U.S. Rep. Ron Paul, R-Texas

Rep. Ron Paul, R-Texas, has complained that the bill he sponsored calling for an audit of the Federal Reserve has been “gutted” by congressional committee, pointing specifically to a legislator whose campaign coffers have been boosted by the banking industry.

As WND reported, Paul sponsored H.R. 1207, a bill requiring the Federal Reserve – an organization that’s independent from the U.S. government but nonetheless oversees U.S. monetary policy – be opened to oversight by Congress. The plan compiled over 300 co-sponsors in the House before being sent to committee.

But in a telephone interview with a Bloomberg reporter, Paul said the teeth have been ripped out of the bill.

“There’s nothing left; it’s been gutted,” Paul said. “This is not a partisan issue. People all over the country want to know what the Fed is up to, and this legislation was supposed to help them do that.”

Paul told Bloomberg the bill has been stripped of provisions that closed loopholes protecting the Fed, including exemption from audits of transactions with foreign central banks and protected communications between the Board, reserve banks and staff.

Paul blamed the chairman of the House Financial Service Committee’s panel on domestic monetary policy, Rep. Mel Watt, D-N.C., for eliminating “just about everything” in preparation for the bill’s consideration on the floor of the House.

 Watt, is has also been revealed, has significant connections to the banking industry.

It its report, Bloomberg mentioned that Watt’s congressional district includes Charlotte, headquarters of Bank of America Corp., the biggest U.S. lender.

Further investigation through OpenSecrets.org reveals that the largest share of Watt’s campaign contributions in the 2008 election cycle came from the finance, insurance and real estate industries.

In fact, of $609,072 given to Watt, $217,109 – or 35.6 percent – came from the money sector, including over $187,000 – or nearly 31 percent of his total contributions – from political action committees within the finance , insurance and real estate industry. The next highest industry supporting Watt was labor, which contributed only 14 percent of his total war chest.

Furthermore, the four largest contributors to Watt’s cause were Bank of America, Wachovia Corp., American Express and the American Bankers Association.

Keith Kelly, a spokesman for Watt, declined to comment and told Bloomberg Watt wasn’t immediately available for an interview.

Paul, however, told Bloomberg he intends to introduce an amendment that would restore the bill’s legislation to its original language when it comes to the House floor for a vote.

Paul long has been a critic of the secrecy of the Federal Reserve.

“Throughout its nearly 100-year history, the Federal Reserve has presided over the near-complete destruction of the United States dollar,” he said earlier. “Since 1913, the dollar has lost over 95 percent of its purchasing power, aided and abetted by the Federal Reserve’s loose monetary policy.”

Paul has warned, “The Federal Reserve can enter into agreements with foreign central banks and foreign governments, and the GAO is prohibited from auditing or even seeing these agreements. Why should a government-established agency, whose police force has federal law enforcement powers, and whose notes have legal tender status in this country, be allowed to enter into agreements with foreign powers and foreign banking institutions with no oversight? Particularly when hundreds of billions of dollars of currency swaps have been announced and implemented, the Fed’s negotiations with the European Central Bank, the Bank of International Settlements, and other institutions should face increased scrutiny, most especially because of their significant effect on foreign policy. If the State Department were able to do this, it would be characterized as a rogue agency and brought to heel, and if a private individual did this he might face prosecution under the Logan Act, yet the Fed avoids both fates.”

The only good thing that can be said about JPMorgan Chase is that, like Arvedlund, it was perceptive enough to smell the Madoff rat. But unlike Arvedlund, who tried to sound the alarm, JPMorgan Chase kept quiet and tried to protect itself.

Arvedlund explains:

In 2006, JPMorgan Chase developed a derivative product for its wealthy clients. It was linked to the Fairfield Sentry Fund offered by the Madoff feeder Fairfield Greenwich. The bank offered investors — mostly in Europe — a note that paid three times the earnings, or returns, of the Sentry Fund. The note matured in five years. To hedge its risk on the derivative product, the bank invested in the Sentry Fund itself. This way, if the Sentry Fund did well, the bank’s returns would offset its obligation on the notes.

