Just 12 months after voting by a 53-47 margin to put Barack Obama in the White House, only 43 percent of voters today would re-elect him, according to a new Zogby Internaional–O’Leary Report Poll.

“Most voters don’t trust the president on the number one issue of the day: job creation. On top of that, a surprising plurality of voters, and Independent voters in particular, don’t side with President Obama on the number one issue to him: whether or not he should be president,” said Brad O’Leary, a former NBC Westwood One talk show host and publisher of the O’Leary Report.

He’s also written “Shut Up America: The End of Free Speech.”

The pollsters on Nov. 10-12 surveyed 2,879 Americans who had voted in the 2008 presidential election. The results have a margin of error of plus-or-minus 1.9 percent.

The poll asked: If the presidential election were held next month, would you vote to re-elect President Obama or would it be time for someone new in the White House?

The poll showed only 43 percent of Americans who voted in the 2008 presidential election say they would vote to re-elect Obama – a reduction by 10 percent in the votes Obama received on election day last year.

Forty-five percent say they want someone new to be president. Eleven percent say that their vote for or against Obama would depend on who is running against him, and 1 percent are not sure.

Significantly, the poll revealed that only 37 percent of independent voters would vote to re-elect Obama. Forty-six percent say they would like to see someone new. Seventeen percent said they would want to know the opposition first.

Additionally, the poll asked: Please tell me how much you trust the Obama administration to pass federal legislation to create jobs in 2010?

“Not at all” was the response from 42 percent of the voters. Another 11 percent said they do not trust Obama “much.” Only about 1 voter in four said they trusted the president “very much,” and 18 percent admitted they trusted him “somewhat.”

“President Obama’s popularity with the voting public has been eroding for some time, but these numbers really drive home

the point,” O’Leary said.

WND reported only weeks ago a majority of Americans also are alarmed over attempts by the White House to stifle dissent or suppress free speech.

On this single day, citizens from Ohio to Texas will take a unified stand against big government.

New Digital Download Tax 

On October 1, Wisconsin began taxing downloads from the internet for the first time in state history.  This 5 percent sales tax does not include local or stadium taxes.  This tax is estimated to take $11 million from individual’s wallets and put it in the hands of government.  It was passed in the budget repair bill February of this year. 

Wisconsin is one of less than half of the states in the nation that have a digital download tax.  Some states even ban digital downloads from taxation altogether.  Read more about Wisconsin’s tax climate in the October 1 edition of Nygren’s Notes.

Companies offering downloads online will be required to collect this tax and remit it to the Wisconsin Department of Revenue.  To read more about this tax use this link to the Department’s Digital Goods publication.

This tax is part of the $4.5 billion in tax and fee increases passed by the Democrats this year and will feed the over 6 percent increase in government spending passed this year as well.

I pledge to get my sleeping American to the range, so he can learn to shoot. I pledge I will reach out to my friend, my coworker, my relative, my neighbor, to wake up their sleeping American. I pledge I will do whatever it takes to help my friends, my coworkers, my relatives learn to shoot as Riflemen, to preserve our tradition of marksmanship for future generations. I pledge as a rifleman to get active in passing the great American tradition of the rifleman on to others. I pledge to persist, to not give up, to be in this for the duration, to adopt as my motto “Never Give Up!” I pledge to plant seeds of marksmanship and the heritage of the Founders whenever and wherever I can, understanding I may never know the results. (Best way to do this: persist until you become a rifleman, then sign on as an RWVA Appleseed Instructor.) I pledge to form a rifleman club and to build a range, if necessary. I pledge that I understand I cannot do it all myself, nice as that would be, but that I will need help, and I will get that help by enlisting others to help bail the sinking ship. Along the way, you not only become a rifleman, you soon start teaching others to be riflemen. How sweet is that? Believe me, offer this deal to the boys back in 1775 and there’d be no hesitation. Hm-m-m-m-h, let’s see, an 8-yr bloody war, home burned, sleep out in the rain and mud, lose 50-60 pounds on bad rations (OK, this one is good, right?), watch your friends die of “fever” and British ball and bayonet – or go to the range, and shoot with some friends? Tough one, Fred! Let me think it over. Tick…Tock…Tick…Tock…Tick… Just don’t think too long, friend. Tempus is fugiting. Now, let’s look at this project from a different point of view: We’re not asking you for any money. Keep that thirty-five bucks a year that might be dues, and put it into shooting. We are not asking for your name, or you to go on a list – anxious as most freedom-loving Americans are to be defiantly on that list. All we want is your commitment. Your resolve, the resolve to carry out your part of the program. To learn to shoot, to shoot with friends, to make more friends — all of them awakened Americans — can you get better friends? Vote and write a few ‘one-minute’ letters to reps (this prob the only ‘onerous’ part), maybe form a club and get a range going. And to persist. To persist in not only becoming a rifleman, but in passing the heritage and the skill on to others. To persist until the end of your life. So you can look back, on your lonely deathbed, and take as one bright ray in your life your faithfulness. To the cause of Liberty. So your last breath can whisper “Semper fidelis…” You are right: Fred cannot save America. But this plan can. But only if you ‘take the pledge’. It costs nothing, unless you chip in for a range. Most of it is fun. Can you do it? If you do it, we will save America. If you don’t do it, we won’t. The Founders of the Nation are watching…..will they be disappointed by your decision?

