State of Wisconsin Taxpayers UNITE!

Taxpayers of Wisconsin join ol’Capt. Karl with this Civil Remedial REJECTION of “sneaky” taxation by The tyrants of The State of Wisconsin. Either they face us with their taxes directly and clearly or we don’t pay them! Don’t put them in ultility bills that we HAVE TO pay to live.

Here is Capt. Karl’s letter to Wisconsin Public Service:

Dear Wisconsin Public Service:

Explanation of Wisconsin Taxpayers Civil Rejection 28 Act.

Enclosed along with a recent bill we received from your electric service company, was a notice stating;

Beginning September 28, 2009, Wisconsin Public Service customers in the state of Wisconsin will begin seeing a “Wisconsin 2009 Act 28” fee on their monthly electric bill.

This charge is a result of a provision included in the Wisconsin Legislative budget bill, which requires that all Wisconsin electric utilities collect a fee from customers to help fund District Attorney salaries and benefits across the state. The charge will appear on customers’ bills through June 30, 2011, unless additional action is taken by the legislature.

For WPS, this means that our residential customers will pay about $3.24 annually, while the charge for commercial customers will be close to $10 annually. The fee is to be charged per electric meter or service, so customers with multiple accounts could see higher charges.

If you have any questions, or would like more information about Act 28, please contact the Department of Administration at 866-432-8947 or visit their Web site at www.homeenergyplus.wi.gov.

           ****************************************************************

Electricity has become an essential part of living in America. I find it heinously appalling that the State of Wisconsin would attach ‘General State of Wisconsin Operational Taxes’ to a utility bill of such life supporting necessity. What irks me the most about this is the obvious Wisconsin tax incrementalism that is certainly to follow over the course of the next few months and years on our utility bills, for utilities necessary and essential for life itself, now that the tyrannical spendthrift legislators have their despotic “camel’s nose” under the tent. Doesn’t electricity cost enough already?

By what right does the oppressive State of Wisconsin Legislators have to force Wisconsin businesses, like Wisconsin Public Service, to do their dirty work for them?

Please be advised, therefore, that I, as a customer of Wisconsin Public Service and a Wisconsin Taxpayer, hereby rejects payment of the Wisconsin Act 28 Fee, which has nothing to do with your electrical service, and that this fee will be subtracted from all future bills with the balance for the electrical service to be paid in full as per the due date provided.

Please be further advised that a copy of this e-mail will be going out to over FIFTY Freedom and Liberty organizations across the State of Wisconsin one being the humongous Americans For Prosperity. Additionally I will be submitting this letter to many Wisconsin bloggers for posting on the Internet for Wisconsin Taxpayers and Wisconsin Public Service customers to view.

This constant insult to our intelligence and our family finances, due to legislators not cutting the State budget like our families have to do continuously, is coming to an end. I feel that it is awful for the Wisconsin Government to put your company in the middle between us and them in the attempt to mask their tax increases on us.

National Call to Action, November 23rd, 2009

On this single day, citizens from Ohio to Texas will take a unified stand against big government.

Here in Wisconsin, we’ll respectfully take the battle for our families and businesses inside the Capitol in Madison.

Why…?

The situation in Wisconsin:

Unemployment over 8.3%

Ranked 3rd worst in the U.S. for business climate

Officially listed as one of the top 10 states closest to financial collapse

And still our state and federal legislators press for measures that will further cripple both Wisconsin and the nation.

The insanity won’t let up for the holidays… Neither can we.

Join us in a peaceful, uncompromising communication of common sense.

Event runs from 8am to 6pm.

Come as early as possible. Stay as long as possible.

Parking available at numerous ramps within walking distance of the Capitol. Overflow parking at Alliant Energy Center at the intersection of John Nolen Drive and Rimrock Road.

Bring blankets and cushions to be comfortable. Clean up after yourself.

Find a spot in the common areas of the Capitol. But don’t break fire code: keep access to stairwells, entrances, and exits clear.

Respectfully‐worded signs are encouraged. But please, no sticks! Let’s keep the Capitol Police on our side:

Make a message you can wear, hang around your neck, or prop up next to you.