By the summer of 2008, JPMorgan Chase had deposited $250 million with the Sentry Fund. With the financial meltdown on Wall Street and around the world in full swing, most of the markets were down 30% or more, and yet the Sentry Fund reported gains of 5%. JPMorgan Chase began to grow suspicious.

As a result:

In September 2008, JPMorgan Chase quietly liquidated its entire $250 million position in the Sentry Fund, even though it remained liable on the derivatives it had sold to the wealthy clients. At the time, the Fairfield Sentry investment notes were showing a 5% gain for the year. The bank had concluded Madoff was a phony, and the only way to protect itself was to liquidate anything connected with Madoff.

When JPMorgan Chase bought what was left of Bear Stearns last year, it inherited a relationship with Madoff that is also sure to raise more questions about its ethics. According to Arvedlund:

Brokers who traded at Bear Stearns used the firm’s automated equity order system to buy and sell stocks. A broker would enter the stock symbol and the number of shares he or she wanted to trade. The system was supposed to do the rest: work to find the best counterparty to trade with from among the many market makers that traded with Bear Stearns. However, for Nasdaq stocks, Bear Stearns had an unwritten code: the system automatically defaulted to trade with Madoff.

Madoff reportedly paid Bear Stearns substantial fees for this default setting on their equity order system, and he may have paid other customers to do the same as well. Between 2000 and 2008, Bear Stearns’ 400 or so brokers all used this system, and all their Nasdaq trades defaulted to Madoff. It was a big source of revenue for Madoff, and it vaulted Bear Stearns to a position as the largest counterparty trading with Madoff. The arrangement was in place when Bear Stearns went under in early 2008, and it continued under JPMorgan Chase.

JPMorgan Chase and/or the JPMorgan Chase Foundation are major funders of the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) and related organizations. ACORN is a network of as many as 360 organizations, structured to escape accountability, a network far more complicated than anything Madoff ever constructed.

ACORN has had its own embezzlement scandal. Dale Rathke, the brother of ACORN founder Wade Rathke, stole nearly $1 million in 1999 and 2000. ACORN treated the crime as an internal matter and did not even notify its board. A whistle-blower made it public. Dale Rathke remained on ACORN’s payroll until June 2008.

According to its 2007 tax return (the most recent available), the JPMorgan Chase Foundation made a million-dollar gift to ACORN Housing, Inc. that year. This donation is likely the tip of the iceberg of the bank’s total support of ACORN. JPMorgan Chase is one of ACORN largest corporate backers, if not the largest. JPMorgan Chase can take a step toward accountability by disclosing the specifics of its support for ACORN.

Last fall, JPMorgan Chase accepted $25 billion in taxpayer TARP funds. In 2008, the top 200 bonus recipients at JPMorgan Chase received $1.12 billion. The firm had 1,144 employees who received a bonus of least $1 million last year, more than any other Wall Street firm.

You would think with all these millionaires walking around the company, there would be at least a passing acknowledgement of the wealth generation potential of a free economy. Not a chance.  CEO Jamie Dimon sneers at free market advocates. The firm funds a variety of anti-business activists, ACORN being just the most dramatic example.

Dimon is apparently not self-conscious either about ACORN’s role in the residential mortgage crisis, much of it driven by subprime lending. Starting in the Seventies, ACORN saw the big banks as shakedown targets. The weak-kneed executives at these institutions were pretty easy pickings.

ACORN screamed “racism.” It accused mortgage lenders of “redlining,” or denying credit to borrowers in certain areas. It picketed the homes of bank directors in leafy suburbs.
A way out was offered to the banks. They could make contributions to ACORN and/or they could “invest” in ACORN Housing, which made loans to “underserved” borrowers.

They also could back off from opposition to a law called the Community Reinvestment Act of 1977 that required banks and thrifts to lend more money from areas where they took deposits. It meant more loans to “underserved” communities, and a loosening of lending standards.