Everybody—somewhere between the ages 18 and 25—will serve three months of basic training and understanding in a kind of civil defense. That universal sense of service—somewhere between the ages of 18 and 25—will give Americans, once again, a sense of what they are to be American and their contribution to a country and a common experience.“   [Emphasis added]

Starting in 1933 with FDR’s Civilian Conservation Corps, progressive Democrats have had a long history of promoting the idea of “National Service” in this country. Barack Obama continued that tradition during his campaign with proposals for one hundred hours of community service in exchange for a $4,000 college tuition tax credits coupled with fifty hours per year of mandatory service to be demanded from every middle and high school student. While this particular plan has yet to be implemented, on April 21, Obama did sign the Serve America Act which transfers six billion dollars of taxpayer money to the government’s Corporation for National and Community Service, to be used to expand the existing AmeriCorps organization, adding 175,000 additional people to the government payroll. He also signed a bill which takes the audacious step of redesignating September 11th as a “National Day of Service“!President Obama has stated:

And Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel has said:

And notice that Emanuel’s plan is not just for training, but for understanding, which can only mean indoctrination into the government’s view of what it means to be a “good and useful citizen”!

These quotes, along with the actions of this administration, make it very clear that Barack Obama believes that the citizens of America owe a duty to their country, and that they should be compelled to meet this obligation through mandatory service. This is nothing less than a push to make every citizen and indentured servant to the state, which of course, inverts the proper relationship of the government and its citizenry while violating the Thirteenth Amendment.

United We Slave

While working to push mandatory service legislation through Congress, the White House has created an organization called United We Serve, which acts as a clearinghouse for initiatives all across the country where individuals can volunteer for public service in their communities.Now, if this were an activity undertaken by a private organization, there would be nothing wrong with publicizing such opportunities and allowing people to freely volunteer their time, effort or money to promote actions which they judged to be beneficial and were therefore eager to support. But the government is not like any other private organization. It is a repository and instrument of force. While we may freely choose whether or not to associate with any given private organization without fear of reprisal, the government operates through coercion, compelling us to follow its mandates under the threat of fines or incarceration, and it is this simple fact which renders the government’s involvement in promoting activities like these wholy inappropriate.

It might be argued that, in and of itself, United We Serve appears to be completely benign, without a hint of threat or coercion associated with any of the activities being promoted, — but this is not true. The implication of force always accompanies any governmental action. We already know from this administration’s own statements that it desires to make national service a requirement of citizenship, so an organization such as this, which uses public funds to register information on all “projects”, and aids in matching “volunteers” to those projects, can easily be seen as just a first step towards the ultimate goal of mandating participation from all citizens in the future.

But don’t take my word for it. Many of Obama’s Hollywood supporters understand exactly what the President requires of them. For example, in this video ad, Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore make it all explicit when they:

Now, some might argue that these are just a few actors who have completely misinterpreted the President’s meaning. So instead, let’s look at what the administration is proposings in its own words. In preparation for Obama’s September 8th speech to school children all across the country, the government originally made the following “suggestions” to teachers of pre-K through sixth grade, to have the students:

In response to the public outcry at such blatant tactics of indoctrination, these guidelines were changed, but the intent and the message is clear. Students, too young to fully grasp the principles involved, are being subtly encouraged to see themselves as subservient to the President and to learn to place the government’s desires or society’s goals ahead of their own. With the release of the text of his speech to students, we see this mind-set in action:

So, the message to the students is that they should stay in school and study hard, not strictly for the benefits of creating more opportunities and achieving a better life for themselves, but principally so that they can become good, productive citizens and contribute to solving the countries myriad problems.

 

“Don’t let your country down!   Meet your obligation and commit to serving the common good.” This is not the credo of freedom, but instead a call to slavery.

Individualism versus Self-Sacrifice

That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just Powers from the consent of the governed …“   [Emphasis added]
  To create a society where free people may pursue their own individual goals and dreams—in other words, their happiness—while living in peace and harmony with others.

What is insidious about the push for National Service is how it so totally violates the concept of individualism, which is the bedrock principle underlying the U.S. Constitution. The purpose of the Constitution was to: (1) recognize the unalienable rights of each individual; (2) establish a governmental framework for protecting those rights; and (3) place strict limits on the power and scope of government so that it could not abuse its mandate and itself become an instrument for the violation of individuals’ rights. As the Declaration of Independence states: 

This statement very clearly established the hierarchical relationship between a citizen and their government. The existence of the rights of the individual, and the need to protect those rights, are the sole justification for the creation of government. A government is not a sovereign entity with any inherent rights or privileges of its own, but instead, only acquires it legitimacy from the voluntary consent of its citizens, and only insofar as it adheres to its constitutionally prescribed function of protecting its citizen’s rights. The existence of government is not an end we strive for, but simply a means to a different end:

 

Barack Obama’s incessant call for sacrifice by US citizens is an affront to the Constitution. Free individuals are not a resource to be called upon to serve at the behest of the President for the government’s grand designs. Instead, it is the government, which has been instituted for the explicit purpose of serving the needs of its citizens in protecting their rights. By elevating the purpose and value of “government” or “society” above that of the the citizen, Obama perverts the fundamental principle of the Constitution, substituting collectivism in place of individualism.

