The same groups who made the “tax tea parties” possible in April are planning anti-Obamacare rallies across the country Saturday in all 435 congressional districts.

FOXNews.com

Friday, August 21, 2009

If Democratic lawmakers thought all the furor over President Obama’s health care plan expressed this month at town hall meetings was dying down, they might be in for a surprise Saturday.

That’s when citizens are planning anti-”Obamacare” rallies across the country Saturday in all 435 congressional districts.

And their message is clear: We will not stand for socialized, government-controlled health care.

The same groups who made the “tax tea parties” possible in April are behind this weekend’s movement. American Liberty Alliance, FreedomWorks and Americans for Prosperity are working with The Sam Adams Alliance, among others, to stage the rallies.

Click here for more information on the rallies.

They come as town hall clashes between Democratic lawmakers and protesters of Obama’s health care plan have captured national attention. Some Democrats have dismissed those protesters as “mobs” organized by special interests. But many protesters have said they attended the town halls out of genuine concern.

Now they can express their concerns at Saturday’s rallies.

“Obviously the idea behind this was to have a unified day for those concerned about government-controlled health care to talk outside their representatives’ offices,” said Paul Miller, spokesman for The Sam Adams Alliance, a Chicago-based political organization which is one of several groups promoting the event through new media.

Miller said this is a personal issue for many opponents, including himself, a 22-year cancer survivor. Miller, who was diagnosed with a rare cancer at the age of 14 and had his right arm amputated to save his life, says he would not have received the same specialized and speedy medical care if the government was in control.

“There isn’t this great conspiracy to say there shouldn’t be health care reform,” Miller told FOXNews.com. “People just want to make their own decisions and keep their insurance if they like. When government’s get involved, they never do anything right.”

Eric Odom, executive director for American Liberty Alliance, the lead group behind the tea parties and the new rallies told FOXNews.com that the rallies differ from the tea parties in that they are being organized from the bottom up.

“We didn’t want to try and do what we did on April 15 because the logistics was a nightmare,” he said, explaining that local organizers now have more control over the rallies and have only received basic information from the top.

“People at the local level have taken it and created their own animal with it,” he said. “This is more bottom heavy.”

Odom shrugged at the fact that most of the lawmakers won’t be present at their offices on a Saturday because he said the ultimate goal is to get more people politically engaged.

“This Saturday is symbolic,” he said, adding that his group will e-mail information to rally-goers on how to air their concerns to their representatives. “Most of these people have never done anything political in their lives.”

Phil Kerpen, director of policy for Americans for Prosperity, cautioned that it’s “impossible to predict” the turnout at these rallies “because it’s very decentralized.”

“It could be another big success,” he said, or the crowds could be scaled back. Kerpen said the packed town halls this month don’t provide much indication either.

“I think there’s no better place to make your voice heard and make an impact when you get face to face with your congressman,” he said. “The impetus is greater to show up there than here.”

Jacki Schechner, spokeswoman for Health Care for America Now (HCAN), a coalition of groups supporting Obama’s health care plan, said the rallies are a waste of time.

“There is no government-controlled health care on the table,” she said. “They’re protesting something that doesn’t exist.

“There’s a lot of people out there feeding lies and misinformation and trying to get people hyped up about something that doesn’t exist. They’re wasting their energy.”

Odom found irony in the objections raised by proponents of health care reform.

“It’s interesting that the world’s most professional organizers are upset that we’re organizing communities,” he said.

But Odom said he hasn’t gotten a lot of pushback.

“Surprisingly, I don’t think they take this very seriously,” he said. But he said what separates his organizers from many of Obama’s supporters, including Health Care for America Now (HCAN), is the passion.

“For them it’s business as usual. It’s what they’re paid to do,” he said.

Schechner said the differences between the two sides goes beyond money.

“We didn’t pop up over night,” she said, noting that the group’s campaign began last summer. “We don’t scream. We’re not angry.”

She rejected the notion that community organizers who are paid lack passion. “There are different kinds of passion,” she said.

Schechner added, “I don’t discount their passion. I don’t ever want to undermine their passion. But I really wish they would take a moment to really understand what this legislation is about, because a lot of people would be helped by it.”

But Kerpen said it’s clear that Obama’s plan would lead to a government takeover.

“Read the legislation that’s been proposed,” he said, adding that the House bill has been “designed as an achievable way to reach a single-payer system,” in which the government acts as the sole middle man with greater leverage to negotiate prices. “A lot of people are playing games, as we would expect them to.”