Of course, many of ACORN’s “deserving” borrowers were not deserving at all. Increasingly, the banks dumped the loans on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, which were under pressure by Congressmen like Barney Frank (D-MA) to make more loans to the “underserved.”

The result was the mortgage meltdown that nearly took down our entire financial system, providing the justification for the massive bailouts of the banks. But Dimon acts like JMorgan Chase has no culpability because of its “solid” balance sheet.

According to Arvedlund, there are already civil suits against JPMorgan Chase by investors whose funds were acccepted into Madoff’s account at the bank after it had concluded that Madoff was a fraud. Of course, this may also be criminal, but there is no word that the bank is the target of a criminal investigation.

During the campaign, Dimon was a vocal supporter of Barack Obama. On July 18, the New York Times called Dimon “Obama’s favorite banker.” Dimon may hope that this relationship will insulate his firm from prosecution in the Madoff case. In any event, JPMorgan Chase’s culture must be questioned, along with Dimon’s credibility and leadership.

J.P. Morgan Chase Bank is one of the 12 Banking concerns that own The Federal Reserve “System”.  See: OWNERSHIP OF THE FEDERAL RESERVE.  This bank is one of the programmers of The MATRIX, our economy that only exists in our minds because our minds have been programmed to believe that a small piece of paper with green ink on it is worth 100 cents, when in the real world, outside of The MATRIX, outside of our minds, they are really only worth 2 – 3 cents each. So you have never been even close to fully paid for your labor and you have never paid for anything your mind believes you paid for.  In essence nothing, IN A FINANCIAL SENSE, you can see, touch or smell really exists because it was paid for with almost worthless pieces of paper with ink on it.  How can you buy a car or a refrigerator with nothing more than  pieces of paper with almost nothing backing it up, that is printed out of thin air on glorified computer printers at a Federal Reserve office?  If this is possible then how come only these super rich bankers can print out this Monopoly money, you have a computer printer too, why can’t you print your own?  The Banking cartel of twelve privately owned banks, do it almost every single day.  Now the question that will really blow your mind is; if you didn’t really pay for anything you have, because you used dollars that in the real world was only worth about 4 cents or less each, than who really owns it?  Someday soon we may all find out and it isn’t going to be pretty.

In any case this MATRIX is going to collapse, by something known as hyper-inflation, which is actually the revaluation of the dollar to its true value by the entire world, in less than three years.  Welcome this nightmare folks, because without the total collapse of the MATRIX we will never be free or have liberty, or ever be individually wealthy.  The MATRIX was created to imprison our minds and enslave us for the power and wealth of the power hungry megalomaniacs of the world; the forty owners of The Federal Reserve “System” and their cronies in the U.S. Government and in ‘certain’ BIG Corporations. 

Pray for the temporary horror of the utter collapse of The MATRIX, our economy, because if we each INDIVIDUALLY BUT UNITED fight for and   PERSONALLY   ENFORCE  the rule of LAW that we wrote, established and ordained in The Constitution upon our U.S. Government, word for word, in spirit and intent, as it WAS meant on the day it was ratified, then the vast majority of our common average working men and women will, through very hard work and the blessings of God, become wealthy with REAL money from our creator. 

So pray people, pray for the end of our economy, THE MATRIX, our prison of the mind, which now uses each and every one of us as though we are utter slaves of “the system” being controlled and manipulated through usurpation, Constitutionally illegal legislation, tyranny, oppression, taxation and so-called tax credits where they first STEAL our earnings, before we even get them, in the form of Federal, FICA, and Medicare ”withholding” and payroll taxes that we would have otherwise received from our employers on our paychecks, and then they say they will give us a “little fraction” of what they stole out of our paychecks IF we cow tow to their DEMANDS and mandates. 

What gives them the right to hold us in such utter contempt, when it was We The people who ‘borrowed’ them SEVENTEEN enumerated items in Article 1 Section 8 of The Constitution as further supported by the 9th and 10th Amendments in The Bill of Rights, certain authorities that we individually received from our creator,  for the ‘privilege’ of handling for us.    How dare they?

