Turn up the volume and Sing Along with ol’Capt. Karl:

Oh the price of gold is rising out of sight
And the dollar is in sorry shape tonight
What the dollar used to get us now won’t buy a head of lettuce
No the economic forecast isn’t right
But amidst the clouds I spot a shining ray
I can even glimpse a new and better way
And I’ve devised a plan of action worked it down to the last fraction
And I’m going into action here today

CHORUS:
I am changing my name to Fannie Mae
I am going down to Washington D.C.
I’ll be glad they got my back
‘Cause what they did for Freddie Mac
Will be perfectly acceptable to me
I am changing my name to Fannie Mae
I am headed for that great receiving line
So when they hand a trillion grand out
I’ll be standing with my hand out
I’ll get mine

When my creditors are screaming for their dough
I’ll be proud to tell them all where they can go
They won’t have to scream and holler
They’ll be paid to the last dollar
Where the endless streams of money seem to flow
I’ll be glad to tell them all what they can do
It’s a matter of a simple form or two
It’s not just remuneration it’s a liberal education
Ain’t you kind of glad that I’m in debt to you

Chorus

Since the first amphibians crawled out of the slime (of the slime!)
We’ve been struggling in an unrelenting climb
We were hardly up and walking before money started talking
And it’s sad that failure is an awful crime
It’s been that way for a millennium or two
But now it seems that there’s a different point of view
If you’re a corporate titanic and your failure is gigantic
Down in Congress there’s a safety net for you

Chorus

Meredith Whitney, the analyst who called the financial crisis months in advance, now says banks soon will recover ever so slightly, but that housing has a long way yet to fall — as much as another 30 percent.

Home prices have already come down more than 19 percent over the past 12 months, but Whitney is firmly in the camp calling for a 50 percent peak-to-trough decline.

The Liberty Tree Lantern concures with Meredith Whitney’s view below. If you listen to the video make sure to note Meredith stating that the U.S. Government is trying to program your minds to make you believe things about the economy. Basically she is stating that the U.S. Government is trying to make your mind believe in “The MATRIX” that our economy can be supported by Dollars made from nothing more that paper and ink printed on a glorified computer printer at the offices of THE FEDERAL RESERVE company. But the fact is no matter what our minds are programmed to believe, The MATRIX, (our economy that only exists in our minds, as it is created by little more than Monopoly money worth little more than the paper printed for the game), is not sustainable. This is a VERY GOOD THING. Because the collapse of The MATRIX will allow us to recoup our freedom, our liberty, our rights and be able to rebuild our country and our economy in the “REAL” world using real money in the atmosphere of FREEDOM. Sure we will live in hell for a few years and we may even, probably, have to go to a hot civil / Re-Revolutionary war to ENFORCE the CARDINAL LAW of our land upon our Government called The Constitution, but in the end, after a few years of hard work, the VAST majority of our common ordinary American citizens will be INDIVIDUALLY properous and individually much more powerful than our U.S. Federal Government. Our Government will then be OUR servants. And Government employees will not have wages, health insurance, pension programs far exceeding anything that We The average people have, because they will work for us, THE MASTERS, not us Working for them, where they keep on stealing our earnings in taxes to pay for all of this insanity in the world of The MATRIX.
Pray for the collapse of The MATRIX! (Meaning the collapse of our economy). It is the only way out of this hell hole of darkness of Socialism, Communism and Fascism. Let us, We The People, take our country back; Let us take back the reins of power from the Federal Government that is rightly ours as as our rights bestowed upon us in freedom and liberty by the hands of our almighty God himself. What mere Government has the right or the audacity to take away that which God gave us?
There is a reason why the Founding Fathers wrote a law in The Constitution which states that direct taxes shall be apportioned. The Sixteeth Amendment, which was never ratified and which is nothing but a lie by Secretary of State Philanderer Knox anyway, does not confer any new taxing powers to the Federal Government on ordinary American citizens earnings. All direct taxes are still supposed to be apportioned or not exist at all. The reason our Founding Fathers wrote this into the CARDINAL LAWS of The United States of America is because they knew that the power to tax is the power to destroy and enslave. Our country existed and became the most powerful nation on Earth during the time before there were any “Income Taxes”. Read / search other articles in this blog for further information and details.

Home prices have already come down more than 19 percent over the past 12 months, but Whitney is firmly in the camp calling for a 50 percent peak-to-trough decline.
“Home prices cannot bottom while liquidity is still contracting from the economy,” she told CNBC.
Whitney predicted banks would turn the corner soon, but that earnings would not exactly sparkle.
“I think you’ll see a directional turn,” Whitney said. “Banks will make a little money, as little as a penny a share, but they won’t lose money.”

Investors should reconsider short positions on bank stocks, she said, but also avoid buying into sell-offs.
“The fundamentals are not getting any better but capital ratios should get better,” Whitney said.
Meanwhile, time Times of London reports that the International Monetary Fund (IMF) is set to report that toxic debts at the global level could reach $4 trillion, of which $3.1 trillion originated in the United States.

