On October 1, Wisconsin began taxing downloads from the internet for the first time in state history. This 5 percent sales tax does not include local or stadium taxes. This tax is estimated to take $11 million from individual’s wallets and put it in the hands of government. It was passed in the budget repair bill February of this year.

I believe this NEW Continental Congress is the best way to retrieve and restore our individual God given Constitutional rights, powers and authorities, which have been usurped by both parties and all three branches of the U.S. Government, to the people. I believe that through this NEW Continental Congress we will be able to ENFORCE, to the full force and effect of the law, the ‘enumerated’ powers clauses of Article 1 Section 8, as further supported by the 9th and 10th Amendments in The Bill of Rights of the Constitution of The United States of America. I further believe that enforcing these laws on the U.S. Government, where we the people only authorized them to have the ‘privilege’ to handle these seventeen enumerated items as listed in The Constitution

We have a vital and critical mission and little time to achieve it before the total overnight Black Friday Supernova implosion, my patriotic friend. Every organization seems to agree that we need to get together, but do all “freedom” organizations agree that the Government should be compelled to obey the full force and ‘effect’ of law? – Meaning only handle the SEVENTEEN things allowed by law. That my friend is the question. The answer to that, , , is the answer to restoration of our individual freedom, liberty and prosperity. The Constitution is not a menu from which each of us can pick and choose which parts meets or personal or business preferences. It is an all or nothing document, meant to be that way to avoid that of which we now find ourselves. I think this question should be the first order of business at the meeting / gathering of our various organizations.

“Read the legislation that’s been proposed,” he said, adding that the House bill has been “designed as an achievable way to reach a single-payer system,” in which the government acts as the sole middle man with greater leverage to negotiate prices. “A lot of people are playing games, as we would expect them to.”

The petition alleges that Ch. 770 and the domestic partner registry it creates violate the state Defense of Marriage Amendment, which was approved by 60% of Wisconsin voters following a 2006 ratification campaign directed by Appling and WFA. Now Art. XIII, § 13 of the Wisconsin Constitution, the Amendment provides:

I have reviewed the entire Constitution and find healthcare nowhere in the “enumerated” list, therein, where We The People gave the U.S. Government the authority to engage in any form of public health insurance. I counted seventeen items in the Constitutional “list” of things WE “allowed” the U.S. Government the “privilege” to handle for us. I find that the vast majority of the powers several Administrations and both houses of Congress from both Parties have usurped, over the course of the last nine decades, which has resulted in utter Constitutional contempt, heinous tyranny and massive spending of our earnings, by confiscation through “Federal withholding and payroll taxes”, numerous methods of other taxation and “public debt”, are not in the list. According to the 10th Amendment, from our cardinal laws of the land, as We The People wrote, established and ordained on all members of the U.S. Government, that makes them scofflaws subject to at least imprisonment or prosecution of treason.

Such passion Dr. Kagen. I’m not sure you got the message these caring and concerned constituents were sharing.

When asked how you were going to pay for any health care reform bill coming out of Congress, you said you would find $800B – $1T wasted. Wow. When asked if you will vote for health care reform if the majority of your constituents oppose the bill, you took a big sidestep – “It’s [the final bill] something that doesn’t exist yet.”

Isn’t it amazing the fools that the U.S. Government takes us for? Basically, as you can see for yourself, the U.S. Government is stating, in so many words, that either we are as stupid as the day is long or the only other possibility is that we have been gathered and bused out to the listening sessions to make it “lo0k like” we care and that we are upset at what they are doing to us. The U.S. Government is trying to make it look like everything we, here in N.E. Wisconsin are saying is nothing more than a ginned up “sham”.