50 nightmares that will become realitiy by LAW should we allow the Constitutional scofflaw despots in both houses of Congress to pass the "Pubic Option" Socialized Healthcare bill.

If you thought rationalized healthcare was bad for America before you knew what was in the bill, it is even worse than you thought now that we are beginning to know what it actually includes. Is this the change you wanted for yourself? your family? Do you really want the Government deciding what is best for you and your family? Speak Out America and Do It NOW!

50 nightmares that will become realitiy by LAW should we allow the Constitutional scofflaw despots in both houses of Congress to pass the “Pubic Option” Socialized Healthcare bill:

1) Pg 22 mandates that the Government will audit books of ALL EMPLOYERS that self insure. So every employer in the United States will be subjected to a health insurance audit just as all taxpayers are subject to audit. Of course, we will have to pay for an entire new bureaucracy to do this–the Internal Health Revenue Service?

2) Pg 30, Sec 123 states that there will be a government committee that decides what treatments you are allowed and what your overall benefits are.

3) Pg 29, lines 4-16 basically mandates the rationing of health care as is being done in Canada.

4) Pg 42 recognizes the power of the Health Choices Commissioner to determine your health benefits. You will have no choice.

5) PG 50, section 152 states that free, taxpayer-paid health care will be given to the 30 million non-citizens in the USA, even illegal aliens.

6) Pg 58 states that government will have possession of all your health care records & history including finances and you will have to have a National ID Healthcard.

7) Pg 59, lines 21-24 gives direct access to your banks accounts to compel you to pay any out-of-pocket or premium costs electronically without your previous consent.

PG 65, sec 164 provides for a political payoff from the Democrats and Obama; a special subsidized plan for retirees and their families in unions community groups like ACORN.

9) Pg 72, lines 8-14 creates a Health Care Exchange to bring private health insurance plans under government control. This part of the bill reveals Obama’s lies about being able to keep your plan if you like it. Any health insurance plan which does not completely rework itself to conform to these regulations will be dropped from the exchange and those insured will have to pick one of the plans in the exchange. This is why the Congressional Budget Office determined that over 20 million will lose the coverage they are now enjoying if Obamacare is implemented.

10) PG 85, line 7 provides specifics for benefit levels for all health plans, giving government the right to ration everyone’s healthcare.

11) PG 91, lines 4-7 mandates that doctor’s offices, clinics and hospitals provide language-appropriate services, basically ordering them to hire translators at the expense of the American taxpayer.

12) Pg 95, lines 8-18 allows the government to hire non-profit community groups like ACORN and Americorps to sign up people for the government health plan.

13) PG 85, line 7 provides for specifics on benefit levels for Medicare recipients, basically rationing the care of every senior citizen I the United States.

14) PG 102, lines 12-18 mandates that all Medicaid eligible will be automatically enrolled in Medicaid based upon income and insurance status. No choice.

15) Pg 124, lines 24-25 states that no private company or individual can have the right to sue the federal government for medical price fixing, basically eliminating your right to seek redress in the courts regarding your medical care.

16) Pg 127, lines 1-16 dictates doctors’ payment and therefore income which will reduce what doctors earn and lead to greater shortages of doctors and more rationing of care.

17) Pg 145, line 15-17 any employer not currently insuring their employees must enroll employees into public plan option, with no choice of private insurance allowed.

18) Pg 126, lines 22-25 mandates that employers must pay for health insurance even for part-time workers and their families, which will certainly lead to massive layoffs.

19) Pg 149, lines 16-24 all employers with an annual payroll bigger than $400k who does not pay to enroll employees in public insurance option will pay an 8% tax on all payroll.

20) Pg 150, lines 9-13 mandates that employers with an annual payroll between $251K & $400K who does not pay to enroll employees in public insurance option will pay a 2-6% tax on all payroll.

21) Pg 167, lines 18-23 any individual who is self-employed and does not have health insurance will be taxed 2.5% of income and forced to accept public health insurance. So paying for health care out of pocket will be banned from the face of the earth.

22) Pg 170, lines 1-3 exempts non-resident aliens from the individual health care taxes, so Americans citizens will pay for these aliens, legal and illegal alike.

23) Pg 195 officers & employees of the new Health Care Administration will have access to all Americans personal financial records and accounts.