The Liberty Tree Lantern doubts that comment is needed to be made on the insanity and discrimination of the Spirit and Intent of how the Obama Administration, through Obama’s United States Secretary of Labor Robert Reich, is planning on using the Income Taxes that they are going to be stealing out of our very near future earnings in ADDITIONAL Federal Withholding and Payroll Taxes, taken right out of our paychecks before we even receive them, for so-called STIMULUS packages, the vast majority of which programs are patently Socialist by definition to begin with.

If you want to go out and have a cocktail or a few beers at a Supper Club or tavern, for Gods, sake talk about these things with everybody you see. Your freedom, your jobs, and your lifestyle depends on how much you talk about these matters. You have little time left… Go out into the public and talk about these things. YOU HAVE TOO! Denying that these things by our enemy, The U.S. Government, are happening is the ultimate in utter stupidity and foolishness.

AND forward a link of this blog to everybody. Where else is anybody going to learn that we have been living in a REAL (FINANCIAL) “Matrix” just like in the movie. “The Matrix” is what most call “OUR ECONOMY”. Our economy is supported by The Dollar. The Dollar have printed on them what they really are FEDERAL RESERVE “NOTES”. A “NOTE” is nothing more than a “promise” to pay back the holder with “real” money in the future; an I.O.U.

Trillions of Dollars have been / are being printed out of thin air. How can wealth and blessings of wealth be printed out of thin air and the value of it be sustained. IT ISN’T POSSIBLE!

Our economy, better to be understood using the term: “The Matrix”, only exists in our minds because our minds have been programmed to believe that the Dollar is worth a Dollar while in “REALITY” it represents little more than any paper and ink that comes out of your home printer. How would you like to be able to print money out of your home printer and be able to use that money for whatever you wanted and give or borrow, at interest or no interest, however much you wanted to whoever you wanted?

The FEDERAL RESERVE “SYSTEM” is a cartel of twelve private banks which are owned and entirely controlled by forty mostly foreign mega-powerful persons. Congress Constitutionally illegally gave “The FED”, which is as “Federal” as Federal Express, the ability and the authority to print as much money as they want for whatever reason they want, so that the Federal Government would have the ability to have limitless borrowing to grow far beyond the authority and laws written in OUR Constitution. Our Income taxes go Directly from IRS collection centers and are given to THE FEDERAL RESERVE company to pay “interest” on the Government borrowed money. NONE of our Income Taxes goes to the Treasury and NONE of our Income Taxes are used for the things that Government spends money on. It all goes to THE FEDERAL RESERVE company for their own personal purposes in the form of profits from interest on The Public Debt. They lend some of our Income Tax money to the U.S. Government because this private company believes it is a good risk and has a good return on investment of ‘THEIR MONEY”.

We have to let “The MATRIX” collapse. Yes that is exactly the same as saying, We have to let our ECONOMY collapse. This is also the same as saying we have to let the prison of our minds collapse, because without TRUE freedom of our minds and true freedom in REALITY we can not ever have TRUE individual prosperity.

S.C. State Rep. Michael Pitts (R-Laurens), who authored the House bill, says that it's not as much a threat to the Union as it is a "wake-up call."

This writer for The Liberty Tree Lantern has been forecasting a combination Civil / Re-Revolutionary War, to commence sometime between 2005 and 2017 due to unsustainable taxation on the average common blue collar working man as a result of all manner of Socialistic unsustainable spending programs resulting in taxation and inflation, dragging down the economic power of our country and, thereby the power, freedom, liberty and prosperity of all people across our nation.

The following article is just the beginning of such articles resultant from all manner of Constitutionally contemptuous legislation, behaviors and actions on the part of both houses of Congress and the Judicial Branches especially followed by various Administrations who sought out Socialist programs, such as Social Security and Medicare which have always been mathematically and, eventually politically unsustainable as all Socialist and/or Communist programs are throughout the ash heap of history. Socialist Security and Medicare are $90, 000,000,000,000.00 ($90 TRILLION DOLLARS) in UNFUNDED liabilities, over the infinite horizon, right now JUST FOR THOSE TWO Socialist programs alone. That makes all the bailouts, TARP, TALP, and multiple so-called stimulus packages look like a cake walk. Just to cover Social Security and Medicare ALONE all common working families will have at least 80% of their earnings WITHHELD in FICA and Medicare taxes with in four or five years or so. Obviously the Federal Government will make those increases as incremental as they can, like boiling a frog in a pot of water, if you turn up the heat slowly the frog will just stay in the water until he is cooked.

The bank and corporate bailouts, which are coming out of our earnings in the near future, in the form of Federal Withholding and Payroll taxes, will only add to the 80% that they HAVE TO take out of your check to pay for Socialist Security and Medicare. Isn’t that SPECIAL?

