John my dear and honorable assemblyman and friend,

I understand the dilemma and difficulties prevailing in the halls of the State Capitol these days with the Democrats in the greater majority.  However, with a 5 BILLION Dollar deficit and numerous expensive mandates sent down from Washington D.C. , many of which are not on Wisconsin Democrats wish list or agenda, but yet to come out of the State of Wisconsin budget, it seems that such legislation would be in the Democrat’s and the State’s best interests both functionally and politically.  It doesn’t seem like a real hard sell to me. 

The Democrats could come out smelling like a rose that stood up to a Federal Congress that has a approval rating in the teens.  They would be, in the eyes of the public, heroes for crying out loud.  I believe that this legislation is absolutely vital for the sake of freedom.  I believe that in the face of a Depression potentially greater than that of the 1930s that it, this literal Constitutional supporting legislation, will spread amongst all the independent States.  Further it is my fervent hope that this transmittable legislation will facilitate the restoration of The Constitution to its full force and effect resulting in the re-establishment of freedom and prosperity for our individual fellow countrymen and families; for without such, I fear that posterity will long suffer the effects of the chains and bondage of the long lines of the soup kitchens of Socialism without escape from the equal distribution of misery or somewhere to run, for freedom the only hope of individual prosperity.

John, where is the Federal Government going to come up with the, what is it up to now, 3 Trillion Dollars or more in “bailouts” for the large banker friends of The Federal Reserve and huge corporations?  John, it is up to the States to protect ourselves from the ravages of the Socialist IRS Federal police state.  They are coming, John, to take even more out from our paychecks in the form of “Federal and FICA and FUTA and Medicare Withholding” on the common blue collar worker and all of us, rich and poor and what’s more you know it.  Surely you can see where this is all headed.

The State of Wisconsin needs you and our Country needs leaders who have the guts to support The Constitution of The United States of America which is the only protection we the people have from our Federal Government and the huge private company known as The Federal Reserve that controls the nation and our Federal Government through money supply and manipulation as well as other subversive actions foisted on the very fabric of our society.  Without legislation such as this, without the guts to stand up for freedom in the face of such corruption, tyranny and usurpation being leveled at our fellow countrymen and all of it, sooner or later, to be paid for by IRS coercion, pried from our own pockets, can there be legislation more important or more timely?

Our entire nation is at a crossroads, John.  You and I have the courage to say to our Federal Government, “There is a price we will not pay.” There is a point beyond which they must not advance. Winston Churchill said that “the destiny of man is not measured by material computation. When great forces are on the move in the world, we learn we are spirits–not animals.” And he said, “There is something going on in time and space, and beyond time and space, which, whether we like it or not, spells duty.”

If you and I have the courage to tell our Federally elected officials that we want our national policy based upon what we know in our hearts is morally right. We cannot buy our security, our freedom from the threat of depression by committing an immorality so great as saying to a 300 million soon to otherwise be in slavery behind the Iron Curtain of Socialism; “Give up your dreams of freedom because to save our own skin, we are willing to make a deal with your slave masters.” Now the Federal Government is considering buying more corporations, is that not communism by definition?  Would not the workers in those companies effectively be employees of “The State”?  Alexander Hamilton said, “A nation which can prefer disgrace to danger is prepared for a master, and deserves one.”

Sometime long ago two friends of mine were talking to a Cuban refugee, a businessman who had escaped from Castro, and in the midst of his story one of my friends turned to the other and said, “We don’t know how lucky we are.” And the Cuban stopped and said, “How lucky you are! I had someplace to escape to.” In that sentence he told us the entire story. If we lose freedom here, there is no place to escape to. This is the last stand on Earth. And this idea that government is beholden to the people, that it has no other source of power except to sovereign people, is still the newest and most unique idea in all the long history of man’s relation to man. This is the issue in essence of this day. Whether we believe in our capacity for self-government or whether we abandon the American revolution and confess that a little intellectual elite in a far-distant capital can plan our lives for us better than we can plan them ourselves.

You and I are told increasingly that we have to choose between a left or right, but I would like to suggest that there is no such thing as a left or right. There is only an up or down–up to a man’s age-old dream, the ultimate in individual freedom consistent with law and order–or down to the ant heap totalitarianism, and regardless of their sincerity, their humanitarian motives, those who would trade our freedom for the illusion of financial security have embarked on this downward course.