 

The Morality of Altruism

Individuals are turned into sacrificial animals, only by accepting the moral code of altruism, which is defined as: 

Only by first convincing someone that their personal hopes, dreams, desires, feelings, goals and lives are of less importance when compared to those of another person, group, or even possibly to an abstract ideal, do you prepare them for slavery and sacrifice. Growing up in Soviet Russia during the aftermath of its revolution, the philosopher, Ayn Rand, watched first hand as the morality of altruism played itself out, writ large across an entire country’s population. The lesson she learned was that altruistic dogma applied only to those destined to be ruled by an elite leadership that was not subject to the same standards. Or as the character Ellsworth Toohey from The Fountainhead puts it, when asked by Peter Keating as to what he is really after:

 

Can you hear the voice of our politicians in these words?

When you read the phrase:

 

isn’t it ominously suggestive of the video by Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore, pledging to be servants to the President and all mankind?

While the concept of National Service is particularly vicious, it is only one program of many that the government imposes, or attempts to impose, upon us under the justification of self-sacrifice and service to others. All social programs that declare that some individual or group is entitled to goods and services by right, also involve some other party that is then made responsible for providing those goods and services at their expense. Some of these include:

 

Each recipient benefiting from these programs abdicates responsibility for their own life and casts themselves into the role of ward of the state. And, for each of these government programs to operate, other individuals are required to work, producing value in the marketplace, only to have the product of their labor taken from them by force and redistributed to “the wards” against their will, while receiving no direct benefit themselves. The proper term for this arrangement is slavery.

It is the morality of altruism that makes all of this possible, and it is altruism that must be stopped.

  In other words, you are stating that you are neither a ward nor a slave of the state.

This pledge, which one makes to oneself, is an expression of individualism, and a Personal Declaration of Independence from the shackles of both society and the state.

The first half of the pledge is a recognition that no others have a claim, by right, to your life, whether they be an individual, a group, or the government, and you assert your freedom and independence.

The second half of the pledge indicates a recognition that you are a self-sufficient adult, prepared to take responsibility for the conduct of your own life, and, respecting the rights of others, you have no intention of forcing them to fulfill that responsibility for you.

Congressman Patrick Kennedy (D) RI has stepped up the anti-ObamaCare-people-are-violent-and-must-be-stopped rhetoric, saying “Some people can see through TV ratings and right-wing talk show hosts that just try to create some theater, but unfortunately, there are some that can’t see through it. And that’s the danger in it.”

Now Patrick is another Kennedy clan member that thinks you are too dumb to make up your own mind. These attacks reveal desperation by Democrats and cover up the plain truth of the Bill.

Let me explain. In 1993, the new Clinton administration was itself dead set on ramming through their OWN version of socialized medicine — what came to be known as “HillaryCare” since Hillary Clinton was leading the public charge for it. The Democrats had the votes to pass it right through — they controlled Congress AND the presidency. The American people were about to be FORCED to swallow this bitter pill of socialism.

Sound familiar?

So what happened to STOP them? Something incredibly simple — because it exposed the incredibly complicated web of details of the proposed plan.

What stopped “HillaryCare”… was a CHART.

You read that right. A government takeover of healthcare was moving on a fast track to passage… and then GOP Representatives and Senators took to the floors of Congress and made speeches, using a chart to show the tangled maze of new bureaucracies that the plan would create, and which would bury average Americans with a tsunami of government regulations.

That chart, created by Former House Majority Leader Dick Armey and his staff, was captioned “Simplicity Defined.” Sen. Arlen Specter (a Republican back then) displayed the chart in the Senate, and on Larry King Live in 1995 he declared, “I was one of the leaders in the Senate that defeated [Clinton's] health care plan. You might remember my chart… which showed what a tax and spend policy it was.”

One of Hillary Clinton’s comments after the defeat of HillaryCare was, “We never overcame the chart.” Sen. Bob Dole showcased the memorable spaghetti-like visualization during his 1994 response to President Clinton’s State of the Union address, and it was a powerful warning against the sales pitch that preceded it.

In 1993, the radical Left’s attempt to force a government takeover of healthcare in America was defeated by a CHART. Now, in 2009, we can defeat the new attempt from the Left… with a NEW chart, full of the socialistic, bureaucratic mess of a maze that is “ObamaCare.” But to do that, we need to FORCE Congress to LOOK at it — and we need YOUR help to do that!

As reported in National Review, “When it became clear that another effort would be made at overhauling the nation’s health-care system, House Minority Leader John Boehner and other Republicans asked the Joint Economic Committee to draw up another chart, depicting how the system would work under House Democrats’ draft legislation. Each staff economist was directed to go through the bill, spotlighting new agencies, mandates, and regulations. Then the bill was dissected a second time, line by line, to ensure that all the parts were accurately represented.”