READ THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE   and the dovetail CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED (but independent and sovereign) STATES OF AMERICA, today, so you know what you must fight for.  Also read the numerous writings of our founding fathers.   And be sure to read The 5000 Year Leap which will greatly facilitate the meaning, spirit and intent of the Declaration and the Constitution so that you understand both of them perspicuously.

It is time to be aware people of what our U.S. Congress can do to us.  And, what our President can do to us and has done to us in terms of Socialism, Communism and Fascism.  How long before Obama and his Socialists turns our own children against any parent who believes in freedom, liberty and The Constitution?

Fellow Americans, what you also need to realize is that President Obama and the U.S. Congress has NO CHOICE what-so-ever but to pull together a vast and powerful Civilian Defense Force.  America is SO FAR in debt, solely due to two things; first and foremost disobeying the written word of the law in The Constitution through usurping legislation one of which lead to the second unconstitutional reason, The Federal Reserve “System”.

The unconscionable national debt must be paid sooner or later by somebody and what’s more, eventually with ‘real’ money, not just money printed out of thin air called FEDERAL RESERVE ‘NOTES’.  Paying debt back with inflated dollars will not satisfy the economic pressures of universal ‘Natural’ (economic law/principles) Law.  There will come a day when our economy will simply not function no matter what The U.S. Government or The Federal Reserve does.  Banks will continue to fail systemically throughout the nation.  This phenomenon of economic reality is what Capt. Karl calls the collapse of The MATRIX, fashioned after the movie that so perfectly describes the economic environment and material things around us that our minds have been programmed to believe are paid for.  But almost nothing you can touch, smell or see has been paid for.  In a very real sense nothing, in the real world outside of our minds, in a financial sense, exists.  It was all bought with dollars that were not worth more than 4 cents apiece.

So back on the subject, the only way that the U.S. Government and our economy will be able to be sustained is by raising the average common working man’s withholding taxes to at least 80% within three years from now.  This in itself will cause the collapse of The Matrix as well.  Eventually the American people are going to learn, with the BIG spanking that we are about to get from our creator, that each one of us must be educated, informed and vigilant with regards to our freedom, liberty and the rule of law that we have written, established and ordained on all three branches of The U.S. Government.  When that happens the U.S. Government will have NO CHOICE but to raise a special Civilian National Security Force to march against us and to collect the taxes they HAVE TO HAVE to pay for all sorts of usurpations in excess of the seventeen enumerated items we gave them the ‘privilege’ of handling for us as written in Article 1 Section 8 of The Constitution and of which is further supported by the 9th and 10th Amendments in The Bill of Rights.

So folks, no matter how big the resistance , as we see at Tea Parties , Town Halls, Fox News, blogs and Internet Forums,  is to Socialism, Communism and Fascism that is pushed by all three branches of The U.S. Government, they have NO CHOICE but to get this army raised up against us.  Where or from whom is the Federal Government going to get the money just to pay the recipients of Social Security and Medicare when just these TWO Socialist Bernie Madoff style Ponzi schemes on steriods alone are $99 TRILLION Dollars in UNFUNDED Liabilities, over the infinite horizon?  Why just yesterday Social Security started going into the RED.  Medicare has been going into the RED for quite some time now.  Just for these TWO programs alone the U.S. Government HAS NO CHOICE but to raise the “withholding” and payroll taxes to 80% on the average common man’s paycheck within three years.  So the U.S. Government HAS NO CHOICE but to build the forces of the IRS and the Civilian Defense Force.  The simple commonsense to this fact is simply undeniable.  Again ask yourself; Where is the money going to come from to pay the hand-to-mouth recipients of Social Security and Medicare without physical force by IRS and Civilian Defense Force shakedown SWAT teams?  Who in their right mind, working in a common blue collar job is going to let their employers steal 80% of their earnings out of their paychecks to pay for Social Security and Medicare ALONE not even including the entirety of the rest of the full size and scope of the U.S. Government and all of their departments and bureaucracy?