You and I have a rendezvous with destiny. We will preserve for our children this, the last best hope of man on Earth, or we will sentence them to take the last step into a thousand years of darkness.

We must have faith that you and I have the ability and the dignity and the right to make our own decisions and determine our own destiny.  That is freedom, that is the way out of this mess that the U.S. Congress has placed over our heads by holding the U.S. Constitution in utter contempt since 1913 with the advent of the Constitutionally illegal passage of The Federal Reserve Act by the handful of corruptible Congressional henchmen President Woodrow Wilson secretly held over the Christmas break to pass it; as he promised to the powerful banking interests who contributed masses of wealth to his campaign as planned in a secret meeting on Jekyll Island as well as numerous other constitutionally contemptible acts perpetrated on the American public ever since.  It is time to restore freedoms individual prosperity generating power, if not for us, for our children and grandchildren.

What will we do without Freedom?  It has come to that, a time of choosing.

Please, in God’s holy name, for the sake of our State of Wisconsin, our country and our individual fellow countrymen, please reconsider your position on this grave matter of consequence to us all.  Without this freedom infectious legislation by the States I fear the times and strife will yield a time, in the not too distant future, when the brave will take far more serious actions to restore the power of The Constitution; for the restoration and preservation of freedom and the history proven individual prosperity and general happiness it creates through the rewards thereby achievable and the blessings of Almighty God.

I listened to you, regarding the above noted project, on WPR this morning.

I feel that your base point is in essence vital to the health and security of our county.  I believe that this specific subject matter is just a part of the larger issue of multiculturalism and over tolerance which was the root cause of the downfall of many great societies such as Rome.  Additionally, if there is a God and Jesus is his son and we Americans make him unhappy by denying his son we will obviously dry up that fruitful wellspring of blessings.  If we continue down this trail God may soon become frustrated with us and we may find ourselves in the path of his wrath.  How would you feel if you were God and we turned our back on you and your son who gave his life and suffered far beyond human comprehension for us?

I have been researching many of these matters for about two years now.  I have reason to believe that the war on Christmas is part of a plan by elitists in a private and exclusive club called the Trilateral Commission which was formed by a closely held private company, owned by forty very powerful people / shareholders who are mostly foreign (mostly British, some Americans and others in Europe).  The private company I speak of is The Federal Reserve, a cartel of twelve private banks.  The owners of The Federal Reserve founded the private international club called the Trilateral Commission whose mission statement to bring the world under a one world Socialist government can be found on their own website www.trilateral.org . 

The only major impediment to The Federal Reserve (through their private club) from taking over the world through a puppet one world Socialist Government is The Constitution of The United States of America and the free people of America.  By pushing multiculturalism, the destruction of Christmas, the denial of our Lord, the dismissal of our unique American culture and great heritage, over tolerance, and extreme feminism the Trilateral Commission is able to tear apart the fabric of our nation that makes us individually, through the power of close and strong families, prosperous, moral and secure with in our freedom from Government, individual but standing united in Christ, allowing for the feasibility and blessings resultant of self government and rugged individualism.  Rugged individualism that through hard work and toil to produce individual wealth has resulted in not only the most prosperous people in the world, but under the leadership of our Lord has resulted in the greatest charities and giving the world has ever known for those that have fallen on hard times, because the good amongst us love our neighbors as ourselves.  And that, I believe is what God loves about us.  I think we better not lose that through Socialism which takes that right to give away from us just as surely as Socialism takes massive amounts of money, in the form of “Federal withholding”, FICA and Medicare Taxes, out of our earnings paychecks.

