously got his from the Southern Poverty Law Center. The Observer got the memo too, and they wasted no time attacking every American at odds with Obama’s agenda. It’s American Patriots against the world, or at least the leftists of the world.  Cornwell concludes, “So might not elements even further to the right enter the fray – ’sovereign citizens’ who believe they are above the law, or the new ‘Oath Keepers’ movement, of soldiers and police officers past and present, who believe their duty is to the constitution, not to elected politicians?  Perhaps the healthcare rallies and the SPLC report were no coincidence, after all.”

Well, let me just say that I think Obama’s life could, in fact, be in danger, but not from Tea Party protesters, Town Hall protesters or so-called “birthers.” All of these folks are well aware of the reality that assassinating the first “black” president would be counter-productive to their agenda.

The Obama press has been burning the midnight oil trying to make certain that Hillary Clinton’s “right-wing conspiracy” ghosts were set up to take the fall for any misfortunate event that might befall an increasingly unpopular president. No “right-winger” is likely to even break wind in Obama’s direction.

His leftist international friends are quite another story however: These are BIG buck, BIG socialism folks who play by no particular set of rules, like George Soros. As Obama becomes more of a liability than an asset to their cause, it is his own people who are most likely to make a martyr out of the mystery messiah.

In the British Observer, writer Paul Harris is even more extreme in his column: Fears for Barack Obama’s safety as healthcare debate fuels extremism; and once again, we see the report from the Southern Poverty Law Center.

The stage is being set: If anything happens to Obama, the entire world has been put on notice that Americans opposed to socialism from a “black” nobody president who won’t even release his birth records, are responsible.

This leaves the door wide open for Obama’s own friends to commit the crime with impunity, as they have already placed the American patriots’ finger-prints on the imaginary murder weapon. It would be the perfect crime blamed on the perfect right-wing storm. It’s brilliant!

The leftist press around the world has already accused and convicted “right-wingers” of the murder. Talk about your grand conspiracy: Nobody does it better than the international leftist cabal.

But who is this Southern Poverty Law Center responsible for all of the recent “hate speech” aimed at constitutionally concerned American citizens opposed to bankruptcy-by-communism in America ?

In 2007, SPLC identified 888 separate “active hate groups” in the United States . Despite the events of 9/11 and an ongoing threat of additional terror strikes here and abroad, not one of the 888 “active hate groups” identified was Islamic.  Detroit , Michigan , had more violent killings than Iraq and Afghanistan combined, but none of the groups responsible for those killings made the list of 888.

Only white, capitalist, constitutionalist, Christian, pro-freedom, in other words, “right-wing extremists” made the list. 

Black on white crime is not “hate.”  Black on black crime is not “hate.”  Muslim on Christian crime is not “hate..” 

According to the Southern Poverty Law Center, only white, Christian, capitalists opposed to Marxism and attending Town Hall meetings are guilty of “hate.” That’s what their report says, and everyone from Obama’s DHS and FBI to England’s press has bought that report hook, line and sinker.

I too fear for Obama’s life: But not from any of the people attending Tea Parties or Town Hall meetings in an effort to talk with their elected representatives. I fear that Obama’s life is increasingly in danger from the very people who put him in power – The people he is currently failing, as the American people stand up to stop his secular socialist global agenda.

I am 100% opposed to the Obama administration and today’s Democrat agenda. But I am here to tell you that the worst thing that could happen in America today is for Obama to be assassinated.  Every Obama opponent knows this. He would be safest if he were guarded around the clock by American conservatives opposed to his entire agenda.

Only his leftist partners around the world would benefit from his assassination. Their agenda would move forward unchallenged if anything were to happen to Obama or his family.  As his agenda meets with serious resistance at home, his puppet masters abroad will lose faith and eventually, their patience..

Only a freshman senator would have fallen for the trap Obama finds himself in today. He can’t win: If he’s very lucky, he can only live to tell about it one day.

Obama has spent an entire lifetime surrounded by some of the world’s worst thugs. If he is unable to move their agenda forward, his life will be at risk from within his own ranks.  However, the nation and the world will pay a heavy price, as both are being conditioned to blame it on average Americans who simply oppose all forms of intrusive tyrannical government.

As Obama’s agenda is shut down by average Americans, his friends will turn on him. Liberals are already warning him not to back off on nationalized health care. But the people are not going to allow it to go forward.

Even though I oppose everything Obama is and everything he stands for, I pray for his safety. You can bet your last dollar: his well organized community is falling apart as his agenda begins to crumble. They will be very motivated to ignite a second civil war as they watch their agenda die a brutal political death.

Nothing would ignite a second civil war faster than the assassination of Barack Hussein Obama. I can only pray that the Secret Service does not take their cues from the Southern Poverty Law Center.  If they are no better at understanding political security than British op-ed pages, Obama’s life is indeed in danger. Not from so-called “right-wing extremists” angry over Obama’s blatant disregard for the Constitution today. But from within his ranks, as those who placed him in power, become saddled with his failures.