24) PG 203, line 14-15 actually says that “The tax imposed under this section shall not be treated as tax.” Yes, it says that.

25) Pg 239, line 14-24 mandates that available physician services will be reduced for Medicaid recipients. Many poor people including many seniors will be affected.

26) Pg 241, line 6-8 mandates that all doctors receive the same pay, regardless of specialty. This will vastly reduce the number of specialists available in the United States, a common problem where medicine is socialized like Canada.

27) PG 253, line 10-18 allows the federal government to set the value of doctor’s time, professional judgment.

28) PG 265, Sec 1131 mandates and controls the productivity of all health care providers including surgeons!

29) PG 268, Sec 1141 regulates the rental & purchase of power driven wheelchairs.

30) PG 272, Sec. 1145 regulates the operation of certain types of cancer hospitals, again rationing the care of cancer patients.

31) Page 280, Sec 1151 allows the government to penalize hospitals for what is deemed to be preventable readmissions. So instead of being sued for malpractice, the government will be the punitive body when mistakes are made.

32) Pg 298, lines 9-11 mandates that if a doctor treats a patient during initial admission and that result in a re-admission, the doctor will be subject to federal penalties. Gee do you think that’s going to drive up the cost of malpractice.

33) Pg 317, lines 13-20 will create prohibitions on ownership and investment in the health service industry for doctors.

34) Pg 317-318, lines 21-25, and 1-3 will prohibit the expansion of all hospitals.

35) pg 321, lines 2-13 allows hospitals apply for an exception to the expansion rule but they must seek community input first!

36) Pg335, lines 16-25, Pg 336-339 mandates the establishment of outcome based health care and insidious idea that actually limits the treatment choices made by patients with their doctors, based upon the patient’s health and condition. This will result in the oldest, weakest and sickest patients being denied treatments simply because the statistics for success in their demographic category are poor! This is a form of health care rationing that will save money at the expense of seniors to help buy insurance for the uninsured, most of whom are young and healthy!

37) Pg 341, lines 3-9 allows the government to disqualify Medicare Advantage Plans and HMO forcing people into the government run public plan.

38) Pg 354, Sec 1177 will arbitrarily restrict the enrollment of special needs children and adults.

39) Pg 379, Sec 1191 mandates the creation of even more bureaucracy in the Telehealth Advisory Committee.

40) PG 425, lines 4-12 mandates “Advance Care Planning Consultation,” another insidious vehicle to save money by encouraging seniors who are in poor health to be more accepting of death rather than fighting to stay alive and healthy and with their loved ones.

41) Pg 425, lines 17-19 mandates that all senior patients will be consulted regarding living wills, durable powers of attorney.

42) PG 425, lines 22-25, 426 lines 1-3 provides an approved list of end of life resources, to help guide seniors about the process of dying!

43) PG 427, lines 15 mandates program for orders on the end of life, actually giving the government a say in how your life ends!

44) Pg 429, lines 1-9 dictates the frequency with which an Advance Care Planning Consultant will have to meet with patients as their health deteriorates.

45) PG 429, lines 10-12 give an Advance Care Planning Consultant the power to order end of life plans for a patient.

46) Pg 429, lines 13-25 will only allow certain doctors, not necessarily your own physician, to write an end of life order.

47) PG 430, lines 11-15 allows the government to decide what level of treatment you will have at end of life.

48) Pg 469 mandates “Community Based Home Medical Services” through non profits like ACORN. Happy yet that we elected a community organizer to the White House?

49) PG 489, Sec 1308 force taxpayers to pay for Marriage & Family therapy under the public insurance plan.

50) Pg 494-498 allows government to define mental illnesses and what services will be allowed to treat, again rationing this care.

About

Some Background
The core groups behind the Tax Day Tea Party, joined by a plethora of liberty movement minded organizations, coalitions and grassroots groups, are once again working together in a unified effort for freedom.

The initial project, as most Americans know, helped organize the April 15th, Tax Day Tea Party effort that resulted in a day of rallies in more than 835 cities across all 50 states. The TaxDayTeaParty.com website witnessed more than 1.7 MILLION unique visits in less than six weeks.

This success was only possible because of a coalition of groups and Americans working towards the same goal in a collaborative and unified effort.

The Problem
We as a coalition believe that our Government has crossed the line. This betrayal began at the end of the Bush administration when the bailouts started being pushed through and our free-market foundation came under attack.