The Wisconsin legislature is not in session that day, but legislative offices will be open and staffed. We’ll write and deliver messages to our state senators and assembly representatives. We’ll also collect messages for our federal legislators. See the ballot, below, and add your own message.

When California Treasurer Bill Lockyer sought a $7 billion federal loan guarantee from Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner in May, it was a clear indication that states, and not just financial institutions, were struggling mightily to find firm fiscal footing in the face of the Great Recession.

As states continue to grapple with the current harsh economic conditions, the Pew Center on the States has compiled a list of the 10 that are closest to financial collapse, part of a report on the budgetary health of all 50 states. The report warns of potentially damaging consequences if states fail to take decisive measures to fix their money woes.

While California’s economic struggles, such as issuing IOUs to state employees and business contractors, have been well documented, many more states are facing a combination of economic, money-management and political pressures that are driving them to the brink of collapse. The Pew report cites high home foreclosure rates, increasing joblessness, declining state revenues, poor money management, legal and political obstacles to balanced budgets and the size of budget gaps as the six factors that contribute to most of the problems.

States Teetering on the Edge

The report points out that all states but two — Montana and North Dakota — faced budget shortfalls for fiscal year 2010, adding up to an estimated $162 billion in budget gaps. Tax collections in all states declined a record 11.7% from first quarter of 2008 to the first quarter of 2009, and unemployment continued to rise nationally, topping 10% this month.

The Terrible 10

By combining weighted scores for each state’s rank in its six contributory factors, Pew created a list of the 10 that are in the highest degree of peril. They are: California, Arizona, Rhode Island, Michigan, Oregon, Nevada, Florida, New Jersey, Illinois and Wisconsin. Close behind those terrible 10 are Colorado, Georgia, Kentucky, New York and Hawaii.

The report also revealed four common problems that hurt the 10 worst states. Several of them are too dependent on a particular industry that has been devastated by the recession, such as gambling in Nevada and tourism in Florida. Many of the states, like California, New Jersey and Illinois, have a long history of borrowing to close budget gaps. Several have legal limitations that prevent them from making adjustments. For example, Oregon has a revenue cap that forces the state to deliver rebates to taxpayers in good times or bad. And most states just put off the tough decisions until it was too late.

Here’s the worst-10 list in the order that Pew ranked each state, with highlights of what hurt each one:

California – Budget shortfall: 49.3%
“California topped all states for the magnitude of its budget shortfall in fiscal year 2010, both in dollars and in share — in this case, nearly half — of its general funds, which pay for most state operations.”

Arizona – Budget shortfall: 41.1%
Like many states, “Arizona’s lawmakers relied on one-time fixes to balance its budgets instead of making long-term changes,” the report said. Lawmakers were still wrestling with a $1 billion gap in this year’s budget in October.

Rhode Island – Budget shortfall: 19.2%
On top of its poor record of fiscal management, “Rhode Island constantly ranks near the top of states with the highest unemployment rates, and last year it had the highest home foreclosure rate in all of New England.”

Michigan – Budget shortfall: 12.0%
“Two of the Big Three Detroit-based automakers went bankrupt in 2009, sending shockwaves through a state that is on track to lose a quarter of it jobs this decade.”

Nevada – Budget shortfall: 37.8%
“Nevada’s unique gaming-based economy is in jeopardy, as is its state budget that relies on gambling sales to provide 60% of its revenues.”

Oregon – Budget shortfall: 14.5%
“State revenues plummeted 19% between the first quarter of 2008 and the first quarter of 2009, a reflection of Oregon’s heavy reliance on income taxes,” the report said. Voters have rejected adding a sales tax nine times, thwarting attempts at creating a new source of state revenue.

Florida – Budget shortfall: 22.8%
“For the first time since World War II, Florida’s population is shrinking. This is a disturbing revelation for a state that has built its economy — and structured its budget — on the assumption that throngs of new residents will move to its sunny shores each year.”

New Jersey – Budget shortfall: 29.9%
“New Jersey is playing catch-up after years of fiscal mismanagement and a daunting structural imbalance between what it collects and what it spends.”

Illinois – Budget shortfall: 47.3%
“Since the last recession earlier this decade, the state piled up huge backlogs of Medicaid bills and borrowed money to pay its pension obligations,” the report said. The 2010 budget shortfall topped $13.2 billion, among the worst in the nation.