I have found, for example, a link between the Trilateral Commission, at least one of their members, and the TV shows “All in the Family” and “Maude”.  These TV shows made a mockery out of everything unique and good about our American culture to the point that every time something American happens the toilet flushes.  This form of mass “behavior modification” from The Federal Reserve company and the toil it has taken on our country, our prosperity, our culture, and our family units is nothing less than terrifying.  But even more frightening is the fact that the multiculturalism and over tolerance will cause mass division between us Americans so completely that the incremental disassembly of The Constitution will be assured first through contempt by both houses of Congress, as has occurred since The Federal Reserve Act of 1913, and now through division amongst the population, through the destruction of our unity through our unique American culture and the power of the blessings of God.  In effect The Federal Reserve company will have performed the classic move to divide and conquer.  In this way The Fed through their Trilateral Commission power house, will destroy our sovereign country by destroying our families, our morality, our culture, and eventually our Constitution.  The war on Christmas is just one vital battle front on our individual freedom and our individual prosperity.

I would be interested in combining research to explore, investigate and expose these damn bankers and their megalomaniac plans.  In fact, it would be good to form a whole league of people to do battle against these forces of darkness through the education of our fellow countrymen, so that we can provide the tools they need to realize what has happened to us, our families, our culture and our economy that The Fed is playing with to funnel our great American society into the clutches, chains and bondage of a one world Socialist government.

Are there any laws in The Constitution that GOPUSA doesn’t feel the U.S. Government should have to comply with?

It seems that nobody, even many/most conservatives, is willing to talk or write about the specifics and wonderful opportunity and result for individual Americans if this process were fully executed.  Are you willing to write about this topic, regarding the requirement of the Government to completely obey each and every law written in The Constitution in the spirit, meaning and intent of every word, which they were drafted?  Do you even know what this means, or more specifically do you even know what would happen to the U.S. Government if they had to follow the Ninth and Tenth Amendments and the apportionment clause, with respect to so called “income” taxes, which the Supreme Court found was not changed by the Sixteenth Amendment see: http://www.givemeliberty.org/docs/TaxResearchCD/Attach2.htm

Do you know how many TRILLIONS of dollars would be left in the hands of all Americans and our economy if laws of The Constitution would be complied with?  It is almost incomprehensible how much money we would all individually have, how much better our individual lives would be, how free we would really be, how our markets would be so much more successful and how much better our economy would be if our scofflaw Federal Government were made to completely obey the law, especially with regards to the Ninth and Tenth Amendments, not to lessen all the tenets in the balance of this most precious document.

As a Jeffersonian Constitutionalist and a Conservative I am very discouraged with upper level Conservative outlets who are unwilling to truly and fully discuss the hardcore facts and intent of The Constitution because it is these very canons that allow for true freedom and the resulting creation of individual wealth for the vast majority and our individual power over Government.  In fact, other than the honorable and noble Walter Williams, I have never read or heard an upper level publically known Conservative discuss the elements of the U.S. Constitution that the U.S. Government, especially both houses of Congress, have held in complete contempt. 

I pray that at least GOPUSA will have the guts to at least bring this to public discussion.

I believe that forcing the Federal Government to comply with The Constitution and all the resulting benefits resultant from this execution, is necessary to heal the economic and lack of individual power through freedom woes now being experienced by our nation and soon to result in hardships perhaps never experienced since the Great Depression.

Massive job cuts at General Motors, America’s largest carmaker — coupled with the bankruptcy of Delphi, America’s biggest autoparts maker — have provoked predictable handwringing from liberal pundits who worry that America is “losing its manufacturing base.” But the wrenching change now buffeting the auto industry defies the usual press formulas. Just listen to Steve Miller a turnaround specialist who is steering Delphi’s restructuring process. He exploded the myth of America’s “endangered” union manufacturing jobs at his October press conference announcing Delphi’s move into Chapter 11: “We cannot continue to pay $65 an hour for someone to cut the grass and remain competitive.”
Take grass cutting. As defined by the current United Auto Worker contract negotiated with the “Big Five” (GM, Ford, Chrysler, and top parts makers Delphi and Visteon), an auto “production worker” is a job description that covers anything from mowing grass to cleaning the toilets. In the real world, these jobs would be outsourced to $8 an hour, no-benefit wage earners, but on Planet Big Five, these jobs get the same wages as any auto line-worker: an average $26 an hour ($60,000 a year) plus benefits that bring the company’s total cost per worker to a staggering $65 an hour.
But at least the grass cutters are working for their pay. The UAW contract also guarantees that 12,000 autoworkers get full wage for doing nothing. On the heels of Miller’s straight-talk, the Detroit News reported that “12,000 American autoworkers, instead of bending sheet metal, spend their days counting the hours in a jobs bank.” These aren’t jobs. And they certainly aren’t being “lost” to China.
“We just go in (to Ford’s Michigan Truck Plant) and play crossword puzzles, watch videos that someone brings in or read the newspaper,” The News quoted one UAW worker as saying. “Otherwise, I’ve just sat.”
The coming months will be painful for many American autoworkers. Accustomed to a certain lifestyle, they will see their wages cut in half, jeopardizing second homes, college tuitions, and car payments. One blue-collar Delphi worker interviewed by the Detroit News makes $103,000 a year operating a forklift and fears the consequences if his pay is drastically reduced. But many Americans will ask how a forklift operator felt entitled to a six-figure income in the first place (according to Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average forklift operator wage in the U.S. is $26,000).
It is an opportune time for political leadership to step to the plate and speak with candor, but the signs are not encouraging.