The current administration and congress has intensified the attacks on the foundation of America. First it was the wildly irresponsible “Stimulus Package” that only “stimulated” the pockets of special interest groups… all at the expense of the taxpayers.

Then came the constant nationalizing of the private industry and the declaration of war against the free-market system and private business.

The final blow appears to be in the form of fully socialized healthcare. If passed, we believe this legislation will create problems that are virtually impossible to fix. We also believe that if this legislation is passed, the private industry and small businesses of America will face certain death in the very near future.

This is unacceptable.

Operation Recess Rally
On August 22nd, 2009, during the break in session, we the people fully intend to hold mass rallies outside of every single congressional office in the country.

These events will represent a strong statement that we’ve been pushed to the edge and simply cannot be pushed any further. It is at this time that we will also hand deliver a coalition letter to every single congressional office in the country.

Your Help Required
As was the case with the Tax Day Tea Party, this MUST be a grassroots powered, collaborative effort. This means that people like YOU will have to take ownership at the local level.

We need local organizers to began organizing, we need activist to help activate, and we need all hands on deck to help spread the word.

The concept is simple, the operation brand is simple… now all we need to do is implement it.

LIZ SIDOTI- Associated Press Writer – 1/14/2009 5:10:00 AM

WASHINGTON- President-elect Barack Obama eventually will gain access to the second half of the $700 billion financial bailout fund _ politics notwithstanding and more likely sooner than later.

The test is whether he can persuade enough members of his own party to support an extraordinarily unpopular program and avoid an embarrassing veto fight with a Democratic-led Congress at the outset of his presidency. A critical vote could come as early as Thursday.

Obama faces a handful of freshmen Democrats who opposed the bailout as they campaigned in 2008 and more than a dozen Democratic senators who are up for re-election in 2010, three of whom _ Byron Dorgan of North Dakota, Russ Feingold of Wisconsin and Ron Wyden of Oregon _ voted against the first installment of the money.

These Democrats certainly are weighing the political implications of their next steps.

Sen. Evan Bayh, D-Ind., who supported the bailout last fall and is up for re-election in two years, described himself as “open-minded but skeptical.” Said Bayh: “I don’t get the sense of impending crisis today that I did at the time of original enactment. I need to be persuaded about need.”

Republicans are mindful of politics too. They seem less eager to cooperate with an incoming Democratic administration, especially on an enormous government spending program that critics say Congress recklessly rushed through last fall without ensuring proper oversight.

Thus, the onus is primarily on Democrats saddled with a politically uncomfortable decision: They can side with voters generally angry over the sweeping government intervention of Wall Street, or they can line up with a president-elect of their own party looking to open his term with a clear-cut win.

Obama doesn’t have a big margin for error. While most Democrats are likely to support releasing the second $350 billion, the president-elect needs every supporter he can get. A majority vote in the Senate to reject giving him the bailout money would trigger a vote in the House, where the idea is even less popular, and force an Obama veto.

“Sooner or later in all presidencies, senators and House members start getting nervous and may tend to go off the reservation,” said Burdett Loomis, a political science professor at the University of Kansas. “But I don’t think they want to start voting against this president straight away.”

Obama headed to the Capitol on Tuesday to make a personal appeal to Senate Democrats _ a rarity for a president, let alone a president-elect. He has dispatched emissaries to Congress for days now to confer with lawmakers on the plan.

A senator for four years, Obama is using his knowledge of Capitol Hill and a transition team stocked with House and Senate veterans to maneuver for victory while assuring lawmakers that he views Congress as a coequal branch of government.

The cooperative tone will be equally essential for winning congressional approval of his upcoming economic rescue plan, expected to cost about $775 billion.

Analysts say he must change the bailout program _ which he acknowledges is flawed _ enough to make it palatable to Democrats who opposed it last fall.

“If you stumble out of the gate it’s a terrible precedent for what’s to come,” said Ross Baker, a political science professor at Rutgers University. That said, he added of Democrats, “I think they’ll walk the plank for him.”

Indeed, several Democrats emerged from Tuesday’s meeting seeming to agree with where Obama was heading. They said he told them he would veto any successful effort to block the money and promised more oversight of the program.

“I feel much more comfortable,” said Sen. Patty Murray of Washington, a Democrat who is up for re-election in two years and who initially voted for the bailout. Even so, she said she hasn’t yet decided on how to vote now amid outcry from her constituents.