Wisconsin – Budget shortfall: 23.2%
“Wisconsin’s history of budget shortfalls and pattern of borrowing frequently to cover operating expenses, among other measures, made it poorly positioned to weather the most recent severe economic downturn.”

People from Wisconsin; The question becomes is this reported Wisconsin budget shortfall before OR after the $3 BILLION Dollar heist of the Federal Government “Stimulus” package that our dear Socialist Comrade Governor James Doyle fingered and placed in the budget kitty? Assuming it is after throwing the Stimulus money in the pot; 1) How bad is the Wisconsin Budget without the $3 BILLION? And 2) What the hell are we going to do next year? I wonder if WEAC will take I.O.U.s?

Seriously, people of Wisconsin; Isn’t it time for us to at least agree to talk about these things when we get together at the taverns, cub scout meetings, school functions, church, parades, etc…? What is this crap about not wanting to talk about “politics” right now? Any Wisconsin person who says something like that, when somebody who really cares is trying to talk about these issues so that WE THE PEOPLE can learn something about it and then DO SOMETHING ABOUT our State Socialistic / Unionistic Government, ought to have their heads examined! Our whole State of Wisconsin could collapse just because some/many of us don’t “feel” like talking about it. YOU DON’T HAVE MUCH TIME, FOLKS. You better starta talk’n and caring about it, but fast!

And now the Federal Government wants to pile on Health Care and Cap and Trade (Tax) to add to the cost of the average Wisconsin family budget by as much as $10,000.00 or MORE a year? And I suppose the State of Wisconsin “might” want to raise our taxes “just a little bit” right? ARE YOU CRAZY? Do you know how many Wisconsinites DON’T even have a job? What is the matter with you State of WI Congressmen? When are you going to stop listening to WEAC and all the other Unions and do something for the people who put you there in the first place? BTW: Stealing tax money and doing a “special” project for your local community isn’t going to cut the mustard anymore. We’re on to that crapola! We are sick and tired of you guys manipulating our minds and our communities with “be quiet presents”. That is exactly how we got in this mess and now we understand what you have been doing to us individually, our State of Wisconsin and our country as a whole. If you want to know where to stick that “special” project for our community just before election time, BEND OVER and we’ll show you!

I have a novel idea! Why don’t you just let us keep our own money and we’ll do our own special projects? And, as our money accumulates and we are able to keep more and more of our own earnings and grow and perhaps start our own businesses and hire more people and give them raises, we might even help you out a little as WE decide we want to. In fact, if you leave us and our earnings alone, we will help out our friends and neighbors in need because we are Godly people who love and care for our neighbors, friends and family. We see what you did with the money you stole from us turning Wisconsin into the Eighth worse Business Tax Climate State in the entire country <hotlink. Now it is time for us to see what we can do with our own money. Let’s see who does it better, Wisconsin Government or Wisconsinites. Or, are you planning on destroying the rest of our jobs and our lives?

Continental Congress Coordinators, Team Members, Volunteers, Supporters,

Please circulate this message to your contacts in Wisconsin.

The final (as of October 26th) Wisconsin delegation for Continental Congress 2009 is, in order of number of votes:

Richard Church

Rudy Eckert

Michael Staudacher

Brent Arnold (Alternate)

Other candidates that may have received more votes have since dropped out of consideration.

Richard Church, as the leader of the delegation, has asked that the people of Wisconsin use a website ( http://cc2009wi.uservoice.com ) he set up to submit suggestions, resolutions and comments to the delegation. Here is how it works, in Richard’s words:

It allows people to make suggestions and to vote on the suggestions of others. Users can remain anonymous, or they can sign up for an account. The way it works is that you get 10 votes which you can distribute however you want among the suggestions. You can give a suggestion more than one vote if you feel very strongly about it. The more people that vote, the better picture we get of what the major priorities should be. The short address is: http://cc2009wi.uservoice.com

Please feel free to also contact the delegates directly. The contact information is located on the Wisconsin webpage at http://givemeliberty.org/user/congress/Region.aspx?state=wi

The Continental Congress will have credibility in direct proportion to the support of the people. It is up to you and me to restore our Constitutional Republic and reasert our unalienable rights. The Constitution cannot defend itself. The time to participate is now.

