“The taxpayer has to worry. There is no way politically that Congress would let the PBGC fail to send checks to Grandma and Grandpa. Just like they rescued the savings-and-loans years ago without the legal obligation to do it, just like they rescued a number of banks without the legal obligation to do it, they’ll do the same thing with the PBGC if necessary,” Elliott said.
Still, even if the weak

You would think with all these millionaires walking around the company, there would be at least a passing acknowledgement of the wealth generation potential of a free economy. Not a chance. CEO Jamie Dimon sneers at free market advocates. The firm funds a variety of anti-business activists, ACORN being just the most dramatic example.

The “Debtors Revolt” are Americans trying to make a reasonable demand that banks, virtually cronies of The Federal Reserve “System”, are treated with fairness and dignity. The Liberty Tree Lantern, despite our belief in freedom and free enterprise, has held that it is not right that banks alter a person’s interest rate up significantly, just at the time when a person, often due to no fault of his own, is hitting hard times. Often this unscrupulous action results in keeping an otherwise good man down. Some people are never able to recover or get out from under the debt that many of these banks levy on them. Isn’t it bad enough that the person has fallen on hard times, perhaps lost his or her job due to “sensible” downsizing and modernizing by his company or for recession reasons? What right does a bank have to kick a dog that is already down and out on his or her luck? This is just not right or Christian like, to say the least.

Capt. Karl has observed watching numerous recent business programs, anecdotally, that the majority of the CEOs of huge corporations around America still support President Obama in a very big way.
It is self-evident and has been reported in the news this morning that the Obama and recent U.S. Congress policies clearly have been devastating all segments of small business and new upcoming legislation will be additional detriments to small businesses. NPR reported just this morning that “Mom and Pop” establishments are being shut down and being bought up by large conglomerates.
Several news and analysis articles / segments have highlighted the horrendous impacts of taxation, fees, regulation and red tape – paperwork on small businesses as written bills already passed and in upcoming bills such as health care, Cap and Trade and several others.

The Federal Reserve, an independent organization apart from the U.S. government, largely has operated behind a veil of secrecy for decades, but Paul told WND today that its operations could be about to face the light of day.
“We have 289 cosponsors for the bill, including 111 Democrats and all of the Republicans, so we’re doing well,” he told WND.

For those of you who would accept and appease President Obama’s merciful “FINAL ULTIMATUM” when it comes sometime after the collapse of the Supernova Effect and The MATRIX– GO — and carry with you the jest of tories and scorn of Constitutionalists– the ridicule, and what is worse, the pity of the world. Go, starve, and be forgotten!” — For you do not speak for the rest of us! Not now, not ever, for we believe in our God given INDIVIDUAL unalienable rights, property rights, freedom, liberty and the INDIVIDUAL prosperity that history proves comes to those free men who ENFORCE the LAWs of The Constitution on our public servants. And so, when the time comes — Go and lick the hands that feed you! – - Capt. Karl

Wilson commented that the bill, HR 1207—sponsored by Congressman Ron Paul (TX-14)—would “provide a full accounting of the Fed’s irresponsible activities of moving trillions of dollars to foreign governments and banks, crashing markets, and wrecking the economy.”
“The Federal Reserve has committed taxpayers to bailouts totaling $7.76 trillion in less than two years,” said Wilson. “No member of Congress, including House Republicans, knows where the entirety of this $7.76 trillion will go, because the Fed is mostly exempt from being audited and attempts at oversight have been met with consistent stonewalling.”

Mr. Summers, the director of the National Economic Council, wields important influence over Mr. Obama’s policy decisions for the troubled financial industry, including firms from which he recently received payments.
Last year, he reported making 40 paid appearances, including a $135,000 speech to the investment firm Goldman Sachs, in addition to his earnings from the hedge fund, a sector the administration is trying to regulate.

The privately held international company, owned by forty individuals mostly from Britain, called The Federal Reserve “System”, is a cartel of twelve private banks. The Chairman of “The Fed”, which is as “Federal” as Federal Express Corporation, stated that his company was looking for the following items to “control” our businesses, economy and, thereby, in reality our private lives. These recommendations, that can’t be refused, if you catch my drift, were communicated by Chairman Bernanke at the meeting this morning at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR):
Government’s Must continue to take FORCEFUL, “COORDINATED”, action to restore financial markets.

On April 21, 2008, Representative Charles B. Rangel met with officials of the American International Group, the now-troubled insurance giant, to ask for a donation to a school of public service that City College of New York was building in his honor.
Mr. Rangel had already helped secure a $5 million pledge for the project from a foundation controlled by Maurice R. Greenberg, one of the company’s largest shareholders and its former chief executive. And C.C.N.Y. officials, according to the school’s own records, had high hopes for A.I.G. — a donation of perhaps as much as $10 million.
The company has never made a contribution
