3.) That the money the participants elected to put 
into the Program would be deductible from 
their income for tax purposes each year,

4.) That the money the participants put into the 
independent ‘Trust Fund’ rather than into the 
general operating fund, and therefore, would 
only be used to fund the Social Security 
Retirement Program, and no other 
Government program, and,

Michael Hilton of American Police Force

We have been watching with fascination the story out of Montana about a mysterious security company called American Police Force that was slated to take over operation of a never-used jail in the town of Hardin.

Earlier postings noted some of the twists and turns, including word that one of the front men for the APF, Michael Hilton, had a criminal record in California, that the company had changed its name to American Private Police Force, that one company SUV showed up bearing a decal that said “City of Hardin Police Department. ”

Equally interesting, no one seemed to be able to say what the company would be doing at the jail or, where it would get prisoners to fill it. All of which was enough to prod the Montana attorney general to begin looking into the deal.

Now it appears that the whole thing is unraveling. Greg Smith, the executive director of Two Rivers Authority, the Hardin economic development arm that signed the original deal, has now resigned reports the Billings Gazette. No reason was given for his departure. The TRA lawyer who structured the deal is also being replaced.
 
“We won’t move forward,” says Gary Arneson, president of the TRA, which owns the jail. “I don’t think any of us want to be on the chopping block.”

In another twist, the AP reports that an international security executive that local officials were told would run the jail, says that’s not true, that he only had cursory conversations with Hilton about the position.

As for Hilton, the the San Jose Mercury News reports that a California judge has ordered him to appear in court later this month over an outstanding judgment in a fraud lawsuit. Stay tuned.

WAKE  UP AND  SMELL THE   green “hybrid” of  SOCIALISM,  COMMUNISM,  AND   FASCISIM  people!  How long are you going to take living on only 20% of your earnings?  You better think about that, because in less than two years that will be the reality, unless you decide to talk about these things with your neighbors, friends, family, relatives and whenever you venture out of your home with everyone you meet.  And learn what the Declaration of Independence and The Constitution of the United (but independent and sovereign) States of America says.

Do you suppose that this American Police Force of professional highly trained mercenaries might be the ones who train our 18 – 25 year old children conscripts who are soon being compelled by the U.S. Government to join the Civilian National Security Force?  You children, after and with continued indoctrination of “green” Socialist, Communist, Fascist, multicultural, politically correct Obamasonian ways may well find themselves going to Fort Hardin for training one of these days in the very near future.  How else will our Government and the IRS be able to collect this level of income and other taxes on the average common American and keep us under CONTROL?

If you are just beginning to wake up with regards to all of this I would highly recommend that you start learning about all of these things that are directly impacting your life, employment, and personal financial affairs by reading all of the articles on this blog.  If you are just beginning to realize the seriousness of what is happening, you have a lot of catching up to do.  I have been researching these things and the associated economics resultant from incremental Constitutional contempt by both houses of the U.S. Congress, several Administrations and even the Judicial branch, of both political parties, of the U.S. Government, that has been occurring since 1913, for about 26 years now.  These tyrants and scofflaws have really put us in a bind.  But, there is a solution.  Unfortunately the medicine is going to be very bitter and result in about five years of financial horror because we MUST allow The MATRIX, our economy that only exists in our minds our prison formed by The Federal Reserve and our U.S. Government, so that we can be truly free and thereby rebuild our economy through hard work using real AMERICAN money, gold and silver coin as per the LAW in The Constitution under Article 1 Section 8, and not FEDERAL RESERVE “NOTES”.

Perhaps the APPF is just a screwup by a con-man?

The Constitutional scofflaws in the U.S. Government are building power, people.  Why do you think that they are ignoring so many Thousands on top of Thousands of people screaming STOP across America?  They are going to, eventually and imminently, take everybodies personal health insurance program away by making it impossible for health insurance companies to exist.  How can any company compete against a company that can steal money from hundreds of millions of people in the form of taxes, and if that isn’t enough they just have their personal “private” company, called The Federal Reserve, print more?