Please also consider giving a donation to fund the Continental Congress at:

http://www.cc2009.us/donate This web page has a chart of how the funds will be used.

Dear Matt,

It appears that there is a legal defense against a forced vaccination in Wisconsin based on the document you provided:

The 19 states that allow philosophical exemptions for persons who object to immunizations because of personal, moral or other nonreligious beliefs are Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Idaho, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, New Mexico, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania (by regulation), Texas, Utah, Vermont, Washington, and Wisconsin. See also chart at http://www.ncsl.org/programs/health/2004exchart.htm] published by the National Conference of State Legislatures.

It comes to my attention, however, that the Federal Governments constant misinterpretation of the “Commerce Clause” which states that Congress shall have the power “[t]o regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States….”33 may still provide for some level of concern. In many contemporary articles it has been largely concluded that in the 1700s the term “regulate” only meant to “promote” not infringe and therefore the contemporary legal interpretation is quite literally an antonym of the true Constitutional meaning by our founding fathers. As such this one word has resulted in a great disservice to our freedom, rights and economy over the last ten decades.

I suspect that with the imminent collapse of our economy resultant (after a short term boom that I have coined; “The Supernova Effect” similar to that experienced just prior to Black Friday of 1929) from this misinterpretation and misapplication of this term/clause along with the misinterpretation and application of the General Welfare Clause, will soon result in either the legal reversal of these interpretations and applications, at the Supreme Court level, or certain public revolt resulting from the economic and taxation calamity that remains before us, just over the time horizon. This, of course, would induce and tempt public officials to utilize “serious crisis” to usurp further powers that we the people did not authorized in The Constitution that we wrote, established and ordained on our Government which would, unimpeded, naturally result in utter despotism.

None-the-less such tyrannical actions would facilitate the obvious desire of self survival of Government power in terms of both size and scope. In reality and all commonsense, if the Government is to remain “in power” at the full size and scope it currently has thus far usurped and enjoyed, what choice does it have but to proceed among Constitutionally contemptuous avenues when the complete economic collapse becomes readily apparent and the otherwise normal controlling effects of taxation (and tax credits) are no longer applicable and, indeed, true freedom, but unfortunately with ‘temporary’ but severe economic hardship, culminating in the restoration of Constitutional Principles as they ‘were’ intended, is thus restored? It seems rather self-evident that the Government would play the “for public protection and best interests” card to induce at least the Tories and the cowards into submission and worry about the brave as they naturally separate out amongst the population in the process.

Such restoration of freedom principles and rebellion in favor of them, resultant from the collapse of The Matrix (our economy based on Monopoly money printed out of thin air) may result in the economics and liberty of pre-1913 (pre-General Welfare, pre-Commerce Cause misinterpretation and application, pre-Federal Reserve Act and pre-Sixteenth Amendment yielding incomprehensible savings of financial assets in the hands of the American people and our economy) when individual economic wealth expansion rates and individual power, for the vast majority of Americans, over Government was the envy of the world and resulted in the greatest individual prosperity growth in liberty the world has ever known. In my personal opinion I don’t believe that the power and money corrupted ravenous hearts and minds at all levels, elected and nonelected, Democrat or Republican, in our Government and the Federal Reserve “System” (Cartel of 12 private banks) believe they can afford (or survive) that. And, ultimately, that is the concern that is resulting in serious, logical and sensible growing mistrust of Government amongst a very large and expansive segment of our fellow countrymen. And, therefore and thereby, why eternal vigilance in the face of the “Supernova Effect” or the alternate possibility of “The China Syndrome” (China and other nations selling out of American CDOs, U.S. bonds, and Dollars resulting in overnight hyper-inflation thus a nuclear financial core meltdown), with regards to any “serious crisis” as defined by Government (here or International such as United Nations / WHO), is the better part of discretion.

Thank you for your promise to monitor the situation, Matt. I remain,

Very truly yours in FREEDOM,

Subject: Quarantine Zones? Unconstitutional orders/legislation? Is this coming to Wisconsin too?

