This constant insult to our intelligence and our family finances, due to legislators not cutting the State budget like our families have to do continuously, is coming to an end. I feel that it is awful for the Wisconsin Government to put your company in the middle between us and them in the attempt to mask their tax increases on us.

If these initial resolutions are any indication, the Congress clearly has set its collective intent to adopting a volume of provocative and far-reaching “Remedial Instructions” and “Civic Actions” to restore the Constitution, and which effects will soon reverberate from sea-to-shining-sea.

The 24-page report released this month by the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) entitled, “The Second Wave: Return of the Militia” is sweeping in its indictment.
In it, police officers, soldiers, veterans, tax defiers, Patriots, tea party members, right-wing militias, “birthers” and sovereign citizen proponents are all said to exhibit elements of a resurging anti-government movement that reached its zenith in the mid-1990’s and spiraled out of control with violence and domestic terrorism.

What does all this mean today in the Battle for America? Sheriff Mack says it proves that the sheriff is the highest governmental authority in his county. Within that jurisdiction – inside his county – the sheriff has more power than the governor of his state. Indeed, the sheriff has more power in his county than the President of the United States. In his county, he can overrule the President and kick his people out. Remember, the President has few and limited powers.

In the video, Lord Christopher Monckton, a former science adviser to British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, asserts the real purpose of the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen Dec. 7-18 is to use concern over “global warming” as a pretext to lay the foundation for a one-world government.

On October 1, Wisconsin began taxing downloads from the internet for the first time in state history. This 5 percent sales tax does not include local or stadium taxes. This tax is estimated to take $11 million from individual’s wallets and put it in the hands of government. It was passed in the budget repair bill February of this year.

While California’s economic struggles, such as issuing IOUs to state employees and business contractors, have been well documented, many more states are facing a combination of economic, money-management and political pressures that are driving them to the brink of collapse. The Pew report cites high home foreclosure rates, increasing joblessness, declining state revenues, poor money management, legal and political obstacles to balanced budgets and the size of budget gaps as the six factors that contribute to most of the problems.

RWVA / Appleseed is of critical importance to our country and to the preservation of nothing less important than our liberty. It has always been up to each one of us to remain eternally vigilant and to ENFORCE the laws that we wrote, established and ordained upon our Government as WE THE PEOPLE documented in The Constitution of the United States of America. And, IF necessary, when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce us under absolute Despotism, it is our right, it is our duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for our Constitution, rule of its laws and to provide for our future security.