State Sovereignty Bills may avoid a war if we can just start to shut down all of the Socialist / Communist / Fascist Programs as well as FORCE the Federal Government to OBEY THE LAW as written WORD for WORD, to the very spirit and intent as it WAS meant on the day of its ratification before any legalize spin, Judicial tampering and activism, or Cabinet lies like that from Philanderer Knox about the Sixteenth Amendment being passed. There are certified documents from States actually DECLARING that they are NOT ratifying the 16th Amendment BUT YET Knox certified for the record that said States did ratify it.

There are all sorts of reasons why the Income Tax is not a LAW. THERE IS NO LAW to support INCOME TAXES. You can read much information about this on this blog. The Power to Tax is the power to destroy freedom and individual prosperity. NOW YOU KNOW WHY. And NOW you know why direct taxes are to be APPORTIONED. Why, you say? Because Income Taxes, outside of War or National Emergency, must be politically impossible or our Government will use our own money against us and usurp our power and even more of our money as a bunch of tyrannical despots as proven throughout all of history as we have been warned by numerous writings and documents. – - Capt. Karl

The threat is only implied in more than two-dozen state sovereignty bills making the rounds in legislatures across the country, except for a New Hampshire bill where the authors didn’t hold back. Any law infringing on the state’s right to self govern would trigger the dissolution of the nation: “All powers previously delegated to the United States of America by the Constitution … shall revert to the several states individually.” Now that’s passion, dedication, and conviction on the part of the Patriot residents of New Hampshire. – - Capt.
The S.C. House of Representatives has approved a resolution with the same state’s rights concerns (but omiting the dire consequences), and the Senate is expected to soon take up a similar resolution.

Threats aren’t necessary, he says.

“If Washington doesn’t wake up and our economy keeps going the way it is going, I don’t think we’ll have to dissolve the union,” he says. “It won’t be able to stand.”

Political revolts against federal laws are nearly as old as the nation itself. From trading to slavery to civil rights, states have felt put-upon by Washington’s mandates. But it was a political standoff on Charleston’s shores in 1832 that framed the argument leading to the Civil War.

It was a stand for state’s rights that applied similar language to what we’re seeing in the present-day debates over sovereignty, says Civil War historian W. Scott Poole, an associate history professor at the College of Charleston.

“I was fairly horrified actually,” Poole says upon reading Pitt’s House bill. “It clearly harkens back to nullification.”

“King Street, King Street”

A federal tariff on European imports was crippling sections of the South Carolina economy in the late 1820s, and there was no relief following the election of President Andrew Jackson in 1828. The mounting tension led the state to nullify the tariff in November 1832. The challenge from South Carolina was likely one of the worst of Jackson’s presidency, writes Newsweek Editor-in-Chief Jon Meacham in American Lion, his 2008 book on Old Hickory’s years in office.

The state would continue to collect the fee for several months while it awaited other southern states to join the protest. In the meantime, Jackson ordered ships to the Charleston Harbor to ensure the tariff was collected and to protect federal interests in anticipation of armed revolt. But secessionists weren’t as well positioned in other states, and South Carolina nullifiers were left to stand alone. Even among its own residents, there were unionists in S.C. who felt strongly that the nation must be preserved.

In one particular exchange cited in American Lion, the political debate nearly led to a brawl in the streets of Charleston, according to a letter by the Rev. Samuel Cram Jackson.

A group of people supporting nullification “staked out King Street downtown,” and they sent word to federal supporters, called Unionists, who had gathered nearby that they should use Meeting Street or risk a confrontation, according to Meacham.

“The warning infuriated the Unionists,” Meacham writes, going on to quote the letter from Samuel Cram Jackson: “Their blood was up, to think that the nullifiers should dictate the street they should walk in. The cry resounded, ‘King Street, King Street.’ Before they left their hall, they organized into companies, chose their leaders, and promised implicit obedience. Both parties were armed with clubs and dirks.” It looked to be 500 nullifiers, compared to 1,000 Unionists. The confrontation was eventually resolved without a battle. According to Samuel Cram Jackson, “it was owing entirely to the firmness and wisdom of the leaders that the streets of Charleston did not run down with blood.”

Without support from other states, and citing the threat of federal force, South Carolina accepted a compromise tariff in early 1833, ending the political standoff.

Meacham notes a letter from Jackson soon after the resolution that reveals he understood the real goal of the state’s nullification posturing.

“The tariff was only the pretext, and disunion and southern confederacy the real object,” Jackson wrote. “The next pretext will be the negro, or slavery question.”

Back to the Future

As in 1832, some have claimed the modern argument over state sovereignty is in response to the crippling financial crisis, like the Republican Caucus of the state Senate.