It was Rep. Kevin Brady and the GOP staff of the Joint Economic Committee who finally charted the byzantine health care structure that would be established by the House Democrats’ version of the ObamaCare bill. Needless to say, this “panorama of jelly beans on top of a computer’s circuit board” isn’t pretty; to the average American, it looks like a maze that they’ll have to navigate before receiving medical care. AND IT IS — the parts in white already exist, and the colored boxes are the new entities, offices, requirements, reports, and subsidies the Democrats’ bill would create.

THIS IS THE SILVER BULLET THAT CAN KILL THE OBAMACARE BEAST!

In recent weeks, we’ve begun to see this new chart appear on the floor of the House of Representatives. Rep. Steve King (R-IA) refers to the old HillaryCare chart regularly in his floor statements, declaring that it “hung on the office in my construction office throughout that entire decade and probably past the change of the millennium. It hung there because it scared the living daylights out of me, as an employer who was providing health insurance for my employees and, of course, my family as well… [This chart] sunk HillaryCare, because the people in this country did not want to create all of this bureaucracy and give all of this control and authority over to the government.”

Rep. King is correct — that chart DID sink HillaryCare. But that chart looks TAME compared to what Obama, Pelosi and Reid are now proposing — which is why the NEW chart could sink ObamaCare even FASTER than was done before… IF we can force every Member of Congress to LOOK at it!

How can we be sure that this chart can be the turning point in killing off the far Left’s latest attempt at socialized healthcare? Because even THEY are trying to keep it hidden!

According to the Congressional newspaper Roll Call, the Democrats are so spooked by the idea that their constituents might learn some of the details of their health care plan that they are trying to block Republican Congressmen from mailing out the chart!

You read that right! According to reports, “Democrats are preventing Republican House Members from sending their constituents a mailing that is critical of the majority’s health care reform plan, blocking the mailing by alleging that it is inaccurate.” And as Rep. Brady has responded, “The chart reveals how their health care bureaucracy works, and people are frightened by it… So this is their effort to try and discredit” the chart. “Hiding the truth about wildly unpopular policies is a Democrat specialty,” said one GOP aide. “I’d like to see the flow chart on how Speaker [Nancy] Pelosi plans on implementing the open and transparent government she keeps promising everyone.”

Don’t hold your breath. Once again, the Democrats are using their majority power like they’re dictators, trying to keep the TRUTH from the American people and their Representatives in Congress. We MUST not let them succeed! That’s why we’ve set up our site to enable you to send “blast faxes” to every single Senator and Representative on Capitol Hill, demanding that they read every line of the ObamaCare bill, look at every single detail exposed by this new chart, and KILL this new attempt at a government takeover of American healthcare!

David Crockett

My paternal ancestors settled in East Tennessee about 10 years before it was admitted to the Union (1796). Not far from where they settled lived a fellow who was the region’s most famous frontiersman.

David Crockett was his name.

He has been immortalized as a folk hero, known for his battles with the Red Stick Creek Indians under Andrew Jackson, and his last stand at the Alamo with fellow Patriots James Bowie from Kentucky and William Travis from South Carolina.

Crockett battled the Creek side-by-side with fellow Tennessean Sam Houston, but both men were friends to the Cherokee clans, which were composed of highly civilized native peoples living in the border regions between Tennessee and North Carolina.

At the end of his formal service as a soldier, he was elected Lieutenant Colonel of the Tennessee Militia.

Crockett is less known for the several terms he served in Congress between 1827 and 1835 during the presidency of his old commander, Andrew Jackson. Crockett’s friend, Sam Houston, had been elected governor of Tennessee. (Houston, who would later become governor of Texas, is the only American in history to serve as governor of two states.)

Though he had little formal education, Crockett exuded a commanding presence and was feared, if not loathed, by his more refined congressional colleagues for his backwoods rhetoric.

In one of his more legendary orations, Crockett proclaimed: “Mr. Speaker … the gentleman from Massachusetts [Mr. Everett] talks of summing up the merits of the question, but I’ll sum up my own. In one word I’m a screamer, and have got the roughest racking horse, the prettiest sister, the surest rifle and the ugliest dog in the district. I’m a leetle the savagest crittur you ever did see. My father can whip any man in Kentucky, and I can lick my father. I can out-speak any man on this floor, and give him two hours start. I can run faster, dive deeper, stay longer under, and come out drier, than any chap this side the big Swamp. I can outlook a panther and outstare a flash of lightning, tote a steamboat on my back and play at rough and tumble with a lion, and an occasional kick from a zebra.”

Crockett continued, “I can take the rag off — frighten the old folks — astonish the natives — and beat the Dutch all to smash, make nothing of sleeping under a blanket of snow and don’t mind being frozen more than a rotten apple. I can walk like an ox, run like a fox, swim like an eel, yell like an Indian, fight like a devil, spout like an earthquake, make love like a mad bull, and swallow a Mexican whole without choking if you butter his head and pin his ears back.”