Despite the fact that Americans just elected one of the most liberal presidents in history, they also voted to uphold traditional marriage in every state where it was on the ballot.

Gay activists (and a few Episcopal bishops) would have you believe that votes against gay “marriage” are a result of bigotry, the equivalent of racism or sexism.  After all, they argue, what’s wrong with two people loving each other and wanting to publicly proclaim it?  Doesn’t the world need more committed love, not less?

S.T. Karnick, writing in the autumn issue of SALVO magazine, points out that homosexuals may already “marry” in any number of places, under the auspices of any number of organizations.  Churches such as the Episcopal Church USA, the Presbyterian Church USA, the United Church of Christ, and numerous others “either explicitly allow the consecration or blessing of same-sex ‘marriages’ or look the other way when individual congregations perform such ceremonies.”
 
No law prevents these religious organizations from conducting such rituals, nor would most Americans expect or want the government to dictate doctrine to churches.  But if and when same-sex “marriage” becomes law, it becomes against the law not to follow it.  And that could indeed result in the government not only dictating doctrine to churches, but to religious schools, and to individuals.
 
Right now, individuals and corporations may choose to treat same-sex unions the same way they treat traditional marriage, or not.  As Karnick writes so succinctly: “This, of course, is the truly liberal and tolerant position.”  What’s at issue here is government-enforced recognition that same-sex “marriage” is legally identical to traditional marriage, no matter the individuals’ or institutions’ religious beliefs.
 
Government intrusion on religion is what’s at stake.
 
Despite what proponents of gay “marriage” argue, there are serious and wide-ranging implications for society by redefining something so fundamental.  Already in Canada and Europe, pastors have been threatened with legal challenges as a result of teaching traditional Christian doctrine on marriage.  And what about parents who want the right to be the ones teaching morality to their children?  Will they have a legal leg to stand on when public schools teach that gay “marriage” is okay?  Already, thanks to GLSEN (Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network), homosexuality is being introduced in schools at younger and younger ages. Just a few days ago, kindergarten students at a California school were given pledge cards produced by GLSEN and asked to sign them to support a “harassment-free school.”  Parents protested.  But is there a day coming when such protests would bring charges of discrimination, punishable by law?
 
“Equality” laws in Great Britain recently forced a Christian adoption agency there out of business.  Like a similar case in Massachusetts (where same-sex “marriage” is law), a Roman Catholic adoption agency in Wales can no longer continue its work of placing abandoned and abused children in homes.  Why?  Based on its Christian beliefs, St. David’s Children sought out only homes with a mother and a father.  As one British MP pointed out, there are plenty of other adoption agencies gay couples could have used.  The government, because of innocuous-sounding “equality” laws, has essentially told the agency it can no longer base its work on its Roman Catholic tenets because they are, in effect, discriminatory.  That is frightening.  Exactly who are these laws supposed to be liberating, or for that matter, protecting?

Will it someday be considered hate speech to publicly state what researchers have already determined: that children fare best when raised by their biological father and mother?  By sheer common sense, most people realize that basic fact.  We’ve seen the damage inflicted on children by divorce, for example, in study after study.  The vital role that fathers play in their children’s lives has been well documented, and we know that in households without fathers children statistically don’t fare nearly as well.
 
