We chose Justice Antonin Scalia. Last Thursday, October 23rd, we submitted our application to him by overnight Express Mail.

We are pleased to announce that Justice Scalia has distributed our application to the full Court, which will decide the matter at a conference on November 14, 2008. Click here for the SCOTUS docket sheet. At that time the Supreme Court could either issue a restraining order against the Government or deny our application. The restraining order would stop the transfer of public funds pending an expedited determination of the Government’s authority to use public funds in aid of decidedly private undertakings. If the application is denied, the full $700 billion money could be spent while the main case proceeds, eventually determining the underlying question of the Government’s authority to use public funds in aid of private undertakings.

That is why we have to FORCE Government by ANY MEANS NECESSARY to comport to the Constitution to the VERY WORD, meaning, intent and SPIRIT of the day of which it was drafted. To hell with the spin conveyed by those who seek oppression and tyranny upon us, whether they be the Socialist Liberal “Loyalists” that live amongst us or the despots in both houses of Congress, that state that the apportionment clause is “absurd”. I think they are absurd and I have a very sharp pitchfork to prove my point to all of them. And I know how to get to capital hill!

When the time comes that they come to collect the additional taxes they will need to support Social Security and Medicare, that is somewhere between 70 - 90 Trillion Dollars in UNFUNDED LIABILITIES, over the infinite horizon, my pitchfork will be extremely well sharpened. And, I know they are coming soon. I know that with in just a very few years they are going to start to send notices to our employers to start taking more money out of our paychecks in “payroll” taxes to pay for the Banker Bailout bill/s, Social Security and Medicare. I will demand to my employer that he not take out any withholding tax because I need to feed my family, cloth my children and provide heat and light and be able to drive to work.

Last night the Federal Reserve ordered U.S. Treasury Sec. Hank Paulson to a meeting about options for a bailout of the “financial markets”, meaning mammoth banks and companies. This morning’s financial news: The stock market skyrocketing after a near total collapse in the last couple of days. Why? Where did all the money come from for the stock market to make such a huge upward move this morning?

Sherry Jackson, is the latest victim in the Federal Department of Justice’s crusade to silence any American who dares tell the truth about the misapplication of the federal income tax. Sherry isn’t some “tax protester” who wanted to get out of “paying her fair share.” This intelligent, articulate woman is a former IRS Revenue Agent and Certified Public Accountant. She is a woman of rare qualities. A wife, a mother. A woman of deep religious faith. She also doesn’t put up with liars, the railroading of the American people and has worked very hard over the years to get the factual truth to her fellow countrymen and women about how we the people have been had. Of course, this doesn’t sit well with the criminal syndicate out there in Washington, DC.

Pelosi is now clearly on record supporting government censorship of our free speech rights. She also insinuated that The Broadcaster Freedom Act wouldn’t see the light of day, and added there is strong, support for a revival of the “Fairness Doctrine.”

As part of this turning, James Madison presented an argument refuting Montesquieu and establishing representative government as a preferable form. Madison’s argument, presented in “Federalist No. 10,” defended representative government precisely because of the buffer it created between the people and the laws that governed them. The grave threat to government was “factions,” groups of citizens, whether a “majority or a minority of the whole,” animated and organized against the “permanent and aggregate interests of the community.” Direct democracies ensured that these factions would dominate, but representative government, however, especially over a large territory and population, would remove such a threat.

The time for tea and crumpets is over. The time for real Americans to put themselves out there on the front lines is here and now. Forget letting some big organization out in DC “fight for your rights.”

We Conservatives, which are simply nothing more than people who strongly advocate and believe in FREEDOM (from Government, Government “help”, and Government meddling in our INDIVIDUAL daily lives and from Government telling us what we can and can not spend our money on, where we can or can not drill for oil and gas, where we can live (Our Government is trying to force us back into the cities into little tiny apartments where we can be “monitored” and forced to comply with “The Law” (who the hell are they anyway. All they are is the Government - THAT MAKES THEM OUR SERVANTS not OUR MASTERS. When We The People tell them to jump, they better damn well ask “how high”. They are NOTHING, absolutely NOTHING, compared to our level of status, because we are FREE (from Government).
