Constitution: ‘Enumerated Powers’ & General Welfare Clause

This set of pages will be limited to Constitutional matters; especially with regards to Article 1 Section 8 as further supported by the 9th and 10th Amendments in The Bill of Rights.
It is these set of laws, on our Government, that will eventually restore our individual unalienable rights, freedom, liberty, prosperity and our authority over Government as it was the American people that borrowed some of our authority, that we were given by our creator, to the US Government for the privilege of handling Eighteen enumerated items for us.
