Explanation of Wisconsin Taxpayers Civil Rejection 28 Act.

Enclosed along with a recent bill we received from your electric service company, was a notice stating;

Beginning September 28, 2009, Wisconsin Public Service customers in the state of Wisconsin will begin seeing a “Wisconsin 2009 Act 28” fee on their monthly electric bill.

 This charge is a result of a provision included in the Wisconsin Legislative budget bill, which requires that all Wisconsin electric utilities collect a fee from customers to help fund District Attorney salaries and benefits across the state. The charge will appear on customers’ bills through June 30, 2011, unless additional action is taken by the legislature.

 For WPS, this means that our residential customers will pay about $3.24 annually, while the charge for commercial customers will be close to $10 annually. The fee is to be charged per electric meter or service, so customers with multiple accounts could see higher charges.

Electricity has become an essential part of living in America.  I find it heinously appalling that the State of Wisconsin would attach ‘General State of Wisconsin Operational Taxes’ to a utility bill of such life supporting necessity.  What irks me the most about this is the obvious Wisconsin tax incrementalism that is certainly to follow over the course of the next few months and years on our utility bills, for utilities necessary and essential for life itself,  now that the tyrannical spendthrift legislators have their despotic “camel’s nose” under the tent.  Doesn’t electricity cost enough already?

By what right does the oppressive State of Wisconsin Legislators have to force Wisconsin businesses, like Wisconsin Public Service, to do their dirty work for them?

Please be advised, therefore, that I, as a customer of Wisconsin Public Service and a Wisconsin Taxpayer, hereby rejects payment of the Wisconsin Act 28 Fee, which has nothing to do with your electrical service, and that this fee will be subtracted from all future bills with the balance for the electrical service to be paid in full as per the due date provided.

Crescent City Co., 111 U.S. 746, 757)    The tax resolution also calls for Congress to execute the immediate cessation of the (unlawful) imposition of the practice of withholding of earnings from the paychecks of American citizens and for the Congress to immediately release and restore all citizens wrongfully imprisoned as a result of the “unconstitutional application of the income tax” (laws).  The Civic Actions recommended by the Congress for the People to end the Income Tax fraud include for the People to contact their local sheriff and demand cooperation with the citizenry to provide protection from (unlawful) federal and state tax enforcement actions (including fraudulent, non-judicial “administrative” IRS liens and levys), that citizens prepare to replace or otherwise recall or impeach any sheriff who refuses to protect their local citizens from “…rogue federal agents acting under color of law,” and for citizens to prepare themselves to withhold their monies as a means to secure Redress.  As to the Second Amendment Right to Keep and Bear Arms, the resolution of the Continental Congress declares that all regulations, state and federal, which are repugnant to the express language of the Second Amendment are “…null and void – including but not limited to, illegal and unconstitutional restrictions on open and/or concealed carry.”  The arms resolution calls for the citizenry to coordinate with their local county Sheriff in establishing a Constitutional Militia, inherently separate from the state National Guard.  Such militia would be a constitutional defense force, “comprising all citizenry capable of bearing arms and under proper authority, in defense of themselves and the states.”  Official copies of these resolutions and others will be released shortly for public inspection and distribution.  Committee and sub-committee work on “Remedial Instructions” for state and federal officials will by decree, end at midnight Wednesday (Nov. 18).  Starting tomorrow (Thursday) , the Congress begins two and a half days of intense deliberations, turning their sole attention to debating and adopting a comprehensive set of potent “Civic Actions” every American can implement, en masse, to effect a peaceful restoration of Constitutional Order. These lawful, (non-violent) civic actions, (fully lawful and protected by the Right to enforce the First Amendment Right to Petition), will be designed to significantly affect the functioning of both state and federal institutions which have been complicit in enabling or otherwise aiding or allowing the destruction of the Constitution and/or the Fundamental Rights of the People. A Colorado sheriff who made headlines for his deliberate non-compliance with the politically correct attitude of his county toward Christmas, today honored the U.S. Marine Corps on its 234th birthday, along with veterans and members of other military branches.

And he implored them to be vigilant now as ever, since their service is not over.

The comments come from Larimer County Sheriff Jim Alderden, who occasionally releases a personal column called the BullsEye.