“While Congress continues its irresponsible spending spree and grows our debts on the backs of hardworking South Carolina taxpayers, many Senate Republicans are pushing a resolution to reaffirm our state’s sovereignty under the United States constitution,” wrote spokesman Wesley Donehue in a recent caucus release. Why the hell wasn’t the Federal Government following the CARDINAL LAWS as WE THE PEOPLE did ordain and establish on THEM “under the United States Constitution” in the first place? ? ? ? ? ? ? Why should States have to REAFFIRM the LAW on the Federal Government, for crying out loud? If the tyranical scofflaws in the U.S. Government are not OBEYING the CARDINAL LAWS of our Land, than why the hell should WE THE PEOPLE, their masters, follow ANY of the B.S. laws that they excreet causing enslavement being indentured slaves to taxations for spending that didn’t do anything for us our our families? Does the Federal Government produce goods? Do they create things that produce money other than TAXATION or printing of unGodly money from printing presses backed by little or nothing and then by a private International Banking company called The Federal Reserve “System”! - – Capt. Karl

But, once again, it is about more than just money.

Pitts notes he first designed his bill in response to mandates that the state provide education and emergency medical treatment to illegal aliens. And it goes beyond that to other concerns, like the threat of stricter gun control laws under the new Democratic administration, Pitts says, as well as Bush-era policies, like No Child Left Behind and the Patriot Act. Authors of sovereignty bills in other states have also made reference to federal abortion laws.

The U.S. government has been continuously overstepping its bounds since Roosevelt, Pitts says. “They send money to the states with strings attached.” Now you know why Freedom means freedom from Government. All together now,,, Ah Duh! – - Capt. Karl

But courts have determined that it’s Washington’s prerogative to require states to spend the money it provides in a particular way, says College of Charleston political science professor William Moore. Today, states are even more dependent on federal aid than they were 200 years ago. Are you beginning to see why direct taxes have to be “APPORTIONED” according to The Constitution, so that they are not politically possible except in times of National emergency? Because any way else and government will always use our own money to control, manipulate and use us. It is the story of the world, according to our wise founding fathers and that which we must guard and fight against in any way necessary to protect our earnings from the likes of them! - – Capt. Karl

“If you have your hand in the government pocket, you’re going to have to abide by those requirements,” he says. This is called usurpation. This is why earnings were not to be taxed as per the Constitution. The power to tax is the power to control, manipulate and destroy. Additionally earning are not “Income”. They are nothing more than an equal exchange of property. You give your talents, knowledge, skills and labor for an equal value of exchange. There is no profit or income. How can it be taxed? In the entire humongous U.S. Tax Code do you know that there is NO definition of what Income is? - – Capt. Karl

The threat of secession in the New Hampshire bill has doomed its passage as it was overwhelmingly rejected by the state House earlier this month, but South Carolina is poised to approve its sovereignty resolution, which avoids declaring such drastic consequences.

Pitts, an Army veteran and retired police officer, stresses he doesn’t want to see South Carolina secede from the Union, though he’s candid enough to note that “we have very little in common with the West Coast.”

The struggle in 1832 was only a prelude to the secessionist battle to come decades later. Jackson framed the argument for preserving the union in his response to South Carolina’s nullification threat.

“To say that any state may at pleasure secede from the union is to say that the United States is not a nation,” Jackson wrote. “Because the union was formed by a compact, it is said that the parties to that compact may, when they feel themselves aggrieved, depart from it; but it is precisely because it is a compact that they may not. A compact is a binding obligation.”

His words suggested a resolve in the heart of Washington that would truly be tested years later on the battlefield. Recollections of the blood spilled in that war between the states likely kept New Hampshire from approving its recent preamble to revolt. It will likely also keep other states like South Carolina from doing more than stomping their feet in dissatisfaction.

The size of the payments also illustrates how seriously a potential collapse of AIG was viewed by the regulatory authorities. U.S. Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke said in an interview with CBS news magazine “60 Minutes” that the failure of AIG would have brought down the financial system. The Federal Reserve is a cartel of twelve privately owned banks. It is completely owned by forty private mostly foreign persons. The Grace Commission Report to President Reagan found that NO Income taxes paid by the American People is collected by the U.S. Government. They reported that ALL our taxes are collected by (IRS) Agents and send directly to this private company – The Federal Reserve. Now the Federal Reserve is taking our money that they take out of our paycheck via the IRS through withholding and payroll taxes and are giving it to foreign banks. Why are We The People allowing these tyrants to steal this literally BILLIONS of Dollars from our earnings and give it to huge private banks and executive bonuses? Why are we putting up with this? Why are we allowing them to take any money out of our paychecks, at all, when it isn’t even Constitutionally legal for the specific reasons to avoid and ensure that what is happening to our economy, our freedom, our liberty and our personal individual prosperity wouldn’t?