One Democrat who voted against the bailout last fall, Sen. Bill Nelson of Florida, appeared frustrated with Obama’s team on the matter.

At Peter Orszag’s confirmation hearing to be Obama’s director of the Office of Management and Budget, Nelson said no one has been satisfied with how the first $350 billion has been spent and added, “I think in this era of freshness and transparency that the new administration would want to come forth with detail instead of this mumbo-jumbo that’s going on.”

Among Democratic freshmen who objected to the bailout, Sens. Tom Udall of New Mexico and Mark Udall of Colorado voted against it when they were in the House, while Sen. Kay Hagan of North Carolina said, “It’s a fix for Wall Street, not Main Street.”

These and other lawmakers are keenly aware of the potential pitfalls of backing the program. They watched as Sen. Saxby Chambliss, a Georgia Republican, almost lost his seat last fall over his supportive bailout vote.

Still, Obama has time _ and a long-term political environment amenable to Democrats _ on his side as he looks to secure Democratic support.

The 2010 midterm elections are still more than a year and a half away, and it’s far from certain that this single vote will have staying power as a vulnerability. If the economy does, in fact, improve, backing the program could actually be seen as a good move.

At the same time, several incumbent Democratic senators _ like Harry Reid of Nevada and Chuck Schumer of New York _ are immensely popular in their home states.

And the political outlook is much worse for the GOP, with a spate of retirements _ George Voinovich in Ohio, Kit Bond in Missouri and Mel Martinez in Florida _ leaving open seats ripe for Democrats to seize.

Further I have found multitudes of reasons WRITTEN by the founding fathers as to why this is so and how the “apportionment” clause was to see to it that the U.S. Government never would be able to develop the financial assets required to gain power over the States or any involvement over the daily lives of Americans who live in the States. That each State was to have its own army and “militias” to further ensure against a Federal Government take over of the lives and daily freedoms of individual Americans or the individual free States.

I personally believe that we can not afford to pick and choose which laws that the Federal Government has to obey, of The Constitution, and which ones the scofflaws can thwart. I know for a fact, from all my research that our founding fathers wrote each and every law in The Constitution for a very specific well thought out reason, because I have read and still read almost every day about these matters. I believe that our country is about to undergo nightmarishly hard times because We The People have not taken care of our responsibility to police the Federal Government and many of the State Governments for that matter. Social Security and Medicare ALONE, for example, will be $90,000,000,000,000.00 (NINTY TRILLION DOLLARS) in debt, over the infinite horizon, by the time the new President and Congress takes over in January. There is only one place to find that much money; and that is from the payroll withholding taxes of the hundreds of millions of working men and women of this country. David Walker, the past Comptroller General of The United States of America for almost Ten years figures that we are talking about withholding payroll taxes of 70 – 80 percent of every paycheck unless something is done and done soon.

If that weren’t bad enough, the real icing on the cake is that the dollar is only backed by about 4 cents of various bullion reserves and assets. That means that eventually, at least in a realistic world, a $1,000.00 mortgage should really be $25,000.00, but in reality we have never received pay for our hard work and we, nor anyone has ever paid for anything. In effect and in a true reality we live in a form of “The Matrix” just like the movie because nothing exists in the way we perceive in our minds, as programmed by The Federal Reserve System, in that nothing that we can see, touch, smell or taste has been paid for by anybody. So in a realistic sense we only perceive in our minds that we or anybody else owns anything. Another reason for this is printed on all Dollar bills. Printed on them is the following: “FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE”. Do you know what a NOTE is? It is nothing more than the “promise” to pay with “real” money sometime in the future. In this case, it is a future that will never arrive. Therefore, in a very realistic sense, nothing exists as we perceive it with our senses, in terms of ownership or having been secured by way of purchase. The cost to run this “Matrix” is too much even for the forty owners of The Federal Reserve System which is as “Federal” as Federal Express. And they, being a “private” company have the right to say no to any loan request by Congress. So Congress has to “keep the bank happy”. And, the bank likes to “advise” the top Government officials and keep them informed of the “best course of action and legislation” behind closed doors. If The Constitution were to be obeyed by the Federal Government none of this stuff would have happened to us. The power to tax is the power to destroy.