We The People of America have to understand that we WANT the Matrix (our economy that only exists because our minds think that a dollar is worth 100 cents when it is now actually only worth 2 – 3 cents at best)   TO   COLLAPSE  COMPLETELY so that we can use FREEDOM and LIBERTY to produce the INDIVIDUAL wealth we need to build a real economy outside of the prison of our minds called The Matrix.  Only true FREEDOM, as defined by our founding fathers, has the key to building the super wealth we need to dig ourselves out of the hole, financially and politically, that our laziness, OUR lack of responsibility, and apathy toward Government and OUR lack of ensuring our own education of the 28 Principles of Freedom has yielded.

Countrymen,,,   Are we to let our children fight for our and their FREEDOM, individual rights and our Constitution in our stead?

Are we going to leave our children to the tyranical despotic U.S. Government wolves who devour economic productivity, liberty and our God given individual unalienable rights in the cause of the taxation slavery of Socialism, Communism and Fascism?  I believe this NEW Continental Congress is the best way to retrieve and restore our individual God given Constitutional rights, powers and authorities, which have been usurped by both parties and all three branches of the U.S. Government, to the people.  I believe that through this NEW Continental Congress we will be able to ENFORCE, to the full force and effect of the law, the ‘enumerated’ powers clauses of Article 1 Section 8, as further supported by the 9^th and 10^th Amendments in The Bill of Rights of the Constitution of The United States of America.  I further believe that enforcing these laws on the U.S. Government, where we the people only authorized them to have the ‘privilege’ to handle these seventeen enumerated items as listed in The Constitution, the obvious result would be a full restoration of our freedom, liberty, unalienable rights and individual prosperity for the vast majority of our fellow countrymen; through hard work and being able to keep their earnings that otherwise is unconstitutionally stolen by the tyrannical, corrupt despots in the U.S. Government through the usurpation of authorities and responsibilities we never gave them or authorized in any way, shape manner or form which has resulted in this:  us National Debt Clock : Real Time  I would further submit that it is likely that the U.S. Government is going to make us and our posterity pay for this ungodly insanity, UNLESS we enforce the RULE OF LAW as we wrote, established and ordained on the U.S. Government in The Constitution of the United States of America.  The “How are we going to do that?” question will be answered at the NEW Continental Congress by the discussions and plans laid by the 3 “citizen” delegates selected from each State.

 If you have been reading The Liberty Tree Lantern then you have been well posted on these developments of this NEW Continental Congress which is to convene in St. Charles, IL at the Pheasent Run Resort and Conference Center on Sunday November 8^th and will be attended by 3 citizen delegates from every State in the Union.  My understanding is that some of the proceedings will be recorded by camera and reported/ televised by some news organizations to keep the American public informed as to the discussions and plans formulated by the NEW Continental Congress.

 I would note that today is the last day for nomination of all representative “citizen” delegates, three from each State.  As you may know, Wisconsin has two voting centers for the October 10, 2009 in-person election of delegates to Continental Congress 2009.  The two voting centers are:

In addition to these two voting centers for in-person voting, Wisconsin also allows voting by mail.  I attached the following documents regarding mail-in voting:

These documents will also be posted on the Wisconsin webpage at http://givemeliberty.org/user/congress/Region.aspx?state=wi sometime next week.

By using the mail-in option, you may start voting today.  You may also want to wait until you get a chance to meet the candidates at the Candidate Forum on October 1^st at the Olympia Resort and Spa.  Each candidate is also profiled on the Wisconsin webpage.

The instructions indicate that the ballot and the registration form should be put in separate envelopes and then mailed together in a larger envelope.  The purpose of this separation is to ensure a secret ballot.  However, even if your ballot and registration form are mailed together in the same envelope, I can assure you that your ballot and registration will be separated when the envelope is opened.  The secret ballot will still be maintained.  Your ballot will still be counted even if it is enclosed in the same envelope as the registration form.

Now is the time to peacefully restore our Constitutional Republic.  The Continental Congress is the best option for this to happen.  We the People, acting as sovereign individuals, can make this Continental Congress meaningful and effective by voting in large numbers.  Let’s make it happen.  Our liberty depends on it!