Matt,

I forward this to show you that this public threat on our freedom does exist in Massachusetts. This is scary.. This Government has the power to force isolation on anybody who refuses the H1N1 vaccine which has been shown to cause Autism and several other disorders? Does Doyle have the power to sign an executive order that would put something like this in place “overnight”?

If anything like this comes up for the State of Wisconsin, I sure hope you will let me know right away.

I do know that Gov. Doyle has signed E.O. # 280 Proclamation Declaring a Public Health Emergency, attached. I also know that the World Health Organization (WHO) has declared a code 6 level pandemic for the H1N1 which authorizes and requires vaccinations or quarantine.

I also have other concerns regarding economic influences that may induce Government authorities to come up with “reasons” for suspending Constitutional law. I know that the U.S. Government “never wants a serious crisis to go to waste”. I also know that they know what is going to happen if they raise taxes to the level that they must to sustain spending levels. This “pandemic” according to recent reports of less health concern than the common flu, seems to be the perfect excuse to start tearing apart our Constitutional safe guards in a surprise attack to actually fend off problems resultant from the economic realities resultant from decades of Constitutional contempt with regards to, but not limited to, Article 1 Section 8 as further supported by the 9th and 10th Amendments in The Bill of Rights.

I pray that you will be my eyes and ears at the State Capitol with regards to this highly alarming matter.

On another but somewhat related matter, what is up on our State Sovereignty bill AJR 51

Very truly yours in FREEDOM,

Pandemic Bill Passes House – Not over yet !!!

Posted Saturday October 10, 2009 at 1:15 pm by Bob Dwyer (district 4)

The Massachusetts House of Representatives passed H-4271 in formal session on October 8th, 2009 by a vote of 114 yeas – 36 nays. (View Session Archive here: begins at 54 minutes) The purpose of this bill is to remove all liability for the manufacturers and administrators of this under tested H1N1 vaccine.

Mission Accomplished.

Interestingly enough, where 36 State Senators voted for S-2028 in a unanimous decision, 36 state Reps opposed the House version. The efforts of the MassLPA membership went not in vain, but in fact raised sufficient suspicion in the minds of many state representatives to get an equal amount of opposition in the House as proposition in the Senate. The roll call vote shows who the Representatives are that have paid homage to the Big Pharmaceuticals and Big Government lobbyists and which Reps. listened to their hearts and constituents to uphold our constitutional rights.

Hats off to State Reps. George Peterson and Brad Jones for speaking in behalf of the concerned citizens in a failed (22-124) effort to postpone this hearing and State Rep. Lewis Evangelidis for his statements against H4271.

In a public Statement by State Rep. Jeff Perry we find that his support for this bill does not address the most egregious aspects but focus on the warrant less searches and seizures, which was of course planted in the bill so that it could be the piece which if removed would be perceived as a victory for the civil liberties activists.

There are still many unconstitutional provisions left in the bill. Please contact your Reps. and Senators and tell them that you want your rights protected as that is why they were elected.

To: All State Representatives

Bill H-4271 (S-2028 amended) Ought To NOT PASS

• Forced isolation / quarantine to other private or public premises / area i.e. kidnapped / taken to undisclosed location / camp (lines 219-222)

Free Wisconsin Maps and Guides Available

Auto Insurance Rates Rise

Many state residents have recently received letters from their auto insurance providers that state how changes made by the legislature will affect their rates. When you read ‘legislature’ just insert ‘Democrat majority and Governor Doyle’ because not one Republican supported these changes made in the budget. As a matter of fact, Republicans are currently introducing proposals that would repeal these devastating changes made in the budget.

Because of the changes to auto insurance, rates are expected to rise dramatically. At the time of the budget debate, the Wisconsin Insurance Alliance estimated insurance premiums would rise by between 33 and 43 percent. Now we find out motorcycle premiums will rise even more. Because of medical payment coverage changes motorcycle premiums are expected to rise by over 500 percent. This was not known at the time of the budget debate.

Before these changes over 90 percent of all claims were covered under the minimums that existed prior to the passage of the budget in Wisconsin. In 2007, the average bodily injury claim in Wisconsin was $16,600 and property claim was $2,500. Minimums prior to the changes in the budget for these types of claims were $25,000 and $10,000 respectively.

