The ruling came this morning from Judge David Carter who as WND reported last night apparently recently hired a law clerk out of the law firm that has been paid nearly $1.7 million to defend Obama from eligibility challenges.

Remembering that Obama’s lawyers responded in earlier court challenges claiming that she did not have anything backing her claims, she is now forcing the issues with a Kenyan birth certificate that actually has signatures. There is already some debate as to the authenticity of Taitz’s Kenyan certificate; it may well be a forgery itself according to several online news sources. (See item on Taitz on page 2.) Meanwhile, the St. Petersburg (Fla.)Times has made itself look foolish by publishing as authentic the Certificate of Live Birth which AFP proved to be fraudulent last year, then refusing to issue a correction when informed of the faux pas. The document was printed by laser on a form “Revised 11/01,” when Obama was already 40 years old. Obviously, this is not his original birth certificate or even an original “certificate of live birth.”

“I am not aware of any birth certificate records that have been destroyed by the department,” Janice Okubo, public information officer for the Hawaii DOH, told WND. “When the department went electronic in 2001, vital records, whether in paper form or any other form, [were] maintained. We don’t destroy records.”

Directly contradicting CNN chief Jon Klein – who ordered host Lou Dobbs to quit discussing President Obama’s birth certificate – the Hawaii Department of Health affirmed that no paper birth certificates were destroyed when the department moved to electronic record-keeping.

According to attorney Orly Taitz, who is working on multiple cases alleging Obama is a “usurper” because he doesn’t meet the constitutional requirement that only a “natural born citizen” can be president, U.S. District Judge David O. Carter ruled in a hearing today that her case will move forward.
The hearing was on her motion for a default order against Obama, because although Taitz said she notified him of the action, Obama’s attorneys did not make an appearance.

More than eight months after Barack Obama was elected president, the mystery surrounding his precise birthplace is deepening as the myth-busting website Snopes.com – along with several news agencies and an Obama community blog – directly contradict the president’s own claim regarding the hospital in which he was born.
In an official letter signed by Obama on White House stationery, the president celebrates his birth at the Kapi’olani Medical Center for Women and Children in Honolulu, Hawaii. The facility has posted that letter on its website, along with video of the letter being read in public.

It may be the issue few in the media dare address, but a new scientific public opinion survey of a cross-section of Americans shows they are not only aware of questions about Barack Obama’s constitutional eligibility for office, but almost half are either “troubled” by the questions or believe he should release all relevant documents including his long-form birth certificate.

Many of the top-rated threads are from citizens calling on Obama to release his birth certificate. The postings in the “top rated” category have received the most “looks promising” votes from users. New threads on the topic of Obama’s constitutional eligibility to serve as president are appearing by the minute.