He was in the news in recent Christmas seasons when he scoffed at county rules about using neutral themes such as penguins for Christmas decorations and staged the display of his own traditional Christmas tree and accompanying American themes and decorations at his department’s facility in Fort Collins, Colo.

Alderden also recently tackled the much-ballyhooed case of a balloon “accidentally” released by a family who reported they feared their child was aboard. The two-hour flight of the balloon captured the attention of networks coast-to-coast until it was discovered no child was aboard.

The family later was investigated for allegedly falsely reporting the child was on the balloon.

Alderden spoke a few days ago at the local Marine Corps Ball and released his remarks in today’s column.

He cited bumper stickers seen on vehicles driven by members of the Marine Corps:

• U.S. Marines – Certified Counselors to the 72 Virgins Dating Club
• U.S. Marines – Travel agents to Allah
• The Marine Corps – When It Absolutely, Positively Has To Be Destroyed Overnight
• Marine Sniper – You can run, but you’ll just die tired!

Alderden told the Marines that when he was elected 11 years earlier, he decided he wanted his office to be the Marine Corps of law enforcement agencies.

He talked about freedom and liberty, asking the Marines to be ready, now more than ever.

“I don’t mean for this message to be overly political, certainly not partisan political, but the Marines have shed blood to defend the Constitution,” he said. “I fear what is happening in Washington, D.C., particularly with the over-reach of the federal government, intruding into areas beyond what is authorized in the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights.”

“The freedoms and liberties which we enjoy under the U.S. Constitution are under siege,” he said.

He said there has been:

• Legislation being proposed that “infringes” on the right to keep and bear arms.
• Legislation being proposed that violates the people’s rights to be secure in their homes.
• Legislation that authorizes the government to seize businesses.
• Places in the country that are considering allowing Islamic law.

“I look at the growth of Muslim extremism, even within our borders, most recently demonstrated just a few days ago at Fort Hood, and I fear for our country,” he said. “My message to you is simple: be vigilant. ‘Once a Marine always a Marine.’ Your service is not over.”

He quoted from the Marine Corps oath: “I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic.”

“Foreign – and domestic,” he said. “The United States military is the best in the world. We have the best equipment. We have the finest young men and women. If our country fails, it won’t be because our military is defeated. It will be due to the complacency of the politicians in Washington, D.C., and a failed educational system.”

He cited some of the early honors earned by the Marines, fighting Muslim pirates in the Barbary Wars in the early 1800s, through the War of 1812, World Wars I and II, and Korea and Vietnam.

“Panama. Grenada. Iran. Somalia. Lebanon. Liberia. Kuwait. Iraq. Afghanistan. Wherever Americans are in jeopardy, wherever freedoms and liberties are threatened – the Marines are there,” he said.

A video explaining the dangers of a U.N. treaty proposal promoted by President Obama that critics say would lead to a world government has received more than 3.5 million views since WND broke the story on the ominous possibilities, and now there is word from the Obama administration the plan might not be going so smoothly.

In the video, Lord Christopher Monckton, a former science adviser to British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, asserts the real purpose of the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen Dec. 7-18 is to use concern over “global warming” as a pretext to lay the foundation for a one-world government.

At the U.N. Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen “this December, weeks away, a treaty will be signed,” Lord Christopher Monckton told a Minnesota Free Market Institute audience at Bethel University in St. Paul.

According to the Minnesota Free Market Institute, the video, as originally posted, has collected 2.2 million views and almost 700 pages of comments, but there also are more than 100 other cloned versions of Monckton’s comments on YouTube and the aggregate views exceed 3.5 million.

The video helped launch a national petition drive opposing the Copenhagen treaty at NoCapAndTrade.com, with its more than 135,000 messages to Congress opposing the plan. It’s been discussed by Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Laura Ingraham and Michelle Malkin, among others.

Now there are indications the light of information being spread about the potential problems is casting shadows on the proposal.

“The more people learn about the supposed issue of ‘climate change’ and how green extremists intend to control our lives, the more skeptical they become,” said Jeff Davis, president of the Minnesota Majority.