What I wouldn’t give to hear a tad more of that on the floor of the House these days!

Though his rhetoric may have been unorthodox, Crockett was a man of principle.

His fervent opposition to Andrew Jackson’s Indian Removal Act of 1830 (forcing removal of the peaceful Cherokee tribes along the infamous “Trail of Tears”) cost Crockett his congressional seat, but he declared, “I bark at no man’s bid. I will never come and go, and fetch and carry, at the whistle of the great man in the White House no matter who he is.”

But it was Crockett’s stalwart opposition to unconstitutional spending that is most worth noting given today’s congressional penchant for such spending in the trillions.

According to the Register of Debates for the House of Representatives, 20th Congress, 1st Session on April 2, 1828, Crocket stood to challenge the constitutionality of one of the earliest welfare spending bills.

While the exact text of his speech was not recorded in full (as that was not the practice of the time), the spirit of his words was captured years later under the heading “Not yours to give” in the book “The Life of Colonel David Crockett” by Edward Ellis.

Ellis wrote, “One day in the House of Representatives a bill was taken up appropriating money for the benefit of a widow of a distinguished naval officer. Several beautiful speeches had been made in its support. The Speaker was just about to put the question when Crockett arose…”

According to Ellis, Crockett said, “Mr. Speaker; I have as much respect for the memory of the deceased, and as much sympathy for the sufferings of the living, if suffering there be, as any man in this House, but we must not permit our respect for the dead or our sympathy for a part of the living to lead us into an act of injustice to the balance of the living. I will not go into an argument to prove that Congress has not the power to appropriate this money as an act of charity. Every member upon this floor knows it. We have the right, as individuals, to give away as much of our own money as we please in charity; but as members of Congress we have no right so to appropriate a dollar of the public money. Some eloquent appeals have been made to us upon the ground that it is a debt due the deceased. Mr. Speaker, the deceased lived long after the close of the war; he was in office to the day of his death, and I have never heard that the government was in arrears to him.

“Every man in this House knows it is not a debt. We cannot, without the grossest corruption, appropriate this money as the payment of a debt. We have not the semblance of authority to appropriate it as charity. Mr. Speaker, I have said we have the right to give as much money of our own as we please. I am the poorest man on this floor. I cannot vote for this bill, but I will give one week’s pay to the object, and if every member of Congress will do the same, it will amount to more than the bill asks.”

Though the measure was expected to receive unanimous support, after Crockett’s objection, it did not pass.

Be sure you are right…

Ellis recounts that Crocket was later asked by a friend why he had opposed the appropriation, and he replied: “Several years ago I was one evening standing on the steps of the Capitol with some other members of Congress, when our attention was attracted by a great light over in Georgetown. It was evidently a large fire. We jumped into a hack and drove over as fast as we could. In spite of all that could be done, many houses were burned and many families made houseless, and, besides, some of them had lost all but the clothes they had on. The weather was very cold, and when I saw so many women and children suffering, I felt that something ought to be done for them. The next morning a bill was introduced appropriating $20,000 for their relief. We put aside all other business and rushed it through as soon as it could be done.”

Crocket explained, “The next summer, when it began to be time to think about election, I concluded I would take a scout around among the boys of my district. I had no opposition there, but, as the election was some time off, I did not know what might turn up. When riding one day in a part of my district in which I was more of a stranger than any other, I saw a man in a field plowing and coming toward the road. I gauged my gait so that we should meet as he came to the fence. As he came up, I spoke to the man. He replied politely, but, as I thought, rather coldly.

“I began: ‘Well, friend, I am one of those unfortunate beings called candidates, and…”

His constituent interrupted, “Yes I know you; you are Colonel Crockett. I have seen you once before, and voted for you the last time you were elected. I suppose you are out electioneering now, but you had better not waste your time or mine, I shall not vote for you again.”

Crockett replied, “This was a sockdolager … I begged him to tell me what was the matter.”

The farmer said, “Well, Colonel, it is hardly worth-while to waste time or words upon it. I do not see how it can be mended, but you gave a vote last winter which shows that either you have not capacity to understand the Constitution, or that you are wanting in the honesty and firmness to be guided by it. In either case you are not the man to represent me. But I beg your pardon for expressing it in that way. I did not intend to avail myself of the privilege of the constituent to speak plainly to a candidate for the purpose of insulting or wounding you. I intend by it only to say that your understanding of the Constitution is very different from mine; and I will say to you what, but for my rudeness, I should not have said, that I believe you to be honest. But an understanding of the Constitution different from mine I cannot overlook, because the Constitution, to be worth anything, must be held sacred, and rigidly observed in all its provisions. The man who wields power and misinterprets it is the more dangerous the more honest he is.”

Crocket responded, “Well, my friend; I may as well own up. You have got me there. But certainly nobody will complain that a great and rich country like ours should give the insignificant sum of $20,000 to relieve its suffering women and children, particularly with a full and overflowing Treasury, and I am sure, if you had been there, you would have done just as I did.”