Consider Before They Commit Us to a New Law

One of the key means by which the Senate slows down the legislative process is through the filibuster.

Unlike in the House, in the Senate, even a small group of senators can hold up a bill by threatening to continuously debate it.

It takes the votes of three-fifths of the Senate, or 60 senators, to end a filibuster. This means that it effectively takes 60 votes to pass a controversial piece of legislation or nomination.

And again, this is for good reason. The Founders looked to the House to more directly reflect the will of the people. They relied on the Senate to take a step back and carefully consider a bill before they commit the American people and our resources to it.

Fellow countrymen and women;  I would turn your attention to the red highlighted parcel in the above segment.  I would submit that neither of these two proposed bills, health reform and climate change legislation, conforms to the will of the people at all.  Have we not seen the latest polls and the vast numbers of our fellow countrymen at Tea Parties and town hall meetings from sea to shining sea?  Were there not nearly TWO MILLION of our fellow countrymen who utterly shut down Washington D.C. to stop the tyranny and despotism reflected by such Constitutionally heinous and contemptuous legislation?

I submit these observations of usurpation, repeated injury and Congressional and Administrative treason to a candid world and request that my fellow countrymen from across our fruited plain from the lands of the brave formulate plans to restore liberty and Constitutional authorities to We The People who first received them from our creator.  For is it not true, my fellow countrymen:

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. — Such has been the patient sufferance of these United but independent and sovereign States; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former members of Government to better anchor and ENFORCE our systems of Governance to the rule of law as We The People wrote, established and ordained in The Constitution upon our Government, in its entirety word for word to the full spirit and intent as it was meant by our founding fathers on the day it was ratified.  Especially, but not limited to:

1. The apportionment clauses with regards to taxation in Article 1 Section 2, contempt of  which through the oppression, intimidation and coersion of the IRS has resulted in unadulterated slavery, tyranny and oppression through taxation ultimately resulting in the U.S. Government using our own earnings against us and the loss our liberty of choice of how to spend our own earnings from our labor.  
2. The enumerated powers clauses of Article 1 Section 8 along with their supporting 9^th and 10^th Amendments in The Bill of Rights presenting law upon our Government where we the people borrowed some of our authority, given to us by our creator, for the ‘privilege’ of the Government to handle ONLY the enumerated SEVENTEEN items we therein listed, for our convenience and to form a more perfect union of independent sovereign States.
3. We The People understand that multitudes of constitutionally contemptuous legislation over nearly the past ten decades will have to be completely rescinded and we understand that our U.S. Government, being compelled to conform to the rule of law will result in the utter collapse of 4/5ths of the scope, size and spending levels currently being conducted through corruption and usurpation in full out condescension of Constitutional law.  For We The People of the United independent and sovereign States of America love and cherish liberty and the animated contest of freedom and the pursuit of happiness, under God, rather than the security and tranquility of servitude under tyrants.

The history of the current President, both Houses of Congress and constitutionally contemptuous activist Supreme Court justices is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

Only weeks after the signing of the Declaration of Independence Samuel Adams presented the following in his Speech at the State House, Philadelphia, August 1, 1776:

“Contemplate the mangled bodies of your countrymen, and then say ‘what should be the reward of such sacrifices?’ Bid us and our posterity bow the knee, supplicate the friendship and plough, and sow, and reap, to glut the avarice of the men who have let loose on us the dogs of war to riot in our blood and hunt us from the face of the earth? If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom – go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen!”

Did all our soldier patriots and original Revolutionary War patriots and Veterans in the Continentals and the Militias of ordinary common folk farmers, blacksmiths and businessmen who fought through all the years so that we could be individually free and prosporous as we used to be, before the nearly ten decades of incremental tyranny by our U.S. Government, fight in vain?  Are we the people going to let the oppressive tyrannical despots in Congress and the President just dismantle our freedom, liberty, earnings and personal property piece by piece by piece?  Do you understand the debt that our U.S. Congress and several Administrations have placed onto us as a result of numerous unconstitutional bills that they passed? 