Further, Michael Froman, deputy national security adviser for international economic affairs, said in a Bloomberg report today the latest word on Copenhagen is an “assessment by the leaders that it was unrealistic to expect a full, internationally legally binding agreement to be negotiated between now and when Copenhagen starts.”

Davis said the impact of Monckton’s warning is becoming apparent in other ways. He cited a decision just days ago by key U.S. Senate Democrats who confirmed it is unlikely there will be any additional action on climate-change legislation this year. Obama had hoped to pass a cap-and-trade energy taxation plan before the Copenhagen conference.

Bloomberg’s report confirmed leaders from Asia have admitted a binding global-warming accord isn’t likely next month.

Obama attended a meeting

of the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation forum in Singapore in which leaders proposed a two-stage approach to follow up the failed Kyoto Protocol, which sought to manage emissions worldwide but never earned the support of several of the world’s leading energy-consuming nations.

Danish Prime Minister Lars Rasmussen told Bloomberg there may be no “legally binding instrument,” although a political agreement is possible.

The 1997 Kyoto plan is scheduled to expire in three more years, but years of talks already held have failed to produce agreement on energy restrictions.

Instead, Rasmussen has suggested an agreement to cut greenhouse gases, with an outline for a political agreement that would be the subject of further negotiations.

At the Examiner, a blogger concluded, “The credibility of global warming theories (and sanctimonious theorists) and any international climate controls are fading with each passing day.”

Monckton warned in the video that Obama supports the idea and is ready to sign on the dotted line.

“Your president will sign it. Most of the Third World countries will sign it, because they think they’re going to get money out of it. Most of the left-wing regimes from the European Union will rubber-stamp it. Virtually nobody won’t sign it,” Monckton told the audience of some 700 attendees.

“I read that treaty and what it says is this: that a world government is going to be created. The word ‘government’ actually appears as the first of three purposes of the new entity.”

He has warned the proposal would cede U.S. sovereignty, mandate a massive wealth transfer from the United States to pay reparations for “climate debt” to Third World countries and create a new “world government” to enforce the treaty’s provisions.

Davis also warned that while the apparent uncertainty over the treaty has bought some time, it’s not enough.

“Green extremists will be back in force trying to advance both domestic cap-and-trade legislation and an international climate treaty that will rob us of our liberties and grant government more control over our lives,” he said.

The Second Amendment states:

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Where in the above statement does the Constitution provide “the right” for people to keep and bear arms?  It does not.  What it infers is that the “existing” right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed by the US Government.  So the question becomes; Where did the Right to keep and bear arms then come from since The Constitution infers this Right already existed?

In the first of our Government’s established and ordained founding documents, which is the leading dovetail of The Constitution, called The Declaration of Independence it states:

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. — Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.”

Notice that The Declaration of Independence states that our creator endowed us with certain unalienable Rights.  You will also note that “AMONG” these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.  The word “Among” refers to all of the other Rights that we were endowed by God.  One of those Rights endowed to us, in addition to Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness, is the God given “existing” Right that the Second Amendment states “shall not be infringed”  Infringed by whom?  Since the entire Constitution is a set of laws set upon the Federal Government then it is self-evident that this Right to keep and bear arms given to us by God shall not be “infringed” by the US Government.

The only remaining question then is; What part of “shall not be infringed” doesn’t the Federal Government understand?

Now let’s say that the Federal Government decides not to obey this law and does infringe on our Right to keep and bear arms.  Let’s look at this closer and focus in a little.  If it is true that this Right was an unalienable Right “endowed” upon us by God himself, than who beside us, the people, is the Federal Government disobeying and insulting?  Think about it people.  If the Federal Government violates the Second Amendment it is a direct attack upon God himself according to both of the Government’s founding documents, where they were lent the powers, given to us by God, for the ‘privilege’ to handle an enumerated list of the eighteen items in Article 1 Section 8 of The Constitution because We The People wanted the convenience and to free our time and effort to secure our God given unalienable rights ourselves.  So We The People did this to form a more perfect Union and for the security of our endowed individual Rights, authority and powers from the immoral who would seek to steal them from us.

So the bottom line is the Second Amendment DOES NOT give us the Right to guns or any other form of weapon. 

