With the election passed and Barack Obama’s presidency assured, the unrepentant terrorist has emerged from his cave and is now out in the open, basking in the sunlight like the scaly reptile he is—no offense to reptiles.

On October 31st we announced our intention to publish an Open Letter to President-Elect Obama. In effect, the letter would be a Petition for Redress of a violation of the natural born citizen clause of the Constitution (Article II, Section 1). As we have previously detailed, there is a growing body of evidence establishing that Barack Obama may not be a “natural born” U.S. citizen as is required to hold the office of President.

There lies, as you well know Karen, a vast number of us who will soon wake up and with the strength of those who wait with hope in the LORD will be renewed. We will soar on wings like eagles. We will run and won’t become weary. We will walk the path of freedom through the valley of darkness and won’t grow tired.

I believe the election of Obama by his multitude of minions of the darkness of Communism will soon spur and awaken the homes of the free and the brave. As the honorable and noble President Ronald Reagan rose in the American ashes left by the likes of President Carter and his cabinet, comprised almost entirely of members of The Trilateral Commission, which has been established as a private exclusive club of the power hungry, greedy ultra-powerful elitists as founded and established by the private owner bankers of The Fed, I believe leaders will emerge; the leaders who will lead us to the re-birth of our great nation of laws, subservient and respectful to Natural Law of the universe as established by our creator. Of such laws that, as in The Constitution, will protect our rights from the immorality of the chains and bondage of a runaway welfare police state bathed in the horrors of Socialism and megalomaniac bankers who own The Federal Reserve (see other articles at The Liberty Tree Lantern) .

Folks, this is REALLY scary! I have to report to The Liberty Tree Lantern readership that I have just witnessed a video, broadcast by the Fox News Channel, of Thousands of Obama supporters dancing, in celebration of the Obama Presidential election victory, around a Communist flag.

On October 24, 2008, a federal judge granted your request to dismiss a lawsuit by Citizen Philip Berg, who challenged your qualifications under the “Natural Born Citizen” clause of the U.S. Constitution to legally hold the office of President of the United States of America.

Mr. Berg presented factual evidence to the Court in support of his claim that you are either a citizen of your father’s native Kenya by birth, or that you became a citizen of Indonesia, relinquishing your prior citizenship when you moved there with your mother in 1967.

I can’t vote black because I am black; I have to vote Christian because that’s who I am. Christian first, black second. Neither should anyone from the other ethnic groups vote because of ethnicity. 200 years from now I won’t be asked if I was black or white. I will be asked if I knew Jesus and accepted Him as Lord and Savior.

In an election there are many issues to consider but when a society gets abortion, same-sex marriage, embryonic stem-cell research, human cloning to name a few, wrong economic concerns will soon not matter.

Obama so all I can go off is his voting record. His voting record earned him the title of the most liberal senator in the US Senate in 2007.

And not some nicey-nice peace-and-love kind of communist. Through his group the Weather Underground, Ayers was planning to “seize power” in a violent communist takeover of the United States:

In the Saturday afternoon thrillers that occupied us as kids, after the settlers were beset by the rustlers and thieves, the sound of pounding hoofs and a plume of dust heralded that help, in the form of the United States cavalry, was on its way.

As I watch helplessly day after day as exhausted poll workers are swamped by tens of thousands - possibly hundreds of thousands - of forged, faked, and illegal voter registrations, preventing them from doing their job and assuring a [1] fair and orderly election, I keep waiting for the cavalry in the form of the FBI and Department of Justice. But I hear no hoof beats and see no dust. There was a [2] rumor circulating last week that U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald in Chicago was heading up a team looking into RICO prosecutions of ACORN, but it appears to have been wishful thinking.

But now AP is reporting that two senior officials with the FBI are looking into the materials seized from ACORN office raids around the country to see if it can find evidence of coordinational national fraud on the part of ACORN.

Could the government use RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Practices Act) to stop ACORN’s outrageous conduct? I think it could. Briefly, RICO [3] 18 U.S.C. [4] § 1961-[5] 1968. is a federal law providing extended penalties for those who commit any two of 35 crimes - 27 federal and eight state - within a 10-year period. The underlying crimes range from gambling to terrorism and include some offenses which would seem to cover the reported acts of ACORN (e.g., bribery, mail and phone fraud).

Murtha Calls Pennsylvanians Constituents “Rednecks” and “Racists”

House Speaker-designate Nancy Pelosi’s endorsement of Rep. John Murtha for majority leader, the No. 2 position in the Democratic leadership, has roiled her caucus. “She will ensure that they [Mr. Murtha and his allies] win. This is hardball politics,” Rep. Jim Moran, a top Murtha ally, told the Hill, a congressional newspaper. “We are entering an era where when the speaker instructs you what to do, you do it.”

But several members are privately aghast that Mr. Murtha, a pork-barreling opponent of most House ethics reforms, could become the second most visible symbol of the new Democratic rule. “We are supposed to change business as usual, not put the fox in charge of the henhouse,” one Democratic member told me. “It’s not just the Abscam scandal of the 1980s that he barely dodged, he’s a disaster waiting to happen because of his current behavior,” another told me.

Okay, folks, if your own Congressman, like Representative John Murtha, calls you a “Redneck” and a “Racist” don’t ya think that he holds his constituents in utter contempt?

There has been all sorts of rumors running for months regarding Obama’s birth place. According to The Constitution of The United States only a person born in The United States can run for President.

If you are concerned about this, on either side - Pro or Con Obama, you better watch this video of the Attorney that is taking Obama to the highest courts. Obama is refusing to produce his birth certificate or any documents to substantiate where he was born. If he was born in the U.S. then why wouldn’t he simply provide the documents?