Maggie Gallagher, president of the Institute for Marriage and Public Policy, has written extensively about this issue.  “Marriage as a universal human idea,” she says, “has deep roots in three enduring truths about human beings everywhere: Sex between men and women makes babies, society needs babies, and babies need a father as well as a mother.”
 
Same-sex couples who have children (by adoption or other means) are automatically removing either a father or a mother from their children’s lives.  Of course children from traditional marriages often end up in less than ideal situations because of divorce or the death of a parent.  But that doesn’t mean we should impose on a child from the outset a less-than-ideal scenario.  Shouldn’t we be aiming for what’s best for children?
 
Shortly after the California Supreme Court ruled that same-sex “marriage” is a constitutional right, and that sexual orientation is a protected class, it also ruled that a Christian doctor who refused to inseminate a lesbian couple should face legal consequences.  My Roman Catholic obstetrician does not perform abortions, presumably for religious reasons.  The state cannot force him to do so.  It is his choice.  But soon, given the fact that same-sex “marriage” has just been made legal in my home state of Connecticut, he may be forced to act against his religious beliefs when it comes to same-sex couples, or face legal consequences like the doctor in California.
 
What’s at risk in this fight is not the civil rights of homosexuals.  What’s at risk is religious freedom for every American.  That and the not-so-small problem of undermining what has been for centuries the very foundation of society.

An Arab Christian woman and Middle East expert says she isn’t surprised at a recently released report that Barack Obama received 90-percent support from Muslim-American voters in the recent presidential election.

The American Muslim Taskforce on Civil Rights and Elections, or AMT, is an umbrella organization that includes 11 other Islamic groups, including the controversial Council on American-Islamic Relations, or CAIR. Recently they gathered at the National Press Club to report on the electoral preferences of Muslim voters and their level of participation.
 
AMT commissioned a poll which revealed almost 90 percent of Muslims supported Barack Obama, while only two percent supported John McCain. Brigitte Gabriel is founder and president of ACT! for America and the author of They Must Be Stopped: Why We Must Defeat Radical Islam and How We Can Do It. She says Muslim voters overlooked key differences they had with Obama on social issues — like abortion and marriage.
 
“They are willing overlook where he stands on abortion, where he stands on gay marriage and the like because as far as Muslims in America are concerned, they want to advance the cause of Islam in the United States,” she contends. “They are not worried how long it’s going to take or who’s going to help them facilitate it.”
 
Muslim voters, adds Gabriel, also supported Obama for another reason. “They know that Obama is going to be softer on the War on Terror. After all, vice president-(elect) Biden doesn’t even believe we have a war on terror,” she concludes. “He believes this is all a concoction of the Bush administration to basically enforce our opinion on the Middle East. So this is why Muslims in America would want to support Obama.”
 
Gabriel says the reports of secret meetings between Obama officials and the terrorist group Hamas give her pause about what kind of foreign policy the president-elect might pursue when he takes office in January.

A home school legal advocate is disturbed by the recent actions of a social worker in Florida.

According to Kris Klicka of the Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA), a social worker in Miami, Florida, overstepped the boundary of law when she demanded to interview a home schooler’s children. He says the social worker showed up at the family’s home when the father was at work — and out of fear and intimidation, the mother let the social worker into the home to interview her children, even though the worker neither had a warrant nor would disclose why she was there.
 
The social worker — according to HSLDA — then partially stripped the children and searched them, but found nothing.
 
During the ordeal, the mother called Klicka for legal advice. Klicka was able to talk with the social worker and inform her that she was violating federal law.
 
“[E]very family needs to realize that the Constitution of the United States has a Fourth Amendment that states that no one from the government can enter a home unless they have a warrant [that has been] signed by a judge,” Klicka explains. “And the judge cannot sign it unless there is probable cause — and most of the time these social workers do not have probable cause or credible evidence.”
 
According to HSLDA, the allegations the social worker was supposedly following up on were based on an anonymous tip concerning a situation from eight months earlier. After the social worker could not find any evidence to support those allegations, she suggested that the entire family get psychological evaluations — which the family declined.
 
Klicka says the family is considering a civil rights lawsuit alleging the social worker broke the law by (1) entering the home and interviewing the children through intimidation; (2) not letting the family know the allegations at the initial visit; and (3) interviewing children whom the allegations did not concern.