Why, The Liberty Tree Lantern asks, did you think that the Second Amendment gives you the Right to keep and bear arms?  That Right comes directly from our Lord and, as indicated in The Constitution itself, existed long before WE THE PEOPLE drafted, established and ordain it, as a set of LAWS upon our Government.   How come your “Public” High School didn’t teach you THE TRUTH that the Second Amendment DOES NOT give us the Right to Keep and Bear Arms?

God, the creator, gave us that right and power among several others.  The tyrants and despot serpents in the Federal Government, if they know what is good for them, best not infringe on this Right, or God himself will trample out the vintage where the grapes of wrath are stored.  And, you know what happened the last time our Government of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY years became contemners of the will of God, just a little over 230 short years ago, when he gave his people, our Revolutionary Patriots and Militias, his grace and divine providence to so “deal with them”.

 There is an American hymn about this precise topic of our Government not obeying the will of God, our creator, and here it is:

 Let us pray that the Federal Government ceases and reverses all of the legislative acts and actions that they have contemptuously and blasphemously conducted over the last ten decades against the will of God; who gave each of us, individually, all of our unalienable Rights.  For if they do not, God will most certainly trample out the vintage where the grapes of wrath are stored, for “HIS truth is marching on” as documented in The Declaration of Independence and enforced by His Rule of Law, through us, for us, by us, in The Constitution of the United (but Constitutionally independent and sovereign) States of America.

One last point, it is also self-evident and quite obvious that the word used in The Constitution, drafted by our Founding Fathers, Militia, meant what it meant in the year the word was employed.

Constitutional clauses using the word, Militia, obviously carries the EXACT same definition as it did to the Founders WHEN THE CONSTITUTION was drafted.  There was NO National Guard when the Constitution was drafted.  There were only Militias and the Continental Army formed by the Second Continental Congress.

So with the fact that there was NO National Guard or anything LIKE the National Guard, only Militias made of of “Colonial Citizens”, here are the Constitutional clauses using the term Militia:

Amendment 2 – Right to Bear Arms. Ratified 12/15/1791.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Article 1 Section 8 – Powers of Congress

To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;

To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;

Article 2 Section 2

The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to Grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.

Militia

The founders–even the Centralists of the day–all acknowledged that the right to keep and bear arms was, first of all, for the protection of the people against government tyranny. Observe:

“[I]f circumstances should at any time oblige the government to form an army of any magnitude that army can never be formidable to the liberties of the people while there is a large body of citizens, little, if at all, inferior to them in discipline and the use of arms, who stand ready to defend their own rights and those of their fellow-citizens.” (Alexander Hamilton, The Federalist Papers, Number 29)

Militia Duty: Defend. Co-operate. Prepare.

To understand the above motto is to understand the foundation of society and legitimate government and law.

When California Treasurer Bill Lockyer sought a $7 billion federal loan guarantee from Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner in May, it was a clear indication that states, and not just financial institutions, were struggling mightily to find firm fiscal footing in the face of the Great Recession.

As states continue to grapple with the current harsh economic conditions, the Pew Center on the States has compiled a list of the 10 that are closest to financial collapse, part of a report on the budgetary health of all 50 states. The report warns of potentially damaging consequences if states fail to take decisive measures to fix their money woes.

While California’s economic struggles, such as issuing IOUs to state employees and business contractors, have been well documented, many more states are facing a combination of economic, money-management and political pressures that are driving them to the brink of collapse. The Pew report cites high home foreclosure rates, increasing joblessness, declining state revenues, poor money management, legal and political obstacles to balanced budgets and the size of budget gaps as the six factors that contribute to most of the problems.

States Teetering on the Edge

The report points out that all states but two — Montana and North Dakota — faced budget shortfalls for fiscal year 2010, adding up to an estimated $162 billion in budget gaps. Tax collections in all states declined a record 11.7% from first quarter of 2008 to the first quarter of 2009, and unemployment continued to rise nationally, topping 10% this month.

The Terrible 10

By combining weighted scores for each state’s rank in its six contributory factors, Pew created a list of the 10 that are in the highest degree of peril. They are: California, Arizona, Rhode Island, Michigan, Oregon, Nevada, Florida, New Jersey, Illinois and Wisconsin. Close behind those terrible 10 are Colorado, Georgia, Kentucky, New York and Hawaii.

