On October 24, 2008, a federal judge granted your request to dismiss a lawsuit by Citizen Philip Berg, who challenged your qualifications under the “Natural Born Citizen” clause of the U.S. Constitution to legally hold the office of President of the United States of America.

Mr. Berg presented factual evidence to the Court in support of his claim that you are either a citizen of your father’s native Kenya by birth, or that you became a citizen of Indonesia, relinquishing your prior citizenship when you moved there with your mother in 1967.

Early this morning, WTP Chairman Bob Schulz filed a supplemental Memorandum of Law in support of the Emergency Appeal to the Second Circuit Court of Appeals contesting last week’s order of the U.S. District Court in Albany which barred any injunctive relief in WTP’s constitutional challenge to the Wall Street bailout. The lower court had (erroneously) ruled that its jurisdiction to impose injunctive relief was not properly invoked.

Why don’t we American demand that since they are, in essence, the problem and have caused the problem way back when they paid for President Woodrow Willson to be elected, who held just enough corrupt Congressmen he needed to pass the unconstitutional bill during the 1913 Christmas break as was demanded by the bankers that founded his Presidential campaign. to pay for this entire problem themselves?

The very Powerful Bankers, who collect all of our Income Taxes, through their operatives called the IRS, are going to use and take away even more of our earnings to pay for the bailouts they need to protect themselves and maintain sham that they program in our minds to control our daily lives, make us poor to facilitate this plan so we can not fight back, and to force us into the chains and bondage of the EQUAL DISTRIBUTION of Misery and Poverty of the soup kitchens of the SOCIALIST Welfare State, as we head to the passage of the American Culture and FREEDOM DESTROYING NAU and eventually The One World Socialist Goverment, where there is neither freedom or prosperity for the common individual but only common misery.

The first step in restoring our freedom and prosperity is to realize the propriety of Mr. James Madison’s statement in the first paragraph above; for without the “sense” of its meaning and importance the security of our prosperity and freedom is not secure from the ravages of The U.S. Congress.

Socialism - “Free Stuff” for people so against “Natural Law” as jumping up hard over a cliff expecting to fly up in the air is against the laws of physics and gravity. You can think all you want that it is good and it is going to work but you are going to land with a thud and it is going to hurt. All of history shows that Socialism and Communism NEVER, EVER, WORK and only leads to the equal distribution of poverty, misery and massive corruption by Government officials, elitists and their cronies.
