If these initial resolutions are any indication, the Congress clearly has set its collective intent to adopting a volume of provocative and far-reaching “Remedial Instructions” and “Civic Actions” to restore the Constitution, and which effects will soon reverberate from sea-to-shining-sea.

The 24-page report released this month by the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) entitled, “The Second Wave: Return of the Militia” is sweeping in its indictment.
In it, police officers, soldiers, veterans, tax defiers, Patriots, tea party members, right-wing militias, “birthers” and sovereign citizen proponents are all said to exhibit elements of a resurging anti-government movement that reached its zenith in the mid-1990’s and spiraled out of control with violence and domestic terrorism.

What does all this mean today in the Battle for America? Sheriff Mack says it proves that the sheriff is the highest governmental authority in his county. Within that jurisdiction – inside his county – the sheriff has more power than the governor of his state. Indeed, the sheriff has more power in his county than the President of the United States. In his county, he can overrule the President and kick his people out. Remember, the President has few and limited powers.

“I don’t mean for this message to be overly political, certainly not partisan political, but the Marines have shed blood to defend the Constitution,” he said. “I fear what is happening in Washington, D.C., particularly with the over-reach of the federal government, intruding into areas beyond what is authorized in the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights.”

Introduced in the Ohio House on October 16, 2009, the “Firearms Freedom Act” (HB-315) seeks “To enact section 2923.26 of the Revised Code to provide that ammunition, firearms, and firearm accessories that are manufactured and remain in Ohio are not subject to federal laws and regulations derived under Congress’ authority to regulate interstate commerce and to require the words “Made in Ohio” be stamped on a central metallic part of any firearm manufactured and sold in Ohio.”

Gun rights advocates, however, are calling the reversal both a dangerous submission of America’s Constitution to international governance and an attempt by the Obama administration to sneak into effect private gun control laws it couldn’t pass through Congress.

However, since the Obama administration has taken office there have been about 100 new militias that have formed under the pretense of gun rights and protection of American ideals. One such newly formed militia is Olson’s attempt to create an Alaska Militia. He held an organizational meeting on Thursday the 12th in Nikiski, AK where he pressed upon the attendees the idea that a militia musted be formed and readied for action imediately.

So the bottom line is the Second Amendment DOES NOT give us the Right to guns or any other weapon. God, the creator, gave us that right and power among several others. The tyrants and despot serpents in the Federal Government, if they know what is good for them, best not infringe on this Right, or God himself will trample out the vintage where the grapes of wrath are stored. And, you know what happened the last time our Government of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY years became contemners of the will of God, and he gave his people, our Patriots, his grace and divine providence to so deal with them.