Why would these changes be sought if the overwhelming amount of claims were already covered under current law? And why would the Democrat majority seek minimums so high Wisconsin’s will be the highest in the nation? The blame rests with the Democrats and their special interest trial lawyer allies.

You only have to look at campaign contributions to know the story. Trial lawyers donate to Democrats overwhelmingly and stand to reap millions in court settlements with these new changes. Over the last few years, Governor Doyle received $262,000 from trial lawyers alone.

I stated in press releases and Nygren’s Notes e-newsletters when the budget debate took place the adverse consequences of these insurance changes in the budget. Multiple newspapers called for these changes to be pulled out of the budget or at a minimum be debated as stand alone bills. The Appleton Post Crescent called these changes, “the wrong idea for the state” and the Janesville Gazette stated, “Many [drivers] likely would drop their policies, leading to more uninsured motorists and driving up costs for those who have insurance.”

In my efforts to stop these changes, I went as far as to author a letter to the Joint Committee on Finance signed by 36 of my Republican colleagues which called for these changes to be removed from the budget. Not one Democrat signed my letter. I and other Republican legislators offered amendments to pull these changes out of the budget, but only garnered two Democrat votes in the Assembly. Unfortunately, that was not enough to pull these items out of the budget.

To add insult to injury, in the budget was a change in state law that will mandate automobile insurance coverage beginning on June 1, 2010. Prior to this mandate, Wisconsin was on average with the rest of the nation in the number of drivers not carrying insurance (15 percent). With these added insurance costs, many drivers will take their chances and drive without it. This will put more drivers at risk of a catastrophe in the event of an accident or of being charged a $500 fine if pulled over.

To remediate the adverse consequences of these insurance changes, Democrats from Milwaukee are throwing around the idea of eliminating the ability of insurance providers to use zip codes as one factor in setting insurance rates. This is nothing more than a subsidy to high risk drivers that operate in much higher risk environments.

If this were to pass, high risk drivers would have their insurance bill paid for by good drivers in lower risk communities. Why should bad drivers from Milwaukee be subsidized by good drivers from Peshtigo? That is a good question for the Democrat majority.

I have a better idea. Pass the Republican proposal and reverse these devastating automobile insurance changes made in the budget. This will help keep families insured, protect them in the event of a catastrophic crash, and keep more money in their wallets.

Wisconsin Property Taxes Among Highest in the Nation

Wisconsin’s median average property tax bill is $1,066 above the national median average of $1,897. Wisconsin’s lower median income made the affordability of property taxes 4th worst in the nation. Only Texas, New Jersey, and Nebraska were worse.

Property taxes are expected to rise even more. Under the budget passed this year, the conservative estimate by the Legislative Fiscal Bureau was a $1.5 billion property tax increase. I have consistently fought to lower property taxes by opposing cuts to local governments and school aids. Those aids keep property taxes low. As well, I support property tax controls which limit the ability of government to raise taxes without community support.

Wisconsin Business Climate Among Worst in the Nation

Forbes Magazine ranks Wisconsin 3rd worst in the country for best states to do business. Wisconsin fell from the 8th worst on the list last year. Forbes uses employer costs, labor supply, regulatory environment, economic climate, growth prospects, and quality of life in its ranking. Only Michigan and Rhode Island were below Wisconsin on the list.

The Tax Foundation released their annual report on employer friendly states. Wisconsin was 9th worst falling from 13th worst a year ago. This puts Wisconsin back in the top ten worst states for hostility to employers. The Tax Foundation formulates their ranking by using corporate, individual, sales, and property taxes. Unemployment rates are also used. The most employer friendly state is South Dakota and the worst is New Jersey.

The Republican’s Wisconsin Jobs NOW Agenda will help improve Wisconsin’s business climate. You can read about it from a press release I recently sent out here or view an overview of the Agenda here.