But the farmer fired back, “It is not the amount, Colonel, that I complain of; it is the principle. In the first place, the government ought to have in the Treasury no more than enough for its legitimate purposes. But that has nothing with the question. The power of collecting and disbursing money at pleasure is the most dangerous power that can be entrusted to man. … So you see, Colonel, you have violated the Constitution in what I consider a vital point. It is a precedent fraught with danger to the country, for when Congress once begins to stretch its power beyond the limits of the Constitution, there is no limit to it, and no security for the people.”

Thus, Crockett explained of his opposition to support the widow of that distinguished naval officer: “Now, sir, you know why I made that speech yesterday.”

Today, there are but a handful of Senate and House incumbents who dare support and defend the Constitution as Crockett did. But there are candidates emerging around the nation who, with our support, will deliver orations as brazen and eloquent, and stand firm behind those words.

“Using the budget reconciliation process to pass health reform and climate change legislation…would violate the intent and spirit of the budget process, and do serious injury to the constitutional role of the Senate.”

Further into the letter he wrote: 

The Founders Relied on the Senate to Carefully
Consider Before They Commit Us to a New Law

One of the key means by which the Senate slows down the legislative process is through the filibuster.

Unlike in the House, in the Senate, even a small group of senators can hold up a bill by threatening to continuously debate it.

It takes the votes of three-fifths of the Senate, or 60 senators, to end a filibuster. This means that it effectively takes 60 votes to pass a controversial piece of legislation or nomination.

And again, this is for good reason. The Founders looked to the House to more directly reflect the will of the people. They relied on the Senate to take a step back and carefully consider a bill before they commit the American people and our resources to it.

Fellow countrymen and women;  I would turn your attention to the red highlighted parcel in the above segment.  I would submit that neither of these two proposed bills, health reform and climate change legislation, conforms to the will of the people at all.  Have we not seen the latest polls and the vast numbers of our fellow countrymen at Tea Parties and town hall meetings from sea to shining sea?  Were there not nearly TWO MILLION of our fellow countrymen who utterly shut down Washington D.C. to stop the tyranny and despotism reflected by such Constitutionally heinous and contemptuous legislation?

I submit these observations of usurpation, repeated injury and Congressional and Administrative treason to a candid world and request that my fellow countrymen from across our fruited plain from the lands of the brave formulate plans to restore liberty and Constitutional authorities to We The People who first received them from our creator.  For is it not true, my fellow countrymen:

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. — Such has been the patient sufferance of these United but independent and sovereign States; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former members of Government to better anchor and ENFORCE our systems of Governance to the rule of law as We The People wrote, established and ordained in The Constitution upon our Government, in its entirety word for word to the full spirit and intent as it was meant by our founding fathers on the day it was ratified.  Especially, but not limited to:

1. The apportionment clauses with regards to taxation in Article 1 Section 2, contempt of  which through the oppression, intimidation and coersion of the IRS has resulted in unadulterated slavery, tyranny and oppression through taxation ultimately resulting in the U.S. Government using our own earnings against us and the loss our liberty of choice of how to spend our own earnings from our labor.  
2. The enumerated powers clauses of Article 1 Section 8 along with their supporting 9^th and 10^th Amendments in The Bill of Rights presenting law upon our Government where we the people borrowed some of our authority, given to us by our creator, for the ‘privilege’ of the Government to handle ONLY the enumerated SEVENTEEN items we therein listed, for our convenience and to form a more perfect union of independent sovereign States.
3. We The People understand that multitudes of constitutionally contemptuous legislation over nearly the past ten decades will have to be completely rescinded and we understand that our U.S. Government, being compelled to conform to the rule of law will result in the utter collapse of 4/5ths of the scope, size and spending levels currently being conducted through corruption and usurpation in full out condescension of Constitutional law.  For We The People of the United independent and sovereign States of America love and cherish liberty and the animated contest of freedom and the pursuit of happiness, under God, rather than the security and tranquility of servitude under tyrants.

The history of the current President, both Houses of Congress and constitutionally contemptuous activist Supreme Court justices is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

Only weeks after the signing of the Declaration of Independence Samuel Adams presented the following in his Speech at the State House, Philadelphia, August 1, 1776:

“Contemplate the mangled bodies of your countrymen, and then say ‘what should be the reward of such sacrifices?’ Bid us and our posterity bow the knee, supplicate the friendship and plough, and sow, and reap, to glut the avarice of the men who have let loose on us the dogs of war to riot in our blood and hunt us from the face of the earth? If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom – go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen!”

Did all our soldier patriots and original Revolutionary War patriots and Veterans in the Continentals and the Militias of ordinary common folk farmers, blacksmiths and businessmen who fought through all the years so that we could be individually free and prosporous as we used to be, before the nearly ten decades of incremental tyranny by our U.S. Government, fight in vain?  Are we the people going to let the oppressive tyrannical despots in Congress and the President just dismantle our freedom, liberty, earnings and personal property piece by piece by piece?  Do you understand the debt that our U.S. Congress and several Administrations have placed onto us as a result of numerous unconstitutional bills that they passed? 