The privately held international company, owned by forty individuals mostly from Britain, called The Federal Reserve “System”, is a cartel of twelve private banks. The Chairman of “The Fed”, which is as “Federal” as Federal Express Corporation, stated that his company was looking for the following items to “control” our businesses, economy and, thereby, in reality our private lives. These recommendations, that can’t be refused, if you catch my drift, were communicated by Chairman Bernanke at the meeting this morning at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR):

Bernanke 14th Chairman of the Federal Reserve company," width="225" height="280" />
Dr. Ben S. Bernanke 14th Chairman of the Federal Reserve company.

Government’s Must continue to take FORCEFUL, “COORDINATED”, action to restore financial markets.

Continued viability of systemically important banks is vital. In layman’s language that means that all governments need to continue to raise withholding and payroll taxes on all working people to give to big banks.

Treasury and The Fed will take any necessary steps to ensure banks have enough capital and liquidity. This means that they will continue to take as much ADDITIONAL money out of our future earnings as they need to give to big banks.

Reform of U.S. Financial System should be “COORDINATED GLOBALLY”. This means that their should be a One World Government so that no American or anybody else in the world has a place to run to to protect their INDIVIDUAL earnings, property or freedom from the Government or the Banks.

Bernanke: Regulators Must insist banks can monitor and manage risks in a timely manner. This means that Big banks should have the authority to dig into the private affairs of private lives and businesses and even tell them what to do if they feel like it.

Calls for “CONSOLIDATED SUPERVISION” of all systemically important financial institutions by The Federal Reserve company. This means that The Fed, the largest most powerful private corporation in the world, should have ultimate control over all banks that hold the individual banking accounts of Americans. and eventually all accounts throughout the world.

U.S. also needs to supervise all systemically important non-bank financial firms.

FED focusing on contingency plan for two clearing banks that handle Repos. This means that The Fed is working to setup two Big Banks to take what you own in property when you go broke from the future ADDITIONAL taxation of your earnings, which will be 80 – 90% of the common working man’s paycheck. The vast amount of GDP wealth resides with the Hundreds of Millions of the average working class in America; therefore, The FED, the private company who “profits” through the collection of ALL INCOME TAXES paid in the United States, which THEY collect through the IRS, according to The 1983 Grace Commission Report to President Reagan, will receive your personal property through these two banks when you all go broke from taxation, which will occur with in three years or so.

Fed should have explicit authority over systemically important payment and settlement systems. This means that The Fed will decide who gives and who receives, who is allowed to be wealthy and who will pay to develop the wealth for the anointed.

Bernanke suggests either tighter controls on Money Market investments or Insurance Plan.

We all need to see what Thomas Jefferson, President and Founding Father of our Nation, said about Central Banks like The Fed:

Banking institutions, paper money, and paper speculation are capable of undermining the nation’s stability and could be a danger in time of war. The Constitution does not empower the Congress to establish a National Bank. Rather than trust the nation’s currency to private hands, the circulating medium should be restored to the nation itself to whom it belongs.

″Paper is poverty,… it is only the ghost of money, and not money itself.” –Thomas Jefferson to Edward Carrington, 1788.

″It is a [disputed] question, whether the circulation of paper, rather than of specie, is a good or an evil… I believe it to be one of those cases where mercantile clamor will bear down reason, until it is corrected by ruin.” –Thomas Jefferson to John W. Eppes, 1813. ME 13:409

“One of three great measures necessary to insure us permanent prosperity… should insure resources of money by the suppression of all paper circulation during peace, and licensing that of the nation alone during war. The metallic medium of which we should be possessed at the commencement of a war, would be a sufficient fund for all the loans we should need through its continuance; and if the national bills issued be bottomed (as is indispensable) on pledges of specific taxes for their redemption within certain and moderate epochs, and be of proper denominations for circulation, no interest on them would be necessary or just, because they would answer to everyone the purposes of the metallic money withdrawn and replaced by them.” –Thomas Jefferson to William H. Crawford, 1816. ME 15:30

“It would be best that our medium should be so proportioned to our produce, as to be on a par with that of the countries with which we trade, and whose medium is in a sound state.” –Thomas Jefferson to John W. Eppes, 1813. ME 13:430

“That paper money has some advantages is admitted. But that its abuses also are inevitable and, by breaking up the measure of value, makes a lottery of all private property, cannot be denied. –Thomas Jefferson to Josephus B. Stuart, 1817. ME 15:113

“The trifling economy of paper, as a cheaper medium, or its convenience for transmission, weighs nothing in opposition to the advantages of the precious metals… it is liable to be abused, has been, is, and forever will be abused, in every country in which it is permitted.” –Thomas Jefferson to John W. Eppes, 1813. ME 13:430

“Scenes are now to take place as will open the eyes of credulity and of insanity itself, to the dangers of a paper medium abandoned to the discretion of avarice and of swindlers.” –Thomas Jefferson to Thomas Cooper, 1814. ME 14:189