Nationalized / Socialized / Universal Medicine will be the final nail in the coffin of freedom, individual privacy, individual rights and individual prosperity.

And, now they are going to try to pass what will eventually lead to Government run, Nationalized Health Care?  Even in the face of $99 TRILLION in UNFUNDED liabilities of Social Security and Medicare?  THIS   IS   MADNESS ! ! ! ! !

And, this is also one of the reasons why Obama is building a huge Civilian Defense Force with our children conscripted to enter this “Defense Force” to “serve” between the ages of 18 and 25.  This force will be utilized to control us as poverty sets in and we are all force MARCHED TO THE inner core of major cities where they can “control” our “Carbon Footprint” easier and where they can “control” us easier.  They will say they are doing it to provide a roof over our head, food, and a job.  It is apart of the plan for the one world U.N. style welfare BIG BROTHER police State.  Can they “Behavior Modify” our minds has they have been since the 1950s bringing us to tear apart our families to where we don’t even eat meals together anymore and even get some of us to reject God?

It is quite evident that The American People are demanding that The Federal Government return to obeying ALL THE LAWS that are imposed upon them in The Constitution of the United (but INDEPENDENT and SOVEREIGN) States of America, word for word to the FULLEST EXTENT down to the intent and spirit of the LAW as it was written, established and ordained BY US on them.

Our fellow countrymen are learning what we all should have been taught in school.  That there are ONLY SEVENTEEN powers that we ‘borrowed’ our authority, that we were given by God, for the ‘privilege’ of handling for us.  We are beginning to understand why our founders wrote this list of ONLY Seventeen items for the U.S. Government to do and the rest was to be done by the individual, independent, sovereign States or by the people.

If these LAWS were to be fully OBEYED by our Government it would shrink by 4/5ths and the result would be prosperity for the vast majority of our average common working men and women because TRILLIONS on TOP of Trillions of Dollars worth would remain in our hands and in our economy.  And, according to the same document of LAW, The Constitution, our money would return back to gold or silver coin and/or bullion as we wrote in Our Constitution on Government.

We have learned how The Constitution is the answer to our national financial problem and, thereby,  ultimately We The People are the answer to the problem that a scofflaw U.S. Government has created using our own money against us.  We The People MUST ENFORCE our LAWS on ALL THREE BRANCHES of the U.S. Government, word for word.

Subject: Advertising on the Glenn Beck TV program

 Dear Dan:

My family and I are avid viewers of the Glenn Beck TV program on Fox News. 

 It has come to our attention that Sprint has dropped advertising on Mr. Beck’s program due to a relatively small number of left leaning “organized“ political activists that have contacted your firm.

 I would like to point out that Mr. Beck has MILLIONS of TV viewers every single night of the week.  His ratings are extremely high and growing at an unprecedented rate.

 My family and I would respectfully request that your firm resume advertising on the program which, due to the millions of supporting viewers, would result in a tremendous benefit for Sprint as well.

 Please reply with an answer as to when your advertising will resume so we know when we can utilize Sprint products in good conscience.

So much for the crystal ball.

In a report next week, the Obama administration will increase its 10-year budget deficit projection to roughly $9 trillion, an increase of about $2 trillion from the previous projection, an official at the Office of Management and Budget told FOX News.

The 2010-2019 cumulative deficit projection replaces the administration’s previous estimate of $7.108 trillion.

The official said the prolonged recession and the ensuing decline in federal revenue prompted a recalibration of the deficit numbers. The numbers also reflect a projection that post-recession economic growth may not be as robust as after previous recessions, the official said.

Budget projections are rarely static. As economic conditions change, so do the estimates.

The White House also plans to announce this year’s federal deficit will end up about $262 billion less than officials had predicted earlier this year — in part because the administration has provided less aid than expected to Wall Street.