Below I have a hotlink to the debt clock.  Click on it and take a look at the debt that ALL of us are going to have to pay for one way or the other.  And, I can assure you one thing, there  is going to be hell to pay for several years starting in the very near future, less than three years – perhaps only one,  of the collapse of “The Matrix” (our “perceived” economy, based on Monopoly Money printed out of thin air, as the result of the revalution to the true value of the dollar otherwise called hyper-inflation). 

Hopefully we will soon, before the collapse of “The Matrix” would be nice, have the courage to COMPLETELY replace every single member of the U.S. Government at every single level starting at the very top and working down to ACORN (they get 100s of millions of taxpayer money, to OVER two hundred affiliates with different names, for all manner of corruption, voter fraud and mayhem) and the SEIU street sweepers.     ALL twenty million of them or however many of them there are, HAVE TO GO!  The Federal Government only has the authority to do SEVENTEEN things ONLY.  All other powers and responsibilities are to be left to the sovereign and independent States or the people per the 9^th and 10^th Amendments.  PERIOD ! ! ! ! ! !

Fellow patriots, I submit, that all of the treasonous despots in our Government, who took the Oath to protect and defend our Constitution from all enemies both foreign and domestic, from both parties, should be given fair trial in a Court of Constitutionally knowledgeable Americans and most importantly such jurists shall be word for word exacting to the spirit and intent as it WAS meant on the day it was ratified, loyal and rock solid ‘AMERICAN’ jurists.  Those members of the entirety of the U.S. Government at all levels found guilty should be fully and swiftly prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.  Traitors to our Constitution shall be swiftly, within three days of judgment, be given such justice as written in OUR law.

And, I further submit, that from now on all of us are AMERICANS…!   Anybody who permanently resides in this county as a citizen, if they don’t cherish being an AMERICAN, melting and fully and completely assimilating into our American heritage, AMERICAN Culture, American beliefs, AMERICAN traditions, speaking English and fully comprehending the concepts of the book The Christian Life and Character of the Civil Institutions of the United States (1864) that provides a perspicuous insight as to what is an “AMERICAN”, what makes up his or her character and is the very core foundation of our AMERICAN CULTURE that provided and was the seed and fertilizer for what “used to be” our country’s greatness and resulted in individual power and prosperity for the VAST majority of individual common working Americans, the envy of the world and ultimately resulted in a 5000 Year Leap in human advancement and technology, then they should be “more” than free to leave.

Within three years the U.S. Debt Clock will stop.  Why, because by that time we will ALL have to pay the price for the usurpations of our public servants of almost Ten decades of corruption and usurpation by our U.S. Government leading to a “green” hybrid of Socialism, Communism and Fascism.  Our economy, within three years from now (could be sooner as it almost did in the last quarter of 2008), will stop due to massively incomprehensible hyper-inflation and all sorts of economic realities as the result of printing wealth out of thin air, as we spit in the face of God (for who needs God if we can print all the money and wealth we want from glorified computer printers at The Fed?). 

If we would have the fortitude to take care of our responsibilities as a free people to do what we sooner or later must for freedom, liberty and self-preservation, more sooner than later, we sure would be far better off than waiting for the collapse of “The Matrix” which you will know is VERY NEAR when our economy, in a few months time from NOW, is going gang busters, the stock market is near or above its highs and millions of people are back to work, some making more money than ever before, just like the months preceding BLACK FRIDAY 1929.  Only this BLACK FRIDAY will be FAR WORSE.  Windows above the tenth floor will be all the rage when people are caught by surprise in the loss of everything they ‘think’ they own in “The MATRIX” almost overnight on the future Black Friday soon to come, just when everything looks so rosy.  And then Barack Obama will give us the “Final Ultimatum”.

The good news is that once we have individually learned our much deserved lessons we will enforce our laws that we wrote in the Constitution on our Government and then, over time, perhaps about 5 years after the Re-Revolutionary war and/or the collapse of “The Matrix” if we are wise enough to take our country back by sheer volume and critical mass of people, we will be well on the way to be more INDIVIDUALLY wealthy than ever before.  But we MUST realize that until “The Matrix” (our economy based on little more than Monopoly Money) has completely collapsed and we rebuild it based on ‘real’ money – assets / resources created by God and the labor and sweat of man, without any damned central bank, in the environment of freedom and liberty and the 28 Freedom Principles we will be little more than slaves to the despots and oppressors in the U.S. Government and The Federal Reserve “System” that controls them.  I believe that ACORN and SEIU are just convenient pawns of the Federal Reserve and their exclusive international Trilateral Commission club they founded via David Rockefeller (of Chase Manhattan Bank (Federal Reserve) / Rockefeller family) and Zbigniew Brzezinski, of megalomaniacal green “hybrid” Socialist, Communist, Fascist maniacs who use Mass Behavior Modification (brainwashing) through the “perception” of Global Warming and Climate Change as a “convenient” excuse to formulate and execute their diabolical plans resulting in We The People bowing down before them without a fight.  Yes, as Gor(e)y as it is, it sure WAS “CONVENIENT”" wasn’t it.  But now, by the grace of God, our countrymen are waking up from their stupor that the programmers of “The MATRIX” have placed into our minds.  The RED pill is the right choice if you prefer individual liberty and prosperity over slavery and tyranny.