The report also revealed four common problems that hurt the 10 worst states. Several of them are too dependent on a particular industry that has been devastated by the recession, such as gambling in Nevada and tourism in Florida. Many of the states, like California, New Jersey and Illinois, have a long history of borrowing to close budget gaps. Several have legal limitations that prevent them from making adjustments. For example, Oregon has a revenue cap that forces the state to deliver rebates to taxpayers in good times or bad. And most states just put off the tough decisions until it was too late.

Here’s the worst-10 list in the order that Pew ranked each state, with highlights of what hurt each one:

California – Budget shortfall: 49.3%
“California topped all states for the magnitude of its budget shortfall in fiscal year 2010, both in dollars and in share — in this case, nearly half — of its general funds, which pay for most state operations.”

Arizona – Budget shortfall: 41.1%
Like many states, “Arizona’s lawmakers relied on one-time fixes to balance its budgets instead of making long-term changes,” the report said. Lawmakers were still wrestling with a $1 billion gap in this year’s budget in October.

Rhode Island – Budget shortfall: 19.2%
On top of its poor record of fiscal management, “Rhode Island constantly ranks near the top of states with the highest unemployment rates, and last year it had the highest home foreclosure rate in all of New England.”

Michigan – Budget shortfall: 12.0%
“Two of the Big Three Detroit-based automakers went bankrupt in 2009, sending shockwaves through a state that is on track to lose a quarter of it jobs this decade.”

Nevada – Budget shortfall: 37.8%
“Nevada’s unique gaming-based economy is in jeopardy, as is its state budget that relies on gambling sales to provide 60% of its revenues.”

Oregon ­– Budget shortfall: 14.5%
“State revenues plummeted 19% between the first quarter of 2008 and the first quarter of 2009, a reflection of Oregon’s heavy reliance on income taxes,” the report said. Voters have rejected adding a sales tax nine times, thwarting attempts at creating a new source of state revenue.

Florida – Budget shortfall: 22.8%
“For the first time since World War II, Florida’s population is shrinking. This is a disturbing revelation for a state that has built its economy — and structured its budget — on the assumption that throngs of new residents will move to its sunny shores each year.”

New Jersey – Budget shortfall: 29.9%
“New Jersey is playing catch-up after years of fiscal mismanagement and a daunting structural imbalance between what it collects and what it spends.”

Illinois – Budget shortfall: 47.3%
“Since the last recession earlier this decade, the state piled up huge backlogs of Medicaid bills and borrowed money to pay its pension obligations,” the report said. The 2010 budget shortfall topped $13.2 billion, among the worst in the nation.

Wisconsin – Budget shortfall: 23.2%
“Wisconsin’s history of budget shortfalls and pattern of borrowing frequently to cover operating expenses, among other measures, made it poorly positioned to weather the most recent severe economic downturn.”

People from Wisconsin;  The question becomes is this reported Wisconsin budget shortfall before OR after the $3 BILLION Dollar heist of the Federal Government “Stimulus” package that our dear Socialist Comrade Governor James Doyle fingered and placed in the budget kitty?  Assuming it is after throwing the Stimulus money in the pot; 1) How bad is the Wisconsin Budget without the $3 BILLION? And 2) What the hell are we going to do next year?  I wonder if WEAC will take I.O.U.s?

Seriously, people of Wisconsin;  Isn’t it time for us to at least agree to talk about these things when we get together at the taverns, cub scout meetings, school functions, church, parades, etc…?  What is this crap about not wanting to talk about “politics” right now?  Any Wisconsin person who says something like that, when somebody who really cares is trying to talk about these issues so that WE THE PEOPLE can learn something about it and then DO SOMETHING ABOUT our State Socialistic / Unionistic Government, ought to have their heads examined!  Our whole State of Wisconsin could collapse just because some/many of us don’t “feel” like talking about it.  YOU DON’T HAVE MUCH TIME, FOLKS.  You better starta talk’n and caring about it,  but fast!