“The States should be applied to, to transfer the right of issuing circulating paper to Congress exclusively, in perpetuum.” –Thomas Jefferson to John W. Eppes, 1813. ME 13:276

“The evils of this deluge of paper money are not to be removed until our citizens are generally and radically instructed in their cause and consequences, and silence by their authority the interested clamors and sophistry of speculating, shaving, and banking institutions. Till then, we must be content to return quoad hoc to the savage state, to recur to barter in the exchange of our property for want of a stable common measure of value, that now in use being less fixed than the beads and wampum of the Indian, and to deliver up our citizens, their property and their labor, passive victims to the swindling tricks of bankers and mountebankers.” –Thomas Jefferson to John Adams, 1819. ME 15:185

“Private fortunes, in the present state of our circulation, are at the mercy of those self-created money lenders, and are prostrated by the floods of nominal money with which their avarice deluges us.” –Thomas Jefferson to John W. Eppes, 1813. ME 13:276

“It is a cruel thought, that, when we feel ourselves standing on the firmest ground in every respect, the cursed arts of our secret enemies, combining with other causes, should effect, by depreciating our money, what the open arms of a powerful enemy could not.” –Thomas Jefferson to Richard Henry Lee, 1779. ME 4:298, Papers 2:298

“I now deny [the Federal Government's] power of making paper money or anything else a legal tender.” –Thomas Jefferson to John Taylor, 1798. ME 10:65

“A spirit… of gambling in our public paper has seized on too many of our citizens, and we fear it will check our commerce, arts, manufactures, and agriculture, unless stopped.” –Thomas Jefferson to William Carmichael, 1791. ME 8:230

“All the capital employed in paper speculation is barren and useless, producing, like that on a gaming table, no accession to itself, and is withdrawn from commerce and agriculture where it would have produced addition to the common mass… It nourishes in our citizens habits of vice and idleness instead of industry and morality… It has furnished effectual means of corrupting such a portion of the legislature as turns the balance between the honest voters whichever way it is directed.” –Thomas Jefferson to George Washington, 1792. ME 8:344

“We are now taught to believe that legerdemain tricks upon paper can produce as solid wealth as hard labor in the earth. It is vain for common sense to urge that nothing can produce but nothing; that it is an idle dream to believe in a philosopher’s stone which is to turn everything into gold, and to redeem man from the original sentence of his Maker, ‘in the sweat of his brow shall he eat his bread.’” –Thomas Jefferson to Charles Yancey, 1816. ME 14:381

“I own it to be my opinion, that good will arise from the destruction of our credit. I see nothing else which can restrain our disposition to luxury, and to the change of those manners which alone can preserve republican government. As it is impossible to prevent credit, the best way would be to cure its ill effects by giving an instantaneous recovery to the creditor. This would be reducing purchases on credit to purchases for ready money. A man would then see a prison painted on everything he wished, but had not ready money to pay for.” –Thomas Jefferson to Archibald Stuart, 1786. ME 5:259

“We should try whether the prodigal might not be restrained from taking on credit the gewgaw held out to him in one hand, by seeing the keys of a prison in the other.” –Thomas Jefferson to Thomas Pleasants, 1786. ME 5:325, Papers 9:472

“The maxim of buying nothing without the money in our pockets to pay for it would make of our country one of the happiest on earth.” –Thomas Jefferson to Alexander Donald, 1787. ME 6:192

“That we are overdone with banking institutions which have banished the precious metals and substituted a more fluctuating and unsafe medium, that these have withdrawn capital from useful improvements and employments to nourish idleness, that the wars of the world have swollen our commerce beyond the wholesome limits of exchanging our own productions for our own wants, and that, for the emolument of a small proportion of our society who prefer these demoralizing pursuits to labors useful to the whole, the peace of the whole is endangered and all our present difficulties produced, are evils more easily to be deplored than remedied.” –Thomas Jefferson to Abbe Salimankis, 1810. ME 12:379

