Many Americans today believe certain illegal vices in our society should be decriminalized, taxed, and regulated. The most popular of these vices include marijuana smoking, prostitution, and all forms of gambling. The proponents for decriminalization believe that the new tax revenues produced would help support schools, healthcare, and the impoverished, ease the pain of taxpayers, and reduce the deficit. They also believe that transgressions such as these will take place no matter, but, if properly regulated, would be safer for society in general. It would be a win, win situation.

Glenn Beck reported on March 3, 2009 that the the Cap-and-Trade Program in Europe was an extreme detriment to their economy and is having a dramatic impact on their economy and is a significant apart of the reason for the loss of jobs and resulting in otherwise prosperous individuals to become poor and bankrupt. These people are losing their homes and having a hard time to pay for food and other needs because of the increased costs on all products and services resultant from significant taxes and costs resultant directly from Cap-and-Trade. Even though our Government’s policemen and soldiers uniforms were red we all, at that time, thought of them as our policemen and soldiers doing their duty for our country and Government. But our Government became so oppressive and tyrannical that 30% of our population just couldn’t let it go on anymore. Many were upset at our Government for oppressive taxation and multiple acts of tyranny, disrespect for us and our concerns and even formal written petitions of grievances by our citizens that our Government just ignored and refused to redress. Oppressive laws on our daily lives became burdensome and created hardships and unnecessary costs on our families that our Government rationalized, spun and almost made to seem reasonable to some, perhaps many.