Below I have a hotlink to the debt clock.  Click on it and take a look at the debt that ALL of us are going to have to pay for one way or the other.  And, I can assure you one thing, there  is going to be hell to pay for several years starting in the very near future, less than three years – perhaps only one,  of the collapse of “The Matrix” (our “perceived” economy, based on Monopoly Money printed out of thin air, as the result of the revalution to the true value of the dollar otherwise called hyper-inflation). 

Hopefully we will soon, before the collapse of “The Matrix” would be nice, have the courage to COMPLETELY replace every single member of the U.S. Government at every single level starting at the very top and working down to ACORN (they get 100s of millions of taxpayer money, to OVER two hundred affiliates with different names, for all manner of corruption, voter fraud and mayhem) and the SEIU street sweepers.     ALL twenty million of them or however many of them there are, HAVE TO GO!  The Federal Government only has the authority to do SEVENTEEN things ONLY.  All other powers and responsibilities are to be left to the sovereign and independent States or the people per the 9^th and 10^th Amendments.  PERIOD ! ! ! ! ! !

Fellow patriots, I submit, that all of the treasonous despots in our Government, who took the Oath to protect and defend our Constitution from all enemies both foreign and domestic, from both parties, should be given fair trial in a Court of Constitutionally knowledgeable Americans and most importantly such jurists shall be word for word exacting to the spirit and intent as it WAS meant on the day it was ratified, loyal and rock solid ‘AMERICAN’ jurists.  Those members of the entirety of the U.S. Government at all levels found guilty should be fully and swiftly prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.  Traitors to our Constitution shall be swiftly, within three days of judgment, be given such justice as written in OUR law.

And, I further submit, that from now on all of us are AMERICANS…!   Anybody who permanently resides in this county as a citizen, if they don’t cherish being an AMERICAN, melting and fully and completely assimilating into our American heritage, AMERICAN Culture, American beliefs, AMERICAN traditions, speaking English and fully comprehending the concepts of the book The Christian Life and Character of the Civil Institutions of the United States (1864) that provides a perspicuous insight as to what is an “AMERICAN”, what makes up his or her character and is the very core foundation of our AMERICAN CULTURE that provided and was the seed and fertilizer for what “used to be” our country’s greatness and resulted in individual power and prosperity for the VAST majority of individual common working Americans, the envy of the world and ultimately resulted in a 5000 Year Leap in human advancement and technology, then they should be “more” than free to leave.

Within three years the U.S. Debt Clock will stop.  Why, because by that time we will ALL have to pay the price for the usurpations of our public servants of almost Ten decades of corruption and usurpation by our U.S. Government leading to a “green” hybrid of Socialism, Communism and Fascism.  Our economy, within three years from now (could be sooner as it almost did in the last quarter of 2008), will stop due to massively incomprehensible hyper-inflation and all sorts of economic realities as the result of printing wealth out of thin air, as we spit in the face of God (for who needs God if we can print all the money and wealth we want from glorified computer printers at The Fed?). 

If we would have the fortitude to take care of our responsibilities as a free people to do what we sooner or later must for freedom, liberty and self-preservation, more sooner than later, we sure would be far better off than waiting for the collapse of “The Matrix” which you will know is VERY NEAR when our economy, in a few months time from NOW, is going gang busters, the stock market is near or above its highs and millions of people are back to work, some making more money than ever before, just like the months preceding BLACK FRIDAY 1929.  Only this BLACK FRIDAY will be FAR WORSE.  Windows above the tenth floor will be all the rage when people are caught by surprise in the loss of everything they ‘think’ they own in “The MATRIX” almost overnight on the future Black Friday soon to come, just when everything looks so rosy.  And then Barack Obama will give us the “Final Ultimatum”.