“The system of banking [I] have… ever reprobated. I contemplate it as a blot left in all our Constitutions, which, if not covered, will end in their destruction, which is already hit by the gamblers in corruption, and is sweeping away in its progress the fortunes and morals of our citizens.” –Thomas Jefferson to John Taylor, 1816. What an obstruction could not this bank of the United States, with all its branch banks, be in time of war! It might dictate to us the peace we should accept, or withdraw its aids. It is the only fund on which they can rely for loans; it is the only resource which can never fail them, and it is an abundant one for every necessary purpose. Treasury bills, bottomed on taxes, bearing or not bearing interest, as may be found necessary, thrown into circulation will take the place of so much gold and silver, which last, when crowded, will find an efflux into other countries, and thus keep the quantum of medium at its salutary level. Here are a set of people, for instance, who have bestowed on us the great blessing of running in our debt about two hundred millions of dollars, without our knowing who they are, where they are, or what property they have to pay this debt when called on; nay, who have made us so sensible of the blessings of letting them run in our debt, that we have exempted them by law from the repayment of these debts beyond a give proportion (generally estimated at one-third). And to fill up the measure of blessing, instead of paying, they receive an interest on what they owe from those to whom they owe; for all the notes, or evidences of what they owe, which we see in circulation, have been lent to somebody on an interest which is levied again on us through the medium of commerce. And they are so ready still to deal out their liberalities to us, that they are now willing to let themselves run in our debt ninety millions more, on our paying them the same premium of six or eight per cent interest, and on the same legal exemption from the repayment of more than thirty millions of the debt, when it shall be called for.” –Thomas Jefferson to John W. Yet this is what has been done, and will be done, unless stayed by the protecting hand of the legislature. The evil has been produced by the error of their sanction of this ruinous machinery of banks; and justice, wisdom, duty, all require that they should interpose and arrest it before the schemes of plunder and spoilation desolate the country.” –Thomas Jefferson to William C. What we are going through now IS ABSOLUTLY NOTHING and a Cake Walk! Compared to the Social Security and Medicare Socialist debacle

THEY are demanding that they be able to take money out of our personal individual future paychecks and use it to pay for their high wages and most especially their Cadillac Health Care Insurance program and their king's ransom pension program that way back in 2005 was over 10 BILLION Dollars in UNFUNDED debt and today is likely 3 times that. The UAW and the Automakers need our earnings to pay for these UAW "legacy" entitlements. Without the exceptional wages, benefits and insane pensions the Automakers would be significantly profitable and be able to keep many thousands employed.

Surprise, Surprise the huge Corporations GM and Chrysler are back for more of our earnings that they are going to have Big Government take out of our paychecks, by the force of The Matrix (IRS) Agent’s gun to give to UAW pension programs, Cadillac Health Insurance programs and incredable wages and salaries. See: <a title="Permanent Link to GM Forklift Driver Wages $103,000.00 per Year.
After the last multi-BILLION Dollar robbery of your earnings, these Automakers, announced this morning, and UAW are after another 22 BILLION! How many more times are we going to let them dive into our future earnings?

And, they are going to be back for more because the so called “legacy costs”, a sort of “entitlement” program within the BIG THREE Auto Companies are so expensive that these companies can not possibly be competitive with other auto companies. Not only that but to buy a nice car you are looking at $30,000.00 to $45,000.00. Isn’t that insane in itself? Why are we going to allow the UAW to support their addiction to high wages and over the top benefits to be paid directly out of our future paychecks, when we don’t even get such pay, insurance, other incredible benefits, or king’s ransom pension programs. In 2005 GM’s unfunded corporate liability for the King’s Level pension program for all UAW workers was OVER TEN BILLION DOLLARS. Today it may be three times as much due to all of the additional retiring and the ravenousneeds of such opulent program. Why are we allowing our U.S. Government to take this money right out of our NEAR-future paychecks? We need to get our heads examined. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS?

Why should Government have the right to take our earnings, right out of our paychecks in the form of all sorts of withholding and “payroll taxes” (which almost nobody understands that the part that companies kick into the taxes is actually coming out of the employees earnings in the form of a HIDDEN tax that almost NONE OF YOU REALIZE. You see, if your employer wasn’t taking this money and sending it to the Government, you would be getting it. This would be a huge raise to you of over 7% per paycheck. AND YOU DO NOT AND HAVE NOT EVER REALIZED THIS FACT! You need to understand that the Government is stealing twice the money out of each paycheck, than you have realized, in a HIDDEN TAX called “employer payroll taxes”. Man are we gullible or what. Do you have ANY Idea how much more money you would have if your Government OBEYED THE LAW in the Constitution?

So bend over and grab your knees you average working American, because the UAW, Big Corporations, Big huge Banks, and SUPER humongous BIG GOVERNMENT are sending “The Matrix” (IRS) Agents to take at least 80% of EVERY BODY’S paycheck in the form of “Federal Withholding”, Payroll taxes, FICA (Social Security taxes), MEDICARE taxes, none of which will go to benefit or help you or our families personally, but which will be taken from you and given to these HUGE entities, that are “too BIG to fail”, and as SOCIALIST domestic spending “TRANSFER” programs to take from all of us and give to others, who THE GOVERNMENT and THE FEDERAL RESERVE “SYSTEM” who controls our Government through controlling the money, deem worthy.

Socialism, which what is happening, where Government takes from everybody’s paycheck to disburse all earnings as they see fit , is where this is going. This will result in the EQUAL DISTRIBUTION OF MISERY IN POVERTY where everybody but the Corporate and Banker cronies of the U.S. Government and THE FEDERAL RESERVE and officials of The Government are “allowed” to “get ahead” and become prosperous.