  We are all batteries providing power and money, through the taxation of our labor, to the International Cartel of twelve privately owned banks that make up the Federal Reserve “System” who created and programmed “The MATRIX”, our perceived economy based on Monopoly Money printed out of thin air.  Due to economic forces and realities of the physics of “Natural Law”, sort of an economic gravity that cannot be ignored forever, not even The Fed can control or sustain The MATRIX for long.  The only way they can extend the life of “The Matrix” which is their power over us and our minds, is to create a one world currency and shortly, there after, a New One World Order, where they no longer will have to keep up the appearence of prosperity within The Matrix; for in the One World Order there will be no place on Earth to run from the AGENTS of The IRS:

Regardless of receipt of the report they both LIED directly to the American public about the cost of this proposal now in Congress.  Waxman stated that it would only cost about 40 cents per day.  Obama stated that it would only cost ”about the same as a postage stamp per day”.

How are we ever going to trust either house of Congress or EITHER Party or President Obama again?  I say that we are not so stupid as to trust any of them.  I say we completely investigate ALL OF THEM, try them ALL just like we did the NAZIs at Nuremberg, make the appropriate convictions and PROSECUTE each and every one of them to the FULLEST EXTENT of THE LAW; upto and including treason if so found.  While this is going on we rebuild our country under THE LAW word for word as WE The People wrote, established and ordained on the U.S. Government in The Constitution. – - Capt. Glenn Beck just exposed Henry Waxman and Barack Obama LYING, in public, ON TV about the Cap-n-Tax bill.  They had a report from the Treasury ON MARCH 9^th that clearly indicated that there would be hundreds of BILLIONS raised in taxes using this bill.  It amounts to $1,761.00 per family, a 15% INCREASE in taxes.  I am seeing RED! ! !  

 Henry Waxman stated, just a few weeks AFTER the report was presented, that it would only cost $0.40 cents per day.  Obama, on June 25^th said; “it will cost approximately the price of a postage stamp per day”.   They both KNEW they were lying!   And here Wilson get chastised for stating the truth about Obama being a liar?  What the hell?

I had to report this to you all right away, I am so pissed about these people lying RIGHT TO OUR FACES I cannot stand it anymore!  

THIS IS MADNESS!  How can we trust either house of Congress anymore?  How can we trust President ACORN Organizer the Comme Czar man Obama?

I wouldn’t doubt that the Civilian National Security Force gets initialized real quickly now.  And, most importantly, don’t ever doubt that no matter what is exposed with the U.S. Government there are going to be a hell of a lot of “Tories” running around and many of them will be armed.   I believe that at least 30% of our population will be “Tories”.  That would be over 100,000,000 people.  And with their morals being so far at the bottom of the barrel, they will surely be quick to pull the trigger on a righteous man or woman on the side of freedom, liberty and The Constitution.   Mark my words.

 Also, no matter how successful Glenn Beck is at exposing all the corruption, long and short term scandals, tyranny, usurpation and despotism in our U.S. Government and especially at the cartel of twelve huge private banks of The Federal Reserve “System”, nothing is going to stop the collapse of “The MATRIX” (our economy that only exists because our minds have been programmed to believe that the dollar is worth 100 cents, when in the ‘real’ world, outside of our imprisoned minds – The MATRIX, they are only worth 2 – 3 cents.   

 In the not too distant future, AFTER our economy skyrockets and millions of people are re-employed and everybody ‘thinks’ that our economy (The Matrix) is on the mend, a BLACK FRIDAY far worse than 1929 is going to happen virtually overnight, in less than three years, probably two, could be in one year.  MARK MY WORDS.  If The China Syndrome happens, a nuclear financial core meltdown like the Jane Fonda movie, from China selling our debt and dollars, it could happen any day.  I don’t think that is going to happen soon but it could.  In the meantime we are in what I call ‘The Supernova Effect’, an economic skyrocket ride, fueled with Trillions of FEDERAL RESERVE “NOTES” (Monopoly Money printed out of thin air), to oblivion and utter collapse… 

If we fight for freedom and the entire Constitution, word for word, NO CHANGES (!) we will come out of this, after five years of economic hardship and a potential (likely) Re-Revolutionary War, vastly more wealthy and powerful through ‘true’ freedom, liberty and free of the imprisonment of our minds and every form of taxation slavery in this damnable MATRIX created by The Federal Reserve “System”.

I am really pissed at those damn usurping despotic tyrants, like Waxman, Pelosi, Reid, Feingold, Kohl, Kagen, Obey, Frank, Murtha, Dodd and the Socialist Nazi himself Obama and all the rest who are out to destroy everything that made this country what it “once” was before 1913.  Do you know that prior to The Fed and the factious lie of the ratification of the 16^th Amendment the average working American was increasing wealth at a rate never before experienced on Earth?  Damn that President Woodrow Wilson!  He and the East India Trading Company of bankers that supported his campaign for President Wilson are the ones that started this whole catastrophe and incremental destruction of our Constitution and with it our Freedom…