Taxes, any taxes, if you knew the reality of our present situation you wouldn’t talk so foolish as to require any such illegality. According to the law there isn’t supposed to be any taxes unless they are apportioned (PERIOD!). There will come a time where people will have to decide between the Constitution and Socialism, or more precisely freedom or the chains and bondage of the Socialist Welfare Police State. It has come to that. Unfortunately the Government did not see fit to educate our population, meaning you and me, in school so that we understood our great American heritage, freedom, liberty and the wealth that generates forth from it. Instead our Government deemed it more important for us to learn liberal arts and so that is our children’s curriculum. So here we sit with freedom (which means FREEDOM from Government) slipping from our grasp, day by day, by day, as The Federal Reserve System programs our minds to believe what isn’t while they steal our money, our property and our rights just as surely as The Matrix in the movie sucked out power out of the cerebral cortexes of millions upon millions of humans housed in multi-levels of vats and replace that energy with programming to make us think things that just don’t exist in the real world because the Dollar, as we think of it, does not exist; as proven by the fact that they are “NOTES” and the fact that they are only supported by about 4 cents per dollar. This is the reason the dollar has been collapsing over the last year and why it will continue to collapse over time. – - Unless The Federal Reserve is successful in creating and passing the North American Union, where they can add hundreds of millions of Canadian and Mexican taxpayers to the socialist slavery vats of the Matrix to pay for the cost of running and programming The Matrix. With out the NAU The Matrix will not be able to even handle the weight and pressure of trying to control every single American and The Federal Government and this is the very reason why “The Matrix” is oscillating right now as I write this e-mail to you. It is on the verge of collapse because it is under such stress trying to control our entire country and every living soul there in. That is the factual and true reason for the collapse of Bear Stearns, multiple banks and perhaps Freddy Mac and Freddy May. If they do not pass the NAU soon The Matrix and The Federal Reserve System will collapse. This, in the longgggg run will provide once again our individual freedom and eventually the return of individual prosperity. The worst thing that could happen would be if The Federal Reserve succeeds in their attempt to force the NAU down our “collective” throats; because that will be the end of our unique American culture, our freedom and the American dream.

Forget taxes, go for enforcement of the Constitution to the very meaning, spirit and intent as meant on the day of its drafting. For without that we and our posterity will suffer a fate far too horrible to comprehend. To ignore these facts is to welcome and exacerbate the imminent result.

Yes I will put your request in my blog, because it is a miniscule step in the right direction, but you need to realize the full scope of this vast problem and you need to realize that we are going to have to fight, hopefully peacefully, for our freedom by way of The Constitution which is the only thing standing in the way of the megalomaniacal Socialist / Communist members and “One World Government” of The Federal Reserve and the Trilateral Commission of which they are the leaders.

The Matrix is a system, Mr. Culling. The Federal Reserve System. That system is our enemy. But when you’re inside, you look around, what do you see? Businessmen, teachers, lawyers, carpenters. The very minds of the people we are trying to save. But until we do, these people are still a part of that system and that makes them our enemy. You have to understand, most of these people are not ready to be unplugged. And many of them are so inured, so hopelessly dependent on the system, that they will fight to protect it. The Matrix, the belief that the Dollar has paid for everything in your existence including your wages and/or salary, is everywhere. It is all around us. Even now, in this very room. You can see it when you look out your window or when you turn on your television. You can feel it when you go to work… when you go to church… when you pay your taxes. It is the world that has been pulled over your eyes to blind you from the truth. The Federal Reserve is in control of every single thing. What could a private company that collects every single nickel of our income taxes do with those assets created by the hard work of the American people and small businesses? That is the reason why income taxes, unless apportioned, are illegal as written by our founding fathers. They foresaw all of this.

Mr. Cullen, I am trying to free your mind, but you are the one that has to walk through the door. Have you ever had a dream, Mr. Cullen, that you were so sure was real? What if you were unable to wake from that dream? How would you know the difference between the dream world and the real world? Welcome to the real world. We all, every one of us, owns nothing. And nothing, in our lifetimes, has been paid for, with the minor exception of those who used “Silver Certificates” which were backed by real Silver Bullion in an attempt by the courageous President John F. Kennedy to rid our country of its Federal Reserve Masters. And you know what happened to him, only five months after signing the Executive order for Congress to obey The Constitution and mint and coin money in the form of Silver Certificates which would have eventually spelled the end of The Federal Reserve System, “The Matrix”, BIG Government, and the Social Security and Medicare problem because it would have been “stepped down” in an orderly fashion at the best time possible, resulting in posterity, us, being able to avoid the imminent combination Civil / RE-Revolutionary War to restore The Constitution to full force and effect as intended in spirit and affect as it was on the day of its drafting by a committee of our Founding Fathers, God bless them. For it will become, thank God, a choice between true freedom from the Federal Government for all, or 70 – 80% payroll withholding taxes and massive energy cost due to The Federal Reserve controlling Congress to prevent us from drilling and harvesting our own vast volumes of energy resources so that we will become so financially and spiritually weakened they “think” we will succumb to the Final Demand. And what then?