How long are you the average producer / worker going to take them spending your earnings? Why can’t you, as per the LAW in The Constitution, keep your earnings? The Constitution states that all direct taxes shall be “apportioned”. According to a number of Supreme Court cases the 16th Amendment DID NOT alter who was nor who wasn’t taxable with regard to the apportionment clause. Additionally there is comprehensive proof that the 16th Amendment, in any case, wasn’t even ratified. See: IRS Special Agent finds Federal Income Tax a HUGE FRAUD! , Truth in Taxation Hearings – Income Taxes Not to Be Paid? , IRS and Judge Refuse to Show Income Tax Law , <a title="Permanent Link to Government Corruption Rampant. Isn't that special?

How long are we going to let the tyrants in the U.S. Congress get away with spending our earnings? Are we going to let them spend our earnings until we can’t afford to pay for basic living costs anymore? How can the U.S. Government steal money out of all of our paychecks, at the end of and IRS Agent’s gun, and force us to give OUR EARNINGS to other people, without us having the right to say yes or no or even who will get our money?

Some of us wouldn’t, of our free will, give our money to huge banking companies too numerous to list here, but you can see the list here: Database: Banks Receiving TARP Funds, but of course Congressman Charles Rangel (D-NY) really appreciates taking your earnings and giving it to the Big Bankers in the form of the TARP. See: Congressman Charlie Rangel Takes “Junket” to Caribbean on Bailout Isn’t that special?

Some of us wouldn’t volunteer to give our money to huge corporations like AIG, GM, Chrysler, etc., etc., etc.

Some of us would rather take the money that is stolen out of our paychecks, and given to whomever the Government wants, and either use it to take care of ourselves and our family or give it to our “personal” friends, neighbors, or intra-congregational destitution amongst our local Church members, than have Government give our money to whomever. How dare the Government, steal our money, right out of our paychecks and then have the gull to give it to whoever they want? Who the hell does Charlie Rangel, Nancy Pelosi, Barack Obama, Harry Reid, Henry Waxmanand all the rest of their ilk, think they are that they can steal our future money and do whatever they want with it? Are they going to start to send “The Matrix” Agents of the IRS to come to make “examples” out of us when we stop allowing our employers to withhold our earnings?

But of course Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) stated publicly that Income Taxes are voluntary. No Senator, especially the Democratic Leader of The Senate, in the U.S. Congress would lie would they? (Does a bear shit in the woods?) You can see and hear him for yourself here: Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) States Income Tax Voluntary

If you don’t want the U.S. Congress to take at least 80% of your weekly paycheck in the form of all sorts of withholding taxes, then what are you going to do about it? I sure to God hope you are not so nieve as to think that you don’t individually have several alternatives to action to do something to help in the cause of freedom and to protect your earnings, personal property and your rights. You have all sorts of options on what you can do “personally”. But first you have to believe in yourself and that you can. CAN WE DO IT? YES WE CAN! ! ! ! Read the rest of this blog for numerous things you can personally due to protect your rights, liberty and have the ability to climb out of this SOCIALIST/FASCIST scum “Matrix” (Our economy that only exists in our minds) that has imprisoned us, a prison for our minds. An economic prison of the mind, programmed by “The Fed” and the U.S. Government, that destroys our rights and our liberty, from which we must break free to restore our personal, individual wealth; but this time “for real”, with real money and hard assets.

How many more times are we going to let these huge Automakers and the UAW, cronies of the U.S. Government and “The Federal Reserve” company, to steal our earnings right out of our paychecks? You have to stand up for yourself and DO SOMETHING! Protect yourselves from these tyrants and despots!

New York's Charles Rangel and five other Democratic members of the House enjoyed a trip to the Caribbean sponsored in part by Citigroup (see above) in November - after Congress had approved the $700 bailout for financial firms (including Citigroup).

The members no doubt will object to the terms "junket," but that shoe fits. The National Legal and Policy Center, a watchdog group, has asked Neil Barofsky, the special inspector general for the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) to investigate the Nov. 6-9 excursion to the island of St. Maarten.

The members no doubt will object to the terms “junket,” but that shoe fits. The National Legal and Policy Center, a watchdog group, has asked Neil Barofsky, the special inspector general for the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) to investigate the Nov. 6-9 excursion to the island of St. Maarten.

It was called the Caribbean Multi-Cultural Business Conference, but “the primary purpose … for most participants appeared to be to take a vacation,” said the NLPC. And not only was the timing lousy, but “corporate sponsorship of such an event was banned by House rules adopted on March 1, 2007, in response to the (lobbyist Jack) Abramoff scandal,” the group pointed out.

Joining Rangel on that trip were Donald Payne of New Jersey, Sheila Jackson-Lee of Texas, Carolyn Cheeks Kilpatrick of Michigan, Bennie Thompson of Mississippi and Donna Christenson, delegate from the U.S. Virgin Islands.

If they haven’t already, they should reimburse the taxpayers for all expenses related to that trip – and from their own funds, not from another taxpayer pocket.