ALG president calls upon congressional leaders to reject auto industry bailout

November 18th, 2008, Fairfax, VA –In a letter sent to top Congressional leadership today, ALG president Bill Wilson strongly urged Congress to reject the controversial taxpayer bailout for the U.S. automotive industry, specifically citing “union excesses” as a primary cause of the automotive collapse.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, House Republican Leader John Boehner, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, and President-Elect Barack Obama all received the letter regarding the potential bailout which Wilson has condemned as “a betrayal of the American taxpayer.”

“The automotive industry’s problems cannot and should not be passed on to the American taxpayer. And they will only be compounded if the federal government now offers billions of dollars of taxpayer-financed loan guarantees to companies that would otherwise file for bankruptcy,” Wilson wrote in the letter.

In the latest chapter of what Wilson has called “a dangerous slippery slope of bailouts,” Congress may vote this week on whether U.S. automakers GM, Chrysler, and Ford should be given $25 billion of taxpayer loan guarantees. Americans for Limited Government has stood by its message that the proper role of government in the free market is as little involvement as possible.

“These taxpayer loans will, by design, perpetuate these companies in their present form,” Wilson said. “However, it is the very present forms of each company that must be addressed and resolved by market forces, a process that will not occur if government gets in the way of bankruptcy.”

Wilson also condemned Congress’ failure to acknowledge the role of unions in the failures of the U.S. automotive industry. Among other issues, the letter brings to light the fact that compensation for unionized works for American automotive companies total about $73.20 per hour compared to the non-unionized Toyota’s $48 per hour. Also mentioned are the legacy costs which Wilson says can add up to $1,500 per vehicle produced.

“Everybody knows that the extreme terms that the UAW has extracted from the industry for decades on end are its greatest weakness, and that the industry will indeed fail if it cannot now bring the union excesses under control,” wrote Wilson.

Wilson said that Congress needs to reject any proposed bailout—especially those that refuse to address the role of unions in the industry’s failures. Bankruptcy, Wilson said in the letter, is what the industry needs survive and thrive.

“Bankruptcy would allow the automakers to be reorganized, and new labor terms to be worked out,” Wilson added. “The U.S. auto industry will remain uncompetitive, overburdened with legacy costs, and run in its current form if the government attempts to prevent it from failing.”

Wilson, while confident that Congress will yield to the American people’s demands to reject the proposal, is still taking the time to reach out to government leaders. “With the current pro-union legislative leadership, we still need to hold their feet to the fire,” he said.

America needs more and better sources of energy. That’s not up for discussion. But what a firestorm has erupted over what those sources should be!

Despite public opinion (e.g. with prices down, support for offshore drilling remains high—at 68%), America’s energy solutions continue to be dictated and repressed by Hard Left environmentalist groups—and they are increasingly turning to the courts to enforce their liberal, anti-energy agenda.

A quick look at available energy sources tells a sad tale:

• Coal? In Utah, the permit for a coal-burning plant was blocked by the EPA for CO emission reasons. This halts the construction of new coal power plants. Using similar environmentalist reasoning, a judge in Georgia blocked another coal plant earlier this year. Even clean-coal plants are feeling the pressure, with 8 plants forced to cancel construction in 2007 because of regulation-driven costs or uncertainties.

• Natural gas? A natural gas pipeline in Long Island was blocked for environmental reasons. And the fate of a gas pipeline in Colorado remains uncertain.

• Drilling? We have the oil. But as Shell found out last year, courts can step in and prevent exploration. Of course, given the strength of envirolobby supporters in Congress, Shell—and other oil companies—will have to consider the courts the least of their worries. The lifting of the offshore drilling moratorium may be short-lived. New, advanced methods of extracting oil may be doomed by environmental regulation. And the oceans of oil and gas in the continental United States will continue to be neglected.

• Nuclear? Regulations have made this—the safest of all power options—economically impractical. Too bad, as it has already helped France achieve virtually complete energy independence. But apparently France’s near-pristine safety record doesn’t move their hard-core dogmatists. A quick glance at the safety precautions in place show that most fears of nuclear disaster (accidental or deliberate) are misplaced, as the threat is extremely remote.

