Over 60 years before it happened, Professor Hayekdescribed essentially how the Treasury’s new Troubled Asset Relief Program now operates, aboveall consideration of popular will, representation, and even oversight. No longer is the program—which was intended to unclog credit markets of troubled assets—even being pursued along the lines of its original intentions. The Federal Reserve refuses to transparently disclose the terms of billions of dollars of loans.

We can, as Americans, fight this you know. We all must individually decide whether or not we are going to stand up for our Constitutional rights and our right to keep our earnings from massively increasing “Federal Withholding” next year and beyond. Or, in the alternative, give up our constitutional rights for the chains and bondage of the soup kitchens of the One World Government of the Big Brother Socialist Welfare State run by the owner / bankers of The Federal Reserve company over the heads of some ad hock World Government face, with no where to run in the world to escape the equal distribution of misery.

It is a matter of individual CHOICE, to become United together as a FREE people, to stand up to The Federal Government and demand our freedom and DEMAND that the Federal Government OBEY THE LAW!

What does the above mean to you? It means that the IRS can not take our money, out of our paychecks, to pay for things that are not “ENUMERATED” and therefore are against THE LAW for the U.S. Government to do. For example take your money out of your paychecks, next year, to give to the owners of The Federal Reserve, for them to give to their friends, associates and anybody who they “force” through financial coercion to obey their will. It means you will be able to keep your earnings for yourself and your family. It means the owners of The Federal Reserve will not be able to force the U.S. Government to steal our money right out of our checks in “Federal Withholding”. It means that the U.S. Government will not be able to steal money out of your paycheck, while suffering the imminent depression, to give to others.

It is vital that you understand what I am going to try to articulate to you, for the sake of your lives financially and in terms of, most importantly, your freedom.

The financial problems you see on Wall Street, in the financial markets, and now the insurance market is only MINIMALLY, due to home mortgage crisis which in itself is also a factor of the primary reason for all of this. You see, folks, The Federal Reserve is an unconstitutional and illegal creature created by the U.S. Congress

The time for tea and crumpets is over. The time for real Americans to put themselves out there on the front lines is here and now. Forget letting some big organization out in DC “fight for your rights.”

The Internal Revenue Service has lost a lawyer’s challenge in front of a jury to prove a constitutional foundation for the nation’s income tax, and the victorious attorney now is setting his sights higher.

“I think now people are beginning to realize that this has got to be the largest fraud, backed up by intimidation and extortion and by the sheer force of taking peoples property and hard-earned money without any lawful authorization whatsoever,” lawyer Tom Cryer told WND just days after a jury in Louisiana acquitted him of two criminal tax counts.

In each new Congress since 1995, Rep. John Shadegg, R-Ariz., has introduced the Enumerated Powers Act (HR 1359). The Act, which has yet to be enacted into law, reads: “Each Act of Congress shall contain a concise and definite statement of the constitutional authority relied upon for the enactment of each portion of that Act. The failure to comply with this section shall give rise to a point of order in either House of Congress. The availability of this point of order does not affect any other available relief.”