The federal deficit this year will total $1.58 trillion, a senior White House official told the Associated Press late Wednesday. That’s three times more red ink than last year. The official spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss the report before its release next Tuesday while President Obama will be on vacation in Massachusetts.

The nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office is expected to release its mid-session review the same day. It estimated in June a one-year deficit of $1.825 trillion.

The report for the budget year that ends Sept. 30 also will predict Washington to spend $3.653 trillion this year, the official said. Revenue, however, would reach only $2.074 trillion.

“Whether it’s $1.6 trillion or $1.8 trillion, it’s pretty bad,” said Robert Bixby, executive director of the bipartisan fiscal watchdog The Concord Coalition. “I hope no one tries to spin that as good news.”

The midsummer report was supposed to have been released in mid-July, but was delayed, leading to speculation the White House was delaying the bad news until Congress left on an August recess. Other administrations delayed releasing their versions of this report during their first year.

Obama’s budget had included a $250 billion placeholder for a second bailout of the nation’s troubled banks, but he did not ask Congress for it amid concerns the administration was spending too heavily. The administration also had anticipated more banks failing, but the survival of most banks saved billions for Washington.

The report comes during a rough patch for Obama’s presidency. The rancor surrounding the Democrats’ proposed health care overhaul came during a monthlong break when much of Washington is in a lull.

The administration earlier this year predicted that unemployment would peak at about 9 percent without a big stimulus package and 8 percent with one. Congress did pass a $787 billion two-year stimulus measure, yet unemployment soared to 9.4 percent in July and appears headed for double digits. Most of that stimulus will occur in the coming fiscal year.

The nation’s debt now stands at $11.7 trillion. In the scheme of things, that’s more important than talking about the deficit, which only looks at a one-year slice of bookkeeping and ignores previous debt that is still outstanding.

Just think if all our fellow countrymen would have been able to sock away all of the FICA and Medicare deductions stolen from our paychecks.  And, isn’t it easy to “forget” about the other half that our employers gave to the U.S. Government in employment S.S. and Medicare taxes, that would have been on our paychecks for all those YEARS or Decades that we worked? That is called the invisible tax for it is not even recorded on your paystub.

Just think of the retirement we all could have had if we could have saved and invested that money for our own retirements.  It is mind boggling when you add up the FICA and Medicare Withholding plus the “mandatory” equal employer contribution that was really taken away from our earnings for all those years. 

And now Social Security and Medicare are well over $90 Trillion Dollars in UNFUNDED liabilities over the infinite horizon.  The Government has no choice but to increase our withholding taxes to 80% of our earnings JUST FOR SOCIAL SECURITY AND MEDICARE not even considering EVERYTHING else our despotic Government does.  Such an unconscionable and Constitutionally contemptuous crime, in my opinion, perpetrated on all Americans for generations and our posterity, should be punishable by death by hanging;  As such is Constitutionally akin to treason and utter tyranny, I mean it.  At the very least tar and feathers are certainly in order.  Don’t bother asking if I am kidding.  All of this malfeasance and heinous criminal activity in robbery of generations as a result of a total disregard for the SEVENTEEN powers authorized by We The People as “listed” in The Constitution.

And Congress shall be hearing from all of us soon!  www.GiveMeLiberty.org  – - This organization has the ONLY peaceful way using the canons of LAW in The Constitution to resolve the vast majority of our problems.  Keep in mind, however, none of us are going to escape the collapse of The MATRIX.  But five years or so of hardship, choosing freedom over Socialism/Communism/Fascism “hybrid” that Obama is going to offer as an “ultimatum” in the near future as a way to soften the payment for our civic irresponsibility to “talk” about politics ALL THE TIME with our fellow countrymen where ever we go to stay informed and to ENFORCE the LAW on our public Servants is a small price for the future of decades, perhaps millennia, of INDIVIDUAL sovereign freedom, liberty and prosperity for our posterity.

You and I have a rendezvous with destiny.