• Wind and solar power? The same liberals who have opposed offshore drilling because of its supposed aesthetic impact—will they be silent as huge wind and solar farms are built across beautiful plains and rugged desert? (Wait—looks like they’ve already spoken up—as when Robert Kennedy, Jr., put his own aesthetic wants above his neighbors’ energy needs.)

Environmental radicals have even used the courts for measures as extreme as forcing the U.S. Navy to cease a vital sonar drill because of potential environmental impact, despite a paucity of proof or a scintilla of evidence. (Fortunately, the Supreme Court overturned the ruling.)

How well is the Left’s judicial activism working? The environmental legal group Beverage and Diamond stated:

“By way of these lawsuits, the courts are to some extent shaping climate change policy while state regulatory agencies act more slowly.”

Donnell Van Noppen III, the president of Earthjustice, a group affiliated with the liberal Sierra Club, stated:

“People who support us are the ones who really believe that the use of the courts is crucial. It’s been really proven true in the last few years that the courts are essential because we’ve had a Congress and a White House really wanting to go in quite an anti-environmental direction, and the courts have been the backstop.”

The damage the courts are doing to American energy policy is staggering. As a tool of the liberal envirolobby, they have wreaked havoc on America’s energy policies, turning solutions into problems, including the Supreme Court classifying carbon dioxide a pollutant regulable under the Clean Air Act. But that should come as no surprise to those who have followed their antics throughout the years.

The zeal that radical environmentalists have shown to saving the planet—even at the cost of human life—will ultimately prove fruitless. While they may preserve the planet, what is the point if no one is left to enjoy it? It’s no wonder that they are forced to rely on an oligarchy of black robed judges to proceed with their plans.

If courts continue dictating court-ordered environmental policy, American businesses may eventually find themselves in the same situation as a UK power plant, which was vandalized by environmental activists to the tune of nearly $75,000. But when it brought the crooks to court, the vandalism was ruled “justified” in light of the “greater threat” of global warming.

Businesses need to know, for the long-term, what the rules are going to be. At present, these rules change so often that it is impossible for the businesses to be confident that the investment they make today will not be pillaged tomorrow.

So, it’s true: America needs more and better sources of energy. But right now, even more, it needs to stop the courts from doing the bidding of the radical envirolobby before its wholly contrived firestorm leaves energy independence in ashes.

The utter hate of the Left Liberals is very scary.  Whether you reading this blog are Liberal, Moderate, or Conservative, you know and have witnessed for yourselves, at least in the news, if not in person, the intense power of the violent or near violent irrational hate and personal verbal and physical attacks by the liberals of Conservative commentators and public officials such as Rush Limbaugh, Bill O’Reilly, President Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney (I don’t think Bush is very “Conservative”, when it comes to domestic spending and pork barrel by members of Congress).  Talking with and educating people with regards to freedom, economics, American Heritage, American history and our unique American culture, who I meet at public places and taverns, while most are interested and listen intently, I have met a few who become hateful and violent myself.  I was talking, one time, about how horrible taxes are going to be in the future and asking how are the average working class American people going to survive with the humongous taxes that are going to be taken out of our paycheck for Social Security and Medicare and all the other governmental spending programs and how we Americans shouldn’t be taxed to the level that is coming.  About five people in their early twenties wanted to get violent with me for reporting the detailed facts and reported news and sources to people around the bar.  They felt that this valuable information affecting the lives of all Americans financially shouldn’t be communicated to the public and they were willing to physically stop me from doing so.

I find it very alarming that liberals can be so violent, mean and uncaring for the wellbeing of their fellow countrymen to the point of getting so abusive.  I believe that this pretty well demonstrates the character of the majority of liberals, who do not and will not tolerate facts and truth, especially when going out to and educating the general population who have been lacking a full and proper education of these matters in the Government sponsored public school systems throughout our country; who have done us and our society such a great disservice which has led to and is the foundational cause of our current “financial crisis”, for the young know nothing of freedom, liberty, world history of governments and the downfall of civilizations due to Socialistic and Communistic ideals, concepts and governance.  Even on this blog you will find comments that some people are quite negative of the information, facts and historical data that I provide to inform the public so that we might, someday, regain our freedom and personal, individual prosperity.