And now the Federal Government wants to pile on Health Care and Cap and Trade (Tax) to add to the cost of the average Wisconsin family budget by as much as $10,000.00 or MORE a year?  And I suppose the State of Wisconsin “might” want to raise our taxes “just a little bit” right?  ARE YOU CRAZY?  Do you know how many Wisconsinites DON’T even have a job?   What is the matter with you State of WI Congressmen?  When are you going to stop listening to WEAC and all the other Unions and do something for the people who put you there in the first place?  BTW: Stealing tax money and doing a “special” project for your local community isn’t going to cut the mustard anymore.  We’re on to that crapola!  We are sick and tired of you guys manipulating our minds and our communities with “be quiet presents”.  That is exactly how we got in this mess and now we understand what you have been doing to us individually, our State of Wisconsin and our country as a whole.  If you want to know where to stick that “special” project for our community just before election time, BEND OVER and we’ll show you!

I have a novel idea!  Why don’t you just let us keep our own money and we’ll do our own special projects?  And, as our money accumulates and we are able to keep more and more of our own earnings and grow and perhaps start our own businesses and hire more people and give them raises, we might even help you out a little as WE decide we want to.  In fact, if you leave us and our earnings alone, we will help out our friends and neighbors in need because we are Godly people who love and care for our neighbors, friends and family.  We see what you did with the money you stole from us turning Wisconsin into the Eighth worse Business Tax Climate State in the entire country <hotlink.  Now it is time for us to see what we can do with our own money.  Let’s see who does it better, Wisconsin Government or Wisconsinites.  Or, are you planning on destroying the rest of our jobs and our lives?

The IRS has NEVER brought the ACTUAL law in any US Courtroom EVER to prove that somebody has broken it.  BECAUSE  THERE  IS  NO  LAW!  Judges intimidate juries into thinking that either he filed or he didn’t, never considering whether there actually is a law that requires filing of income taxes. 

Can you imagine how fast our economy would recover if nearly all the money we “earned” was ours to keep and spend the way we want.  Think of the TRILLIONS of dollars that would be in our hands and in our economy?  

The Federal Government, BY LAW, is only has the power to handle the EIGHTEEN “enumerated” items listed in Article 1 Section 8 of The Constitution of The United (but Constitutionally independent and sovereign) States of America as further supported by LAW in the 9th and 10th Amendments in The Bill of Rights.

NOW LET’S GET OUT THERE AND ENFORCE THE RULE OF LAW on our Federal Government and TAKE OUR COUNTRY BACK per The Constitution and OUR Declaration of Independence, word for word, in spirit and intent as it WAS meant on the day it was ratified before any spin, political legalize, or purpose of evasion.  And, NO CHANGES…  Every single word of it must be enforced to its full force and effect.  This is the ONLY WAY we will get our economy back on track and for the VAST majority of average common workingmen and women to get individually prosperous.

If you know anybody who could use a cup of coffee to WAKE  UP  TO  please copy and past the title of this post in an e-mail and send it to them.  Our Country Depends on everybody waking up to the light of truth and all of us taking part in ENFORCEMENT of the RULE OF LAW as WE THE PEOPLE wrote, established and ordained in The Constitution.

A NEW Continental Congress with 3 elected delegates from each State has convened in St. Charles, IL starting yesterday and will be in session for eleven days.  They will be discussing Constitutional matters, usurpations, tyranny and state of despotism in our US Government.  Their purpose: 

• To define the problems resulting in the loss of our freedom, unalienable rights and Constitutional contempt by all three scofflaw branches of Government and both major political parties, that has now resulted in near total economic collapse and a financial crisis.
• Plan for the implementation of executable actions to enlighten the majority of Americans as to these repeated injuries to our individual unalienable rights and property.
• Provide and engage all the Constitutionally enlightened and knowledgeable Americans across our entire country, in the SUPREME LAWS above ALL other laws, with ACTIONABLE missions to ENFORCE THE LAWS of The United States of America and for EACH AND EVERY ONE OF US to defend The Constitution from ALL  ENEMIES  BOTH  FOREIGN  AND  DOMESTIC; AND especially to defend The Constitution from the treasonous tyrants in ALL THREE BRANCHES of the Federal Government who have and still are bringing our whole country into a Constitutionally contemptuous state of utter despotism.