If you and I have the courage to tell our elected officials that we want our national policy based upon what we know in our hearts is morally right. We cannot buy our security, our freedom from the threat of Socialism by committing an immorality so great as saying to Three Hundred Million now in slavery in “The Matrix” program of The Federal Reserve System, “Give up your dreams of freedom because to save our own skin, we are willing to make a deal with your slave masters.” Alexander Hamilton said, “A nation which can prefer disgrace to danger is prepared for a master, and deserves one.” Let’s set the record straight. There is no argument over the choice between peace and war, but there is only one guaranteed way you can have peace–and you can have it in the next second–surrender.

Admittedly there is a risk in any course we follow other than this, but every lesson in history tells us that the greater risk lies in appeasement, and this is the specter our well-meaning liberal friends refuse to face–that their policy of accommodation is appeasement, and it gives no choice between peace and war, only between fight and surrender. If we continue to accommodate, continue to back and retreat, eventually we have to face the final demand–the ultimatum. And what then? When Barack Obama has told his people he knows what our answer will be? He has told them that we are retreating under the pressure of high energy costs and taxation that he and his cohorts such as Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi, Congressman Steve Kagen, Senator Harry Reid, Senator Herbert Kohl and the majority of the Democrats have chained us with, and someday when the time comes to deliver the ultimatum, our surrender will be voluntary because by that time we will have weakened from within spiritually, morally, and economically. He believes this because from our side he has heard voices pleading for “peace at any price” or “better Red than dead,” or as one commentator put it, he would rather “live on his knees than die on his feet.” And therein lies the road to war, because those voices don’t speak for the rest of us. You and I know and do not believe that life is so dear and peace so sweet as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery. If nothing in life is worth dying for, when did this begin–just in the face of this enemy? Or should Moses have told the children of Israel to live in slavery under the pharaohs? Should Christ have refused the cross? Should the patriots at Concord Bridge have thrown down their guns and refused to fire the shot heard ’round the world? The martyrs of history were not fools, and our honored dead who gave their lives to stop the advance of the Nazis didn’t die in vain. Where, then, is the road to peace? Well, it’s a simple answer after all.

You and I have the courage to say to our enemies, “There is a price we will not pay.” There is a point beyond which they must not advance. This is the meaning in the phrase of “peace through individual strength.” Winston Churchill said that “the destiny of man is not measured by material computation. When great forces, like the privately held Federal Reserve Corporation, are on the move in the world, we learn we are spirits–not animals.” And he said, “There is something going on in time and space, and beyond time and space, which, whether we like it or not, spells duty.”

You and I have a rendezvous with destiny. We will preserve for our children this, the last best hope of man on Earth, or we will sentence them to take the last step into a thousand years of darkness.

We will keep in mind and remember that divine providence and faith in the creator who has bestowed us with certain unalienable rights stands with us in defiance of those who would rob us of what we have been bequeathed.

We must get back control over our Government before we lose the last remaining remnants of our freedom (from Government and massive debilitating taxation).

I have predicted this national financial crisis for 2 years. We know that while all the reasons for the financial crisis that we have heard, like sub-prime mortgages and bad loans, are valid we also know that the foundational essence causing these is the fact that the Federal Government has behaved and engaged in unconstitutional actions since the inception of The Federal Reserve Act of 1913, which has resulted in a usurpation of freedom and our power over government. This tyranny and despotism in the hands of both houses of the U.S. Congress has got to come to an end.

This afternoon this harmless ol’Capt Karl attempted to contract Senator Russ Feingold’s office with regards to the House letting the offshore oil and gas ban expire. I started to ask what the Senator’s position was on this matter and if he and the rest of the Senate were going to do the same. After looking up the information they have on me in their computer database, the staffer hung up on me. When I redialed the phone just rang and rang and was not picked up.