Every organization seems to agree that we need to get together, but do all “freedom” organizations agree that the Government should be compelled to obey the full force and ‘effect’ of law? – Meaning only handle the SEVENTEEN things allowed by law. That my friend is the question. The answer to that, , , is the answer to restoration of our individual freedom, liberty and prosperity. The Constitution is not a menu from which each of us can pick and choose which parts meets or personal or business preferences. It is an all or nothing document, meant to be that way to avoid that of which we now find ourselves. And all of this that must happen and be executed,,, with the dark ominous clouds of Black Friday building / looming just over the horizon, which will be almost completely hidden from view by the Supernova expanding before our very eyes as the result of trillions on top of trillions of dollars in monopoly money being pumped into our economy, by the Fed, with impunity. This is shear madness, and with this madness is sure to come Obama’s “final ultimatum” to forgo our Constitution in favor of a one world currency, shortly followed by a one world Government, for the sake of stabilizing and maintaining the Matrix like world that exists around us because we have been brainwashed to actually believe that pieces of paper and ink are worth 100 cents, when in reality they are actually worth more like 2 – 3 cents, which will be realized in a period of hyper-inflation yet to come.

Realizing that they had just voted themselves out of jobs, union members began calling for another vote – but IAM headquarters in Chicago immediately shut them down.

A day late and a dollar short, Governor Jim Doyle issued a statement claiming he had done all he could to keep Mercury Marine in Fond du Lac. Doyle outlined demands that Mercury Marine create and retain 2,700 jobs and maintain a significant presence in Fond du Lac for 12 years. In exchange the state would provide unspecified financial incentives.

Wisconsin has recently been treated to a Keystone Cops performance by the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers Union (IAM), which seems intent on putting its own members out of work.

The story by now is familiar: employees of Mercury Marine in Fond du Lac voted down an offer to keep 800 jobs from moving to Stillwater, Oklahoma. Realizing that they had just voted themselves out of jobs, union members began calling for another vote – but IAM headquarters in Chicago immediately shut them down.

In exchange the state would provide unspecified financial incentives.

Doyle said he couldn’t release details of the offer because “doing so would likely put Wisconsin at a competitive disadvantage with other states.” This from the same governor who recently signed a $186 million business tax hike, driving long term employers like Harley Davidson and Briggs & Stratton out of Wisconsin.

Tomorrow is the day for the Nationwide Recess Rally. This is what we’ve all been working for and we believe we’ll see great success across the country.

As a reminder, tomorrow’s gatherings are a symbolic statement from We The People for those who we elect to REPRESENT us. We recommend that you get pictures, get video, and shake hands with as many people as possible. Make your voice heard and build relationships across your community in the process.

Fellow American Patriots,

Tomorrow is the day for the Nationwide Recess Rally. This is what we’ve all been working for and we believe we’ll see great success across the country.

As a reminder, tomorrow’s gatherings are a symbolic statement from We The People for those who we elect to REPRESENT us. We recommend that you get pictures, get video, and shake hands with as many people as possible. Make your voice heard and build relationships across your community in the process.

But what are the action items to follow the Recess Rally?

VITAL FOLLOW UP ACTION

Most people don’t know this, but Senator Jim DeMint succeeded in passing procedural votes (one by unanimous consent) which bind the Senate to filibuster (60 vote) rules rather than the simple majority requirement of the reconciliation process. Therefore, without Republican complicity and votes, Obama Care would likely be dead in the Senate.

What the negotiating Republican Senators do will determine the end game. The Senators who have the power to see Obama pass or fail are Grassley (IA), Enzi (WY), Snowe (ME), Collins (ME), Graham (SC) and Bennett (UT). These six Senators should stop negotiating a compromise and let this monstrosity die.

So after the Recess Rally, you should take the following action steps:

-Visit, call and email YOUR Rep/Senator
-Call and email the six Senators listed above
-Write letters to your local editor and mention the six Senators
-Post reminders about the six on your Facebook, Twitter and social media profiles
-Post reminders about the six on your blog
-E-mail your friends and family and explain the details about these six Senators
-Contact the RNC/GOP and demand they put pressure on the six Senators

We The People employ these elected Senators. It’s our job to demand they do their jobs and look out for the interest of America.

Lastly, I want to personally thank the hundreds of Americans who have put in countless hours to make the Recess Rally effort happen. Your work is much appreciated and your contribution is potentially game changing for the direction of our great country.

Good luck tomorrow and have a great Recess Rally!

For Liberty,

-Eric Odom