The good news is that once we have individually learned our much deserved lessons we will enforce our laws that we wrote in the Constitution on our Government and then, over time, perhaps about 5 years after the Re-Revolutionary war and/or the collapse of “The Matrix” if we are wise enough to take our country back by sheer volume and critical mass of people, we will be well on the way to be more INDIVIDUALLY wealthy than ever before.  But we MUST realize that until “The Matrix” (our economy based on little more than Monopoly Money) has completely collapsed and we rebuild it based on ‘real’ money – assets / resources created by God and the labor and sweat of man, without any damned central bank, in the environment of freedom and liberty and the 28 Freedom Principles we will be little more than slaves to the despots and oppressors in the U.S. Government and The Federal Reserve “System” that controls them.  I believe that ACORN and SEIU are just convenient pawns of the Federal Reserve and their exclusive international Trilateral Commission club they founded via David Rockefeller (of Chase Manhattan Bank (Federal Reserve) / Rockefeller family) and Zbigniew Brzezinski, of megalomaniacal green “hybrid” Socialist, Communist, Fascist maniacs who use Mass Behavior Modification (brainwashing) through the “perception” of Global Warming and Climate Change as a “convenient” excuse to formulate and execute their diabolical plans resulting in We The People bowing down before them without a fight.  Yes, as Gor(e)y as it is, it sure WAS “CONVENIENT”" wasn’t it.  But now, by the grace of God, our countrymen are waking up from their stupor that the programmers of “The MATRIX” have placed into our minds.  The RED pill is the right choice if you prefer individual liberty and prosperity over slavery and tyranny.

  We are all batteries providing power and money, through the taxation of our labor, to the International Cartel of twelve privately owned banks that make up the Federal Reserve “System” who created and programmed “The MATRIX”, our perceived economy based on Monopoly Money printed out of thin air.  Due to economic forces and realities of the physics of “Natural Law”, sort of an economic gravity that cannot be ignored forever, not even The Fed can control or sustain The MATRIX for long.  The only way they can extend the life of “The Matrix” which is their power over us and our minds, is to create a one world currency and shortly, there after, a New One World Order, where they no longer will have to keep up the appearence of prosperity within The Matrix; for in the One World Order there will be no place on Earth to run from the AGENTS of The IRS:

1. According to several polls the majority of individual American have a very low job approval rating for the Obama Administration and the U.S. Congress.
2. Capt. Karl has observed watching numerous recent business programs, anecdotally, that the majority of the CEOs of huge corporations around America still support President Obama in a very big way.
3. It is self-evident and has been reported in the news this morning that the Obama and recent U.S. Congress policies clearly have been devastating all segments of small business and new upcoming legislation will be additional detriments to small businesses.  NPR reported just this morning that “Mom and Pop” establishments are being shut down and being bought up by large conglomerates.
4. Several news and analysis articles / segments have highlighted the horrendous impacts of taxation, fees, regulation and red tape – paperwork on small businesses as written bills already passed and  in upcoming bills such as health care, Cap and Trade and several others.
5. If this path of America keeps up nobody but the cronies of Big Banks, Big Business or Big Government will have a hope of achieving success and the American dream.  We common folk will have no hope to get ahead in life.  We will be stuck in the rut with no hope to get ahead and do well for ourselves and our families.  Building a small business will be a thing of the past.
6. Paper work, red tape, Government fees, taxes, employment  and payroll taxes is already a very heavy burden on small business.  It is only going to get far worse.  Only big business can afford the overhead and staff to handle the volumes of “unproductive” paper work, tax reports and other reports required by BIG Government bureaus.
7. Why has it been only huge corporations and huge Banks that have been getting BAILOUTS using our earnings taken right out of our paychecks from our earnings in the form of Federal Withholding and Payroll Taxes by our employers  (that aren’t even printed on our pay stub and are the hidden tax that in reality comes right out of our pay)? ?
8. Now there are reports that certain biased news media, certain Newspapers, might get our income taxes via Bailouts because we don’t buy their propaganda anymore.  Propaganda that the U.S. Congress and the Obama Administration feels is vital to continue their dark and dismal path of Socialism, Communism, and Fascism for our country.

I suggest that it would behoove us all to find out why the CEOs of the largest corporations like Dell, GE, big Pharma, and many others are supporting the current direction of our country.