The following is what happened to Glenn Beck when he stopped at a Wendy’s at a truck stop.  It shows the mean, hateful character of liberals and why we who believe in and strive for freedom (from Government and Socialism/ Communism) must be careful of those around us.  I would also point out that the left, who from my perspective and observations tend to be weaker and less physically able than the typical athletic quick and powerful but reserved and meek “jock” types that make up most of the Conservative population (meek means strong, powerful but generally reserved, rational, docile even under the provocation of others), are quick to call police, press charges and bring on lawsuits when they finally so provoke conservatives to the point of action or even self defense.  The liberals are quick to call police after they start physical scraps and blame conservatives.  They know how to goat conservatives and use government to work against conservatives.  So be careful out there.  Use their own methods and “playbook” against them.  If they get physical call the police and stay reserved.  Use any proceeds to facilitate even further education of the truth that will set us free from the dire straits of Socialism and Communism.

Perhaps, someday, our physical ability, strength and quickness we have been blessed with as conservatives may come in use at a proper time when we will be in a combination civil and Re-Revolutionary War as predicted elsewhere in this blog.  But until that time comes, remain meek, reserved and just continue to educate our fellow countrymen to the benefits and historical facts and truth of freedom and liberty.  But also beware of the meanness, cruelty and irrational behaviors of the left who will try to goat us into violence and anger.  I would recommend we just have pity and pray for them that they might see the light of the truth and be blessed to be changed by the light of God. 

Freedom is Godly.  Socialism and Communism takes free will, free choice, personal and individual decision making and therefore, God, out of our lives.  Governments force “their” decisions down our throats and, therefore, Godly intervention in our hearts and our minds becomes moot, as the power of government makes these decisions and therefore our actions and executions, for us.  Socialist and/or Communist governments, in this way, take and thwart the will of God.  And, I believe, this does not make God happy, to say the least.

I believe that God really loves America, our American uniquely Godly culture and beliefs.  I am really concerned that if we Americans lose our American way and our freedom, I honestly think we true Americans, we traditionally thinking, American heritage type Americans, maybe the only thing holding God back from bring down the house.  I believe God gave, truly gave, us “free will”.  I think that if we let, decide to let, the immoral and unrighteous amongst us take away the blessing of freedom (from Government otherwise known as “self government”) that God himself bestowed upon us and which provided for INDIVIDUAL wealth, happiness and greatness beyond all the rest of our planet, I think he is going to be really pissed.  I think we better start wising up and get out there and start educating our population and fighting for freedom, before it is too late.   We better start rejecting “free stuff” from government and accept the hard work blessings from God, where God and not government blesses us with individual prosperity and wealth.  Yes unequally as he sees fit.   With this we who are blessed will have the personal opportunity to help those with less and give of our wealth and our intellect so that God may judge us as how we individually love and help our neighbors in times of need and share of our individual fruit that he provides and blesses us through our hard work.

Now as an example of the typical liberal character, here is how one of them treated Glenn Beck, in his own words, who only wanted to buy a frosty:

It happened to me at Wendy’s Saturday night. We are on the bus and we stop to get fuel and I said, I’m going to go in, I’m treating. Everybody wants a Frosty. I’m going to go get Frosties. And one of the security guys, said, No, you’re not. I said, Yeah, I am. I mean, it’s a truck stop. How much trouble am I going to get in in a truck stop? Everybody here you can trust. You’re not going in. I went in, but I had to bring the swat team with me and so I’m just, I just want to Frosty, please, the guy standing next to me, who, by the way, I may point out. Had food in his hair, is a truck driver and he turned around. He looked at me and the recognition was immediate and he said, You racist bigot! And I just said — I wanted to say, I think you have me mistaken for someone else, but I knew he knew who I was and he just hated me for who I was. You conservatives that have destroyed this country! And the hatred was so deep, it was breath taking. Luckily the swat team was there and I just separated myself from him and he just shouted through other people and there were children in the restaurant and he blamed me for everything, I believe including the Holocaust, and the hatred was palpable. The guy screamed at the restaurant, you better not let me see you in the parking lot because I’ve got a truck and I’ll run your ass over! Wow. Is this who we’ve become? Is this who we’ve become?
