<p><strong>Waterford native Phil Williamson is fed up with high gas prices; and is circulating petitions to get the attention of Congress. </strong></p>
<p><strong>In the petition, Williamson informs elected officials in Washington that we are at our &#8220;wits end&#8221; with high oil and gas prices. The petition calls for action from our Representatives in the form of exploration and drilling for oil in the United States, in addition to the building of new oil refineries.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Help Phil get 2,000 signatures by July 26th.</strong></p>

<p>Phil is 53 years old, will be 54 in September.  He will have been married for 31 years on June 18th, and has two kids; one is 30 and one is 28.  He also has three grandkids.  He enjoys fishing, lawn work, gardening, and says he takes too much pride in his lawn.  He is also self-described as boring.</p>