Is this the type of representation that we want here in Wisconsin? The silence over the phone from Feingold’s office is deafening folks. Now you know their position with regards to the price of gas, diesel, electricity, fuel, and even food. They want it up high. And, if that wasn’t bad enough, they don’t even feel the responsibility to listen to what I have to say with regards to how important it is to lower our gasoline and utility bill costs.

Senator Russ Feingold just does not care about us. I wonder what he and/or his staff would have done if somebody new, conservative and CONSTITUTIONAL was running against him this election period?

I received the following letter from Senator Herbert Kohl (D-WI) in response to my e-mail asking him to allow the exploration for Oil and Gas in all areas possible, because the U.S. has Trillions of Barrels of oil resources

I received the following letter from Senator Herbert Kohl (D-WI) in response to my e-mail asking him to allow the exploration for Oil and Gas in all areas possible, because the U.S. has Trillions of Barrels of oil resources (see other posts on this site) to be completely energy independent and lower the price of gasoline and energy to where it was 2 – 4 years ago and the cost to our families and the hardship is too much to bear. I pleaded with him, in my e-mail, to open up ANWR, the oceans around our country and the thousands of square miles of federal lands to exploration and production of oil. I also requested that he clear the way of Government red tape and expense for companies to build several refineries so that we could afford to live. Read his reply, below, for yourself and access if he gives a damn about us.

Basically, as you can see for yourself in the copy of his letter below, he doesn’t care how expensive it gets or how bad we are hurt. Sure, he Feingold and the rest of both houses of Congress will just vote themselves raises for the extra cost for energy and all products we need to buy for life, so that we not only pay for the increased prices on all products and gasoline that we need to live but than we will also be ‘forced’ by the IRS Agents to pay for their increased costs as well. Such a deal! Are we getting mad as hell yet?

We all need to act! We honestly should be demonstrating in the streets. The Congress does not care if we loose our homes or can not afford to buy food. Herbert Kohl doesn’t care. Russ Feingold doesn’t care. Dave Obey doesn’t care. Steve Kagen doesn’t care. All four of these Congressmen are Democrats. All four of them sent me similar letters or worse. How long are we going to take this abuse? All they have to do is legalize the exploration and drilling for oil and gas and the prices, according to an expert commodities trader on the Rush Limbaugh program today, will come down about $30.00 – $35.00 a barrel.

Here is Senator Kohls e-mail back to me:

Thank you for taking the time to contact me. I value the correspondence I get from people in Wisconsin, and I welcome this opportunity to address your concerns.

Our national wildlife refuges were created in 1903 and later expanded by the Roosevelt administration. Today, our national refuges are threatened because of several laws passed in the 1960s that allowed “secondary activities” on refuges, including oil and gas drilling, timber harvesting, grazing, farming and commercial fishing.

I have been very active in protecting this pristine wilderness from drilling in the past. Most recently on May 13, 2008, Senator Mitch McConnell (R-KY) introduced an amendment to S. 2284, the Flood Insurance Reform and Modernization Act of 2007, which would have allowed for drilling in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR) and off the coasts of the United States. I voted against this proposal and the amendment failed by a vote of

42 to 56.

Additionally, I co-sponsored Senator Lieberman’s (I-CT) bill, S. 2316, which was introduced on November 7, 2007 that would designate a portion of the ANWR as a wilderness, placing a permanent ban on development. S. 2316 has been referred to the Committee on Environment and Public Works, of which I am not a member.

Please be assured I continue to support any further efforts to protect the valuable natural resources of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. I oppose drilling for oil and gas in the ANWR because of the irreparable damage that would be done to its fragile ecosystem. I do not believe short-term economic considerations should take precedence over the health of the environment. In addition, it is clear that drilling in ANWR will not provide enough domestic oil supply to minimize the control that OPEC has on the petroleum market.

Even in these trying times, insulating ourselves from the world prices of oil will not come from increasing domestic production. We cannot drill ourselves out of our oil dependency, there is simply not enough oil within our borders. However, the U.S. can reduce its vulnerability to oil price shocks by decreasing its demand for oil altogether. The way to ease the impact of high oil prices on consumers is to give consumers tools to reduce their demand for oil. Prolonging our nation’s dependence on oil will continue to place our economic security at risk. Instead, I believe this debate should focus on alternative energy sources, for the economic and environmental health of our nation.

Again, thank you for contacting me. I appreciate knowing your thoughts on this important issue.

Sincerely,

Herb Kohl

U.S. Senator
